Bought a soundbar (sba01) from blaupunktaudio.in. Was delivered faulty speakers. Customer care raised ticket (number 92704) and told me product will be picked up and replaced. Its been 12 days now product hasnt been picked. Customer care wont reply or pick up calls. Im filing a legal complaint against them. Until then Im filling all forums so that people know they shouldnt buy any Blaupunkt product since the after sales is non existent and the products are extremely cheap quality so its just gonna be a hassle and waste of money. Losers sitting in customer care desk.

The defective product was picked up finally. After that the refund for struggle began. I told then I will post in consumer court. 7 days later after several emails and calls, I have received my refund.
I bought a sound bar ! They are not replacing and respond of mails and calls
