I have booked extremely important documents which was supposed to be delivered at mississauga, ontario, canada to my daughter. I have paid ₹ 3914 for max 15gm envelop. On 7th may received a sms from vi-bludrt confirming the shipment has been delivered. Surprisingly my daughter informed me that the shipment not delivered at her address. After full day search the envelop has been traced in different building. While checking awb address, my daughter noticed that there is a blunder in typing the address. The unit no : 201 has been typed instead of 2010. It was became extremely difficult to convince the security guard to take delivery of the shipment. I would like to submit the following for bluedart attention and necessary action :
1. How wrong address has been typed? Why no action will be taken on the person responsible?
2. It was clearly written on the envelop “do not fold”. But the envelop delivered in a folded condition (Photo attached). It damaged the document.
3. Bluedart must refund ₹ 3914/- courier charges and pay reasonable compensation for mental agony, tension and harassment.

Pl revert with in 24hrs so that i can proceed further on the matter if required.
