BloomsVilla — Missing delivery

Terrible so-called business - seems to be run by scammers. Ordered a number of items worth almost $9, 000 and absolutely nothing got delivered to the recipient. The company (aka scammers) claim to have handed it over to a security guard but no such thing happened. They cannot provide signature proof or photo proof of delivery, nor can they even provide the name of the security guard. Total fabricated nonsense. No refund either.
