I ordered a product from a known brand from their official website. They sent my product through blue dart.
When I am checking the status of my parcel, it is showing address unlocatable and cannot deliver. On the day of the delivery, I didn't get even a single call from the delivery boy if he had any confusion locating the address.
Now when I am trying to contact Bluedart, some random boys are taking the call and talking in a very unprofessional manner (it sounded very evident as if these boys are some Jamtara types).
They said that if I want the courier, I need to pay some registration fees and give my contact and address again. The nos. from where I got such calls are [protected],[protected].
How will I get my courier?
Atleast there should be 2 delivery attempts. And why doesn't the blue dart delivery boy call, I don't understand. Was this information helpful? |
