I made 3 Calls to the Customer Service starting from 8 pm to 9 pm on 8th September regarding the Subject AWB as it was showing Out for delivery. All of them assured me that It would be delivered me.It was not delivered to me, and today when I check the status, it is showing, Consignee was Not Available. This is a False kind of information.Whole day I was waiting for the consignment to arrive and today I see such kind of lies printed on the status of the Tracking Page. I never knew Blue Dart could be so unprofessional. Please have the consignment delivered to me today itself or I will have to put it some higher authorities.
