I called your employee for three days in a row,
He gave me time of 12o clock to call and remind him so he can carry my credit card and despite of calling him for three days he didnt delivered my card

      Hi, the address is correct but for the awb:
      [protected] it says Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed.
      Can u please check on this or atleast ask the delivery guy to call .

        So I am completely satisfied with bluedart as I have placed complaint for no delivery of parcel and I mailed them about my problem and they respond me and resolve my problem as well and their staff is so supportive and I got the parcel as well.customer web executives contact me via email and helped me

              It said consignee address is incomplete which is wring because I had items delivered at this add before by bludart from the same shipper (in my case HDFC bank) . The delivery guy dint even call and reverted my delivery.

                My packet includes one 32 inch tv and a glass photo frame.
                Product costs rs-18000

                shipping date 13 -oct-2020,
                Packaging done by bluedart courier staff.

                Both the product were damaged and was totally broken.

                i have raised a compalint to bludart but the customer service are not taking any action.

                  Even today is 20/10/2020 they didn't delivered tv to me.
                  Even reach my town How many days kept my Tv in corior ?

                  The person didn't respond phone calls also
                  The centre was closed from saturday
                  Please rectify my problem and take action to deliver my order today

                          Blue Dart Darjeeling is the worst courier service. Their delivery personell are highly unprofessional and wants us to collect packages from their office itself when they are paid fully for their service. It's not the first time I'm facing this problem with Blue dart. Conveniently they say that the location was unlocatable. They do not even attempt delivery. Blue Dart should remove their service from Darjeeling for good.

                            Non delivery of passport

                            Yesterday the delivery status of my passport showed that the shipment was arrived at my city at 11.40 AM. However BlueDart didn't get it delivered to me. On calling the customer care number they said that as the shipment was received after 9 Am they will deliver the same tomorrow.
                            When I checked the status today, it says customer requested future delivery, however I haven't requested any such future delivery. Solve the issue as soon...

                              This concerns the latency in the delivery of my shipment #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 13th October. The concerned person who was supposed to deliver the package made no effort to call back to give any updates. The shipment records state something out the blue. The concerned delivery person is very lenient about the issue. We were only asked for the directions but no response after.
                              To top that off I was sent a mail that said my shipment was refused within a few minutes of calling the concerned delivery guy.
                              I request you to look into this matter of severe discrepancies and tardiness as I still haven’t received my package.

                                    Bluedart doesn't have any customer support and the ivr number[protected] is fake if you call the most of the time it is busy and if received then doesn't take any input from user and disconnect.
