This is more of a request than complaint. Please stop servicing in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan - 335512
Every time a bank sends something via bluedart, I know for sure that you guys don't give a ### and return it without even contacting the receiver even when mobile number is mentioned there.
There are better courier providers who does the job as it is expected.
How it helps people of Hanumangarh if you stop your services here?
If a bank finds that bluedart is not servicing in an area, they will use other company. Doesn't matter which company they will use we will receive the courier.
By the way, I told ICICI bank to send my card using any provider other than BlueDart. Guess what? They agreed and sent it using Delhivery.
So in short your courier guys in bluedart are not delivering and it has been happening for years.
Please close your office here. It will help us a lot.

    Basically my order was supposed to deliver tody mssge also came. I waited till 8 pm today, I called customer care 3 to 4 times as there was no number given of the delivery boy or the where its was coming from (blue Dart office jamnagar). I explain everything as this thing has happen earlier also delay and at last a mssge was given that we are unable to call u or find ur address.to tody no calls no contact no nothing was given. This is so annoying sir that this thing has happened 2nd time with me. The customer care was polite so doubt he told they he will tell them to reach u. He also told me that today positively ur order will be delivered. Now when calling its saying we gave closed due to bad weather. I checked the review of the dp office jamnagar in Google map all the reviews were same. Now tell me 1 time it's okie 2 nd again... Plus no information. Today again sir 2 nd day it is no ans

      Firstly, Blue dart online customer care is promising a 24 hour delivery and the same was done on 25/11/2020. However, the same is being denied in the reception counter of Bluedart Couriers, Diamond Park, Visakhapatnam for the last 3 times but the charges are being collected at the same tariffs. Also, being from a Government department(Income Tax Department) files are packed in a particular manner in a container box. Inspite of showing the Identitty proof, the same was denied and asked to show the contents. I definitely understand the security concern and am ready to open the box and show the contents. However, if I am supposed to do so, then Bluedart is supposed to keep a person for packing the same, which is not in place and created a lot of irritation and discomfort. Who would be held responsible if the contents go missing as there are documents of HVTs. The same equipment and the way the packing was done might not be possible at that place. The staff were quite adamant to help in this issue.

      Hoping to receive a feedback on the same.

            Hi Blue dart,
            Sorry, I need to approach you directly for justice.I, Jimi Gajab, has sent a parcel to Canada via Bluedart. My tracking number is #[protected] on 5th Nov 2020.
            The parcel was supposed to be delivered at the address Brampton, Canada to Mr Niraj Parikh. But it was by mistake delivered to USA.
            I had sent the parcel via bluedart agent (super Air International, malad Via skyline Express)on 5th November 2020. Since then the update on the tracking id was showing that it was still in Mumbai.
            My sister-in-law lives in Canada and was hoping to get the parcel before Diwali.
            The tentative date for the parcel to arrive in Canada was 9th November 2020 but it has delivered on 20/11/2020 after lots shocks mentioned below !
            Firstly, while Tracking on Blue dart website till 20/11/2020, Shipment was showing at Mumbai airport, though it was delivered without any label to my SIS in Canada. Surprisingly, the shipment label was not mentioning Mr Niraj Parikh, and It was in the name of Mr Ravi USA. PFA : Proof for the same.
            This parcel were having food items but most of the items are opened, and some items were stolen. Photo attached.
            After two days, They have received another parcel for someone else without any intimation, prior calls and Label. Shocking !
            My SIS has immediately informed the local DHL to return it to right person.
            Bluedart has always been one of the best courier services, but this time it has been highly disappointing as there was a blunder in delivery. I have spent almost 15 days in troma and tense.

            Today, I again finally spoke to her and she said i have coordinate with skyline express regarding my parcel refund. This is not acceptable.
            I am a working individual and it is highly stressful to constantly follow up on this process as I do not get so much time. It is affecting me mentally.
            It is very annoying to constantly follow up with different people.
            I will be highly obliged if you can escalate this issue and let me know what is the status of my refund as it is highly disappointing and I am feeling highly vulnerable right now. Local Agent is not giving proper answers and update.

                  On Saturday Dec5, 2020 at 6:30PM i received a message from blue dart "Thank you for cooperating in the contactless delivery of your shpt vide Blue Dart Awb#3782080xxxx to SING. Please acknowledge delivery on".
                  But i haven't got my parcel, i don't even know to whom my parcel is delivered & Blue dart's customer support is not answering my calls. My parcel is missing and blue dart's customer support either not answering or their numbers are busy, i tried sending mail to them but their mail server is also down. Please help in getting my parcel back & penalising blue dart for this inconvenience.

                    your executive called me to deliver my shipment and asked to share otp..i have shared OTP 3 times..and i tired and i have asked him ..why your asking so many times OTP...SO he used Very Vulgar language and he said i will not deliver your shipment whatever you wan to do u can do.. am sending back this shipment

                            My parcel is been marked as "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect" by the delivery boy or whoever on 03Dec2020, whereas I had the full address on the parcel with three phone numbers including sender phone number.

                            If I did not have the address or phone number on the parcel, how come they managed to deliver it today!

                            There were some bank documents in the parcel and I had big loss because of that, it involved some payments from overseas. This can't be excused since we had everything correct on the parcel. It is just the carelessness from the Bluedart's end.

                            I would want Bluedart to pay for my financial losses and refund me for the shipment fees.

                                        My order no #[protected] had to be delivered on 1 Dec 2020 but was not delivered due to incomplete address but when I checked the address it was complete and it's not the first time bluedart is delivering me package. In case if the address couldn't be located by the delivery boy then he should have contacted me . I am constantly calling in the blue dart customer number but it's always saying that the line is congested. I want my package as soon as possible and this was not at all expected from bluedart.
