I am writing to register a complaint against Bloomsvilla (www.bloomsvilla.com) for non-delivery of a prepaid flower bouquet order and complete lack of customer support.

Order Time: Around 1:30 PM on 24th June 2025
Delivery Slot Chosen: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Product Ordered: Gorgeous Beauty - Regular Flowers with Vase
Despite choosing the delivery slot well within the timeframe, the order was neither delivered nor was there any update or communication from Bloomsvilla.
To make matters worse:
The customer care number listed on the website is non-functional – no one answers the call.
I also tried reaching them via WhatsApp, but again, no response at all.
No refund has been issued till now, and the order still shows as pending/delivered without clarity.
This reflects clear negligence, lack of service, and possible fraudulent intent. I believe I am not the only victim, as several other customers have reported similar experiences online.
Request:
I request the concerned consumer authority to take strict action against Bloomsvilla and ensure:
1. A full refund of my payment at the earliest.
2.Proper investigation into the repeated consumer grievances against this website.
3.Necessary action to prevent them from misleading and cheating other customers.
These kinds of practices harm consumer trust and should not go unchecked.
