My package with shipment no. [protected] is not received by me / my family, but it's showing as delivered.

Please respond ASAP and look into the matter as the cost of the package is around 11000/- Rs.

      My courier package status is shown as delivered but recipient has not yet received the parcel. The package was shipped on 31st December. It was delivered on 2nd Jan 21. There was no call from the delivery boy itself.

      Can please take swift action against this

        Order not received but message received that they have delivered

        Last day on 2nd January I received a message from Bluedart that they are delivering one of my consignment today i.e, 02/01. But neither they have called me or they delivered the product but onwards 02.37 PM I received a message that they have delivered the parcel.         The bluedart courier boy didn't attempt delivery at my place, also he didn't contact me regarding location. And when Im trying to track my order it's showing consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. Very worst service in Jeedimetla office, Hyderabad, 500055, Telangana.
        This is not a first time the bluedart did this type of false Attempt.

            "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed"
            I am, however, unable to contact bluedart in order to hand over a landmark. Please fix this issue ASAP, as the order has already been paid for.

                  The parcel was supposed to delivered on 31 Dec 2020. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

                  Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                  Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

                      Hi Team,

                      My Citi bank credit card was dispatched Via BLUE DART AWB no [protected] . I received message on my phone stating card has been delivered .But i don't receive any .

                      how come your status is showing delivered, also if this order cant be delivered to any third party without identity proof, then why is showing delivered.

                      I will not be responsible if any fraud transaction will happen with it .

                      could you please help to resolve this on priority .

                        The order number [protected] status says the order is undelivered and held at location. Before this it said customer requested future delivery. But they never contacted nor did they sent contact number of delivery boy.

                          I received the package from blue dart yesterday 28/12/20 at 10.30Am
                          Under the Tracking I’d ... [protected]..
                          Out side card board box is not damaged 100% nice... if the outside card board box is damaged I would have immediately checked in front of delivery boy... the pressure cooker handle is broken. Kindly take this matter seriously and replace the item

                                Dear Sir,
                                ICICI mutual fund had sent courrier with above way Bill no.[protected] had contained valuable doc. On Nov.17, 2020from Chennai.
                                Blue Dart had delivered on Nov.18, 2020 at 19.10 hrs to “Ram”? who is this Ram is not tracable. How BD had delivered consignment to some body else? My all family members are there in house.

                                Due to BD neglience my suffering too much loss, mental tension. Now due to non tracable the doc, ICICI had asked me to write on Rs.500 stamp paper & submit to them, after three months ICICI will follow for revised doc.

                                Due to Blue Darts, neglience, inefficent management, working staff, I have suffered a lot.

                                I will ask BD to Pay me Rs.2000 as a panelty due worng delivery, If no one is tracable at home BD must have sent doc back. As some other case it happened.

                                Request ICICI to loook into & reconsider business with blue dart.

                                  The TCS Desktop was picked up by blue dart person on 24th November, 2020 from Nighoj, Parner, Ahmednagar and the System is not yet delivered to Tcs Kensington office, Powai Mumbai( Checked with the from TCS). Can you please check and provide update on this?

                                      Regarding Amount refund

                                      My order from Ajio was delivered on Dec 9th and amount was paid through RAZORPAY. But the delivery status was not updated in my Ajio app.Then I contacted the service person on dec 14th who delivered the parcel.He told to repay the amount to close the status and the previous amount will be credited within 10 days.so I paid again the amount on Dec 14th but its almost more than 10 days still I dint get the refund amount..please do the needful...
