Blue Dart Express — Arrogant behaviour

Got a call from the calicut office ([protected]) asking for the address, saying that it was hard to pinpoint the delivery location seem to be very irritated, could understand, so i called him back and gave all the details required for the delivery, again spoke back very arrogantly saying that it was a very large area(though i gave him the full details), couriers, posts do get delivered to this address. Just don't understand what the big fuss is. There's no one there who could go to the office and collect it.

Please do advise your employees to talk properly, i know it could get frustrating in line, by this doesnt make sense.

I bought a blutooth by ebay online shoping . The company sent it through bluedart courier company My airway bill no is [protected] and deliverd to gudivada on 02/03/2017, till today i have no message from bluedart courier. This is very irresponsible and neglece of your company, i have very important in my courier, but i cant do anything.
