I had placed an order for a cake from them and made my payment as well on 28thDec 2024. I received a confirmation email for my payment and order details. The product was not delivered to the address, and the delivery status of the product has not changed from "On hold- out of service area". I've been trying to get in touch with the customer service but i have not received any response to my emails and complaints nor is the number provided in the site accessible and there are no alternate numbers provided as well. I need a refund of my money as soon as possible as my order was never delivered.
