This is heights of irresponsibility and carelessness that these guys follow on a regular basis. The delivery called me up and i guided him with the location and also told him that if he can call me anytime if he is unable to find the location. But still the irresponsible and careless delivery guy returned my package saying that he was able to find the location. I have specially left my ph. no. with them and asked them to call me before delivery. None of their customer care numbers are working neither any of customer care emails are active. I do not know how our government is allowing such fraud and irresponsible companies to setup their business in this country. Please take strict action against them.

Updated by Vikrum If I do not get a resolution in next 24 hours then I will file a case against the company and ensure that they pay heavy losses and also ensure that they will not be able to do this kind of fraud with anyone in future.
