The television has a faulty display and you can see some lines during any video playback. After the complaint the technician visited and submitted a replacement request to the company. The company's team hasn't approved the request yet and they aren't providing any update on it. It has been 20 days since I complained but there hasn't been any replacement.

I want a replacement at the earliest.

Same issue for me too

Ordered a Blaupunkt 50" smart TV on 10th Nov 2023 on Flipkart, delivered on 15'th Nov 2023, installation date on 20th November 2023 by the brand partner, faulty display found on the same day by the installation person, trying to reach the customer care[protected] &[protected] which went unanswered for the last two days. Flipkart is not taking responsibility stating this is not their mistake they're just an online market.

This is a scam executed by Flipkart, Blaupunkt & SPPL together. My return or exchange date expires on 22nd November and I'm raising this complaint on 21st November. If don't get a response from Blaupunkt or SPPL or from Flipkart then I have to file a legal case.
