Sir my led TV 32 inches in under warranty, have no sound. I had raised many complaint but not attended at all. I had purchased led online from flipkart.

I have purchased blaupunkt (India) tv model bla55au[protected] from flipkart.
They have provided warranty of 15 month.in this period i have complained so many times about speed of tv but no any technician could able to give me clear demo & solve problem. After just completion of this period tv got completely off.
This company have no any own network of service & repairs. I am requesting please take the issue to company & do the needful.

Called customer care to raise a complaint on 04/12/2019. She arrogantly refused to raise an incident. Purchased the product on 04/sep/18 but still the company is not showing any responsibility on the product. I use the product occasionally. What kind of quality check are done by the companies?
Product is not worth for the price. Cheating peoples with the brand name.

I have purchased this sound bar from flipkat on dated 15.05.2018 its bill number was faaavm[protected]. Later it had some problem and it stopped working with two months of purchase only. Cables provided are also working.

Remote control provided with product is also not working.

Later i approached to the customer care of blaupunkt for replace/repair. I got a call from [protected] from them that we will replace the product and come for pick up in next 48 hours. One week is over but no one have come for the pickup and now they are not picking the mobile also.
