Blaupunkt — Fraud done

I had ordered a sound bar by applying by voucher code. However, during payment by UPI money deducted but no order or any message shown from Blaupunkt side. After that I contact the customer care but noting resolve. I order on day i.e.01/06/2022.
Further customer told me that your money is stuck our end and it will be refunded in 24 hours .However now it was more than four days but money not refunded .Mr Ankit customer care shared that money is our Q end .I think they were doing Fraud .kindly provide me product or my money back.
