Dear Sir, I should say the point of communication is completely unsatisfactory. Today is the 3rd day and I am yet to receive my shipment. Blue Dart expects a customer to sit by his phone waiting for the delivery guy to call. If I am unable to answer the delivery guy on time then I have to call the customer service which is really not helping. If I call your delivery guy it asks me to call customer service. Its like a Merry go round with no results. I understand you guys are a ISO Certified company. Please improve your communication errors. Unsatisfied customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
