[Resolved] Blue Dart — Blue Dart Express Limited – Very Very Poor Customer Care Service | |||
Dear Concern, Blue dart DHL were suppose to deliver a courier to my place however there were no calls made by them informing me of the delivery. My Waybill no. is – [protected]. As I have changed my address, I called the Blue dart customer care[protected] around 11:20 and made request for pick the delivery from Blue dart office, Anna nagar, Chennai. When I visit the Blue dart office around 2PM, they said like it out for delivery. Then what is the point of calling the customer care to hold the delivery. After that, I made several calls to blue dart customer care to complain about the issue but all in vain. The worst part is, they place my call on hold for 11 mins. Very unhelpful employees and very poor customer care. I highly do not recommend. Was this information helpful? | |||
