Blue Dart Express — am complaining about the services

I shipped the product 5 days ago and still the product is not delivered. They did not tell me that the are of delivery is out of their service. They finely accepted my shipment. But now they are giving the reason that the area is out of delivery services.. They cost too much but very bad service. Am really disappointed with this service.. I really want my product to be delivered today itself.
