Blue Dart Express — About delivery of a courier | |||||
I am Sagar and i am from MORBI(GUJARAT)(INDIA). Directly coming to the point, Please register the below matter as an Serious Complaint. It is an shameful thing for BLUEDART company that you dont know the meaning of COURIER. Whenever i get the courier from this company, everytime i get a call from your office demanding to pick it up from their office eventhough they are able to deliver it to my address and we are AVAILABLE too!!!. I mean they directly speak off that "your courier has been arrived to our office and please send somebody to pick it up" that too very RUDELY. So, everytime in my working hours i have to spoil my 5 to 10 minutes teaching them their service because BLUEDART have hired them without explaining their part of JOB. Please take necessary and useful steps to solve this problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
