Ordered a Blaupunkt 50" smart TV on 10th Nov on Flipkart, delivered on 15'th Nov, installation date on 20th November by the brand partner, faulty display found on the same day by the installation person, trying to reach the customer care[protected] &[protected] which went unanswered for the last two days. Flipkart is not taking responsibility stating this is not their mistake they're just an online market.
This is a scam executed by Flipkart, Blaupunkt & SPPL together. My return or exchange date expires on 22nd November and I'm raising this complaint on 21st November. If don't get a response from Blaupunkt or SPPL or from Flipkart then I have to file a legal case. Was this information helpful? |
