    To day I have received a confidential documents which was courier from my client vide No.: [protected] - Delivery address Navin Nayak & Associates, Basavanagudi. The delivery person has not handed over document to our office instead he throwed the document at ground floor gate itself where as our our office is situate at 3rd floor. On the document cover itself its clearly mentioned confidential. If some took over the document who will be hell responsible? After paying higher charges to delivery is this reckless service we can expect. When I checked status of delivery it says received by SELF. Is it not Blue Dart to have responsible to delivery the documents to concerned office/person? Can I get proper explanation on this please.

      I got a call at 11.50 am from Mr. Mahesh the blue dart delivery boy. i told him I am available at my given address. i can pay for the parcel by card or cash but he returned back without contacting me and later i got this message of the missed shipment ship.

      Please look after the matter as tomorrow and day after tomorrow I will be out of station

But blue dart send me msg that your parcel delivered on[protected]. I compalint regarding this to blue dart helpline no. On[protected] again compaint on[protected] evening and again complaint[protected] and again complaint[protected] and again complaint[protected]. But no further action taken by blue dart. In there parcel my very urgnet documents. Plz action on this behavior and provide my parcel because i have very urgnet need of this parcels. My mobile no. - [protected]

            I've been waiting for my product since it's arrival. I got a message two times saying it's out for delivery but I did not receive the parcel both times. I understand the first situation was due to unforeseen circumstances but I don't see why the product has failed to reach me the second time. Please look into this issue and reach back as soon as possible.

                Hello Team

                I have sent a laptop trough Bluedart from Machilipatnam(521001) to klllapur(509102) on 23rd Jan. My laptop got delivered to kavya on 25th Jan with major damage in the transit. I have immediately called the bluedart office. They are not responding properly.So I can't claim the product money . The package got crumbled in one corner. If a product package is crumbled is that not considered as damage the laptop is not even switching on as the battery compartment is out of shape. I m looking forward to hearing from you.

                  25 Jan was the expected delivery date for my order and I was at home for whole day .but at 9:30pm I got sms that we will deliver your shipment and suddenly at 9:48pm I got msg that sorry we missed u.but I haven't recieved any call from delivery boy, and I check my shipment status it was updated that delivery attempted premise closed.pls help me out of it ASAP

                  So my problem has resolved within 2 hours as I got msg from company that they had informed to service centre of my location and I received my parcel as well.i must say that bluedart is very supportive to its customers Thanku

                                      I had booked a courier from udaipur to mumbai on 22nd january 2021, mentioning fragile as it was a sai bab's idol.

                                        I had opted for home pick-up on 23/12/2020 of my parcel to be sent to California in the US. The parcel was verified by the pick-up person and sealed by him. I had also paid 5340 in cash. Later I got a call from him saying certain products [ chips and tulasi drops ] cannot be sent and hence the parcel would be returned. since the paracel did not leave Mumbai, I was told[ by one Priyanka] that I would be getting my money back. It is a month now since this happened and I have not got my money back. Nor is Priyanka or any other person answering my phone.
                                        It is a senior citizen's hard earned money. Please do the needful to refund my money.
