    Ordered a Blaupunkt 50" smart TV on 10th Nov on Flipkart, delivered on 15'th Nov, installation date on 20th November by the brand partner, faulty display found on the same day by the installation person, trying to reach the customer care[protected] &[protected] which went unanswered for the last two days. Flipkart is not taking responsibility stating this is not their mistake they're just an online market.

      I bought a Blaupunkt LED HD 4K TV in Dec 2018 and now all of a sudden it stopped displaying screen and powering up. I tried reaching consumer care but the type of reply I received shows that there is not even a small effort to help consumers and above that they seem least bothered about it (refer to customer care reply attached as screenshot) and didn't even give efforts to have this checked for fault.
      This is not expected from a global brand like Blaupunkt and would like this to be addressed on priority as chasing consumer care again and again gave the same results. You cannot force consumers to go for an upgrade by giving an excuse that you do not have the spare parts and in fact when you are not even concerned of resolving the current issue. This is one of the pathetic experiences of the after sales service and not acceptable.

      See the confidence of Consumer CARE they even asked to upgrade TV treating consumer as fool who would waste money on this cheap brand again going for upgrade. ###

        I had purchased CAR Stereo Palm Beach 550 from a dealer for Rs.24.000/-. Blaupunkt has no support in India. Their numbers [protected] and [protected] do not work. Nobody responds and calls disconnect automatically. Extremely bad bad support. Please and never buy blaupunkt products at all.

            I have registered a complaint regarding my TV on 10th Aug 2022 as it's display panel is under warranty and my Tv's panel emits light from corner.
            So company has taken visiting charges from me, they told me that we have approved your TV for replacement.
            Its been more tha 1.5 months, i didn't receive my TV, plus whenever i call them on customer care they always says we will dispatch yout tv in 4 days and this process is continuing only.
            I am not getting any resolution for this.

                    I had purchased Blaupunkt truly wireless earbuds (BTW 25) on 15.05.2022. The order number is BP33347WO. The earbuds have stopped functioning within two months from the date of purchase. I have tried to lodge a complaint on the customer care number, but they refused to write it, advising me to send an e-mail. I have sent two emails in the last 10 days but there is no response. Blaupunkt chat bot on WhatsApp does not give you an option to lodge a complaint and keeps providing a menu list, which does not have an option to write a complaint. The company claims to have high standards of products and workmanship, but I have not been able to get any solution in more than 10 days. Please help.

                      I had ordered a sound bar by applying by voucher code. However, during payment by UPI money deducted but no order or any message shown from Blaupunkt side. After that I contact the customer care but noting resolve. I order on day i.e.01/06/2022.
                      Further customer told me that your money is stuck our end and it will be refunded in 24 hours .However now it was more than four days but money not refunded .Mr Ankit customer care shared...

                      I purchased Blaupunkt TV - 55 Inches from Flipkart in February 2022.

                      After installation and after a couple of days, I noticed that the sound of the TV is less than expected.

                      The sound settings on my TV is :
                      DTS Studio Sound: Enabled
                      Surround: Disabled
                      TruVolume: Enabled
                      Auto Volume: Enabled
                      Speaker : Enabled.
                      SPDIF Type: Auto
                      Audio Type: Normal

                      TV remembers the settings when the TV is switched off and powered back again. But once the TV restarts, the sound automatically gets reduced. Even if we increase the volume via remote, it will not make much difference.
                      To get back the original sound, we again need to go to Sound Options via clicking More on the menu
                      Once we are on the window of the sound, without any adjusting, the sound comes back.

                      I strongly doubt there is a glitch in the software or on the audio driver due to which this is happening.
                      This issue is getting noticeably larger day by day.

                      I have not connected the TV to any external sound systems. Also the TV is connected to the set-top box via hdmi. The same issue was there when I connected the TV via audio-video cable.

                      Kindly let me know how shall i resolve this issue as it is very frustrating to go the sound menu every time we switch on the TV.

                      All the customer care email ids are bouncing back and the toll free numbers[protected] &[protected] are unreachable.

                      Please let me know what should I do ?

                              I have purchased a blaupunkt sound bar SBA01 100W. When I connect it to my smart TV with HDMI cable, it doesn't connect instantly. I have to switch off and on several times, sometimes I need to switch the sources to Bluetooth or Aux and then back to HDMI. But it take 20 to 25 minutes to finally get connected. This is so annoying. Please fix the issue.

                              I have Haier 42 Inch smart TV which has HDMI Arc port to connect the sound bar to have best quality output.

                                I had bought Blaupunkt earbuds few months ago, few days ago I lost my charging case, so I did complaint to the Blaupunkt company on their email, to which they replied with a mail that ticket created.but since then no response came from this company.neither their executive s received my calls, not they reply emails.worst customer service ever, never even by mistake buy this company s products, these people don't care about customers.

                                  It's been a year this product is purchased and HDMI ports stopped working. When contacted customer care this was the response given by them. It seems a JOKE to them to upgrade LED TV every year now and then?

                                      I have purchased Blaupunkt SBSWL02 130W subwoofer from Amazon on November 23rd 2020. They stopped working after 20 days. It’s been 2weeks and more no one responding till date. I called-up to Customer care and agent says he did not received the product but i received a SMS from Blue dart stating that product is delivered to COM SEAL .Please rectify this ASAP.

                                        I have bought a wireless headset after 1 and half months it's stopped working. I have couriered it to their Bangalore address its Envent worldwide. They said the product is reached my near location and could not find my address and that's the reason they were not able to deliver. I am very sure their logistic is a third party and they have not contacted me till time. And they are building up some story and after 1 month time no solution and not able to find my product

                                              As a Blaupunkt lover, We are a Architecture firm based in Kerala, India. We have ordered a 2.1speakers (10W) vai Instagram Blaupunkt site. The product was imported & marketed by Envent World Wide PVT Ltd.22A, G/F, Space I Tech Park, Tower B2, Sector49Sohna Road Gurugram, Haryana - 122018. Yesterday we have received the speakers, but unfortunately the product which we have received is of a very low quality & with damage, seems its a duplicate product. So we would request a refund for the product.

                                                I brought a blaupunkt tv 43 inch with 3 years extended warranty in march 2020 but tv stopped working. Manufacturer is not contactable. Jeevs not ready to address issue for extended warranty.
