This is the complaint against authorized service center for Blaupunkt Namely Universal electronics. BG-11, Nupur Vastu co-op housing society, Borda Margao, Goa - 403602.
The owner of service center didn't check the product when brought for repair (after request also); asked to call after three days for estimate; after 7 days when called said product is repaired and ready and bill amount is Rs 1600/- When i asked for bill he asked for 18% extra for the GST bill ; being authorized service center he must provide the authentic GST bill it means he is avoiding to pay taxes on bill for his own personal benefit.
Another thing when i asked him to check speaker in car he denied to do so i connected speaker myself in front of the center and it wasnt working ; i informed the same on the spot ; he said it must be wiring fault of the car ; if it is so then there was no fault in speaker and that's why he refused to provide the bill and service details. And if it is fault of the wiring then why he charged Rs 1600/-???????
Apart from that his behavior and arrogant nature is not customer friendly at all ; he threatens to customer ; being helpless with the product and customer cant do anything .
Such a exploitation must be stopped so that future customers wont be suffered.
