Blue Dart Darjeeling is the worst courier service. Their delivery personell are highly unprofessional and wants us to collect packages from their office itself when they are paid fully for their service. It's not the first time I'm facing this problem with Blue dart. Conveniently they say that the location was unlocatable. They do not even attempt delivery. Blue Dart should remove their service from Darjeeling for good.

    Non delivery of passport

    Yesterday the delivery status of my passport showed that the shipment was arrived at my city at 11.40 AM. However BlueDart didn't get it delivered to me. On calling the customer care number they said that as the shipment was received after 9 Am they will deliver the same tomorrow.
    When I checked the status today, it says customer requested future delivery, however I haven't requested any such future delivery. Solve the issue as soon...

    Every time shown Out Of Delivery Area so why pick up my courier to sender directly told to sender i have not deliver courier on that place. every time i am send mail to complain box after one person contact with me and i go your office and collect my courier, no one call first me on your side, every time i was complain and after your side solve my concerns.

      This concerns the latency in the delivery of my shipment #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 13th October. The concerned person who was supposed to deliver the package made no effort to call back to give any updates. The shipment records state something out the blue. The concerned delivery person is very lenient about the issue. We were only asked for the directions but no response after.
      To top that off I was sent a mail that said my shipment was refused within a few minutes of calling the concerned delivery guy.
      I request you to look into this matter of severe discrepancies and tardiness as I still haven’t received my package.

            Bluedart doesn't have any customer support and the ivr number[protected] is fake if you call the most of the time it is busy and if received then doesn't take any input from user and disconnect.

                Don't know what stupidity is this. My consignment with waybill as - [protected] is showing status as 'Consignee shifted from given address'

                What the hell is this? I stay at same address. It might be that I was not at home due to being at office and room locked.

                Why you didn't gave a single call if you have difficulty in delivery.

                From where can I collect my consignment myself from my nearby address location tell me. I will collect it with necessary ID proof. Don't want again the stupidity of consignee shifted when you're not even interested to give a call.

                    Bluedart courier has not been delivered and it is marked as consignee address not located. However I did not receive any call regarding this. Why don't the delivery guys call on the given phone number and ask for directions. Why are they behaving so dumb. Why can't they make little bit of effort and ask for directions. I thought Bluedart and DHL were world class couriers and can even deliver in remotest parts of the country. But it doesn't seem so.

                    Now they have delivered it to some other address and the person to whom they have delivered is called Rohit. I don't know who he is and where he is. They should have called the mobile number given and confirmed the location. I don't know what to say. I don't trust BLUEDART in Himachal. Only SPEEDPOST seems reliable. Who will refund me now. Why don't they list all the local office numbers and addresses so that we can go and collect the package ourselves. So many improvements here...Is the management listening?

Ltd and my order number is 22203 .Bluedart tracking number: [protected]. on 10 oct 2020 it is showing out for delivery no calls from bluedart were made and the status was changed to Special Delivery, Area Not Serviced.
                      please ship it again to address as rest of the delivery companies doing it properly.

                            I've order a phone and it was shipped via bluedart. When bluedart courier guy first came to my home, I wasn't around and since then it was held on local location for more than 10 days. Every time I call customer care they say "We are going to have it delivered on next business day" but it never happened and after few more days, tracking status was updated as "Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request".

                            If you can't deliver then just don't but at least communicate the same to the customer.

                                  My parcel with way bill no. [protected] supposed to deliver on 05/10/2020. But the delivery boy (mob. [protected] ) called me and ask my address. After noted my location he refused to deliver the parcel at my doorstep and asked me to collect my package from their hub which is almost 3 kms. from my home. Then he cancelled my order without any prior information. I also lodged many complains telephonic-ally to customer care of Blue Dart but the issue has't been resolved and not taking any action. My parcel still not delivered by the courier service and held in their custody. I have been suffering great lose due to the issue. This is very much inconvenient. At this point I have noting to do but file a complaint. Kindly see the issue as urgent and deliver my package ASAP.

                                    Delivery delayed with no proper customer service

                                    Blue dart Waybill number [protected] was shipped from Gurgaon on 6th Oct and expected date of delivery 8th Oct, according to the latest update the shipment reached Delhi on 7th Oct and Calcutta on 8th Oct

                                    Today is 9th Oct with the current status of shipment reached Air hub at BBW and no further information. They update the status once in a day with reaching one city at a time which is a pathetic service if you compare other...

                                    The agency was charging Rs.6745 to ship the laptop from Bangalore to Gurgaon. One asking them to return the shipment, they denied returning the shipment. We had to finally visit the partner office on cunningham road and forecefully get the laptop. They have opened the box and have stolen the charger. very rude and unprofessional behaviour.
