    When I pay the money with upi it show error by your side and u didn't take cash..and with the card it show same error.. my payable amount is more than 1lakh.. so how can i pay the money .

      Blue Dart delivery guy denied to deliver at the mentioned address to my relative. I was away from home for 5 minutes, within this time he took away the parcel. Although my relative produced his ID card, the delivery guy didn't oblige to have a look at it.

      When I called, he didn't have patience to even hear me out. Such a pathetic service.
      Now, the parcel is in Blue Dart regional office. When I checked with Customer Service and told that I can personally visit the regional office and collect, he again denied saying such a handover is not possible.

      Now, I'm clueless what to do. I have to receive the parcel in 2 days and these guys are just playing.

      I would never recommend this service to anyone in future.

          My shipment from- mybageecha, containing plants was supposed to be delivered by 27th October 2020.
          But it was delayed and when I tracked my order on 29th October 202” with waybill number -
          #[protected] it stated that “Consignee refused to accept” but to my wonder, the order was not even delivered.
          I need my package contains the plants as soon as possible, as it contains a sensitive item.
          I still hope that blue dart being such a trustworthy company would deliver my shipment soon and this inconvenience would be resolved.

              Bluedart waybill number is: [protected]
              Today I recieved a parcel of 17 numbers of Samsung Tab A. But when i opened the parcel 1 box was opened and the TAb was missing. I immediately took photos and sent to the agent who delivered and also made a complaint. I was happy that the bluedart head office contacted me immediately and promised to take needed action . You can make a complain and trace it out with IMEI number, Thanks

                This is for your kind information that I have ordered an apple iPhone 11 prepaid product on[protected] having bluedart tracking id or waybill no. [protected] in the name of abhijit kumar dubey which have been reached to nearest blue dart outlet at[protected].We reached to them but they didn't give us our prepaid order as we have to exchange the phone with them as we have purchased it on exchnage offer. They said our system of checking the phone is not working so we will send our staff to your home so that they can check the basic requirement before exchanging. But till date not a single staff contacted us nor they are picking up the call. This is purely utter poor service from your end. Without looking or checking at the phone they simply said over call that we are unable to exchange and didn't mention the reason, How is this possible!!!Above that courier service meant to reach at the customer doorstep but your service is such a poor one that they didn't even think to reach customer. Simply they are afraid to exchange high value product as my product is already prepaid. My order has been blocked at your end without justifying any proper reason. We never expect such an unproffessional behaviour and poor servcice from bluedart.
                Do the needful at your end as soon as possible.

                    This is regarding AWB [protected] dated 13th March 2020.
                    This contains my debit card, it is shown as delivered and collected by security guard, but it is not with the security guard. I didn't even get a call regarding my delivery and since it was during initial covid days, it was unable for me to follow up on this.

                    Please share me the details of delivery confirmation for my order

                      I hope you are good and well. Blue dart is a worst and very useless courier service provider as they were not delivering my product. It's a worst experience i ever had in my life, my product boult audio true5ive wireless earbud cost - 2000 rs is not delivered by blue dart. I have lots of chat during the call with the customer care but they want lots of time like more and more and more. Where is my product blue dart, i want my product. It's already more than 1 months has passed and still you are unable to do anything.

                      Blue dart ate my product.And it was last updated on 29 September 2020 that is delivery delayed, how much delay i think no limit, it is untraceable. My product is supposed to be delivered by 16 September 2020 but today is 29 October 2020, i didn't know how much time they need. let me get my product its already too late.
                      Wish that it will work, and soon i will be informed.

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that I have recieved courier through blue dart today with tracking id- [protected], [protected]. I am feeling really sad by Informing you about misbehaviour done by your courier boy. He was talking as if he is doing any favour By delivering parcels. Due to poor network in our house we were not able to take his call. He was so rude as I felt he is some criminal n not fit to be courier delivery person as he has to go to houses where even female takes parcel sometimes. I really feel surprised how company like bluedart kept such person. Really shameful for company of such repute. As a responsible citizen of India I thought of informing you before any mishap happens to any1 or your company. Would request you to kindly take strict action against him and he should assure that same thing he should not repeat. Would like to know wat response and action taken by your company

                          I'm Dinesh.D.J and residing in Bangalore, India. This has reference to the above mentioned Order number pursuant to which the following certain products from Apple should have been delivered to me today (28.10.2020) through 'Credit Card on Delivery' payment mode. The Blue Dart Courier person met me at the delivery location at 1.30 P.M today along with the package. When I took out my Credit Card for making payment he said that Blue Dart has not deployed swiping machines for accepting credit cards. Instead he asked me to make payment through Cash or through Wallet options like Paytm, Ola Money, Pay U Money, etc.

                          I told him that I do not have Cash and emphasised that when I placed the order there was a payment option 'Credit Card on Delivery'. Therefore, I told him that I was ready to make payment through 'Credit Card on Delivery' mode only. He further told me that so many Apple online store orders were cancelled by the interested buyers because of the issue narrated by me above.

                          I have never been disappointed while making purchase of Apple products in stores directly. This is the first instance in my life where I'm disappointed, humiliated and heartbroken in my attempt to get a product through Apple online store. Why would you offer such a payment method (Credit Card on Delivery) when you don't have an agreement/understanding with Apple? It's totally irresponsible behaviour from Bluedart and I'm heartbroken.

                          Please advise Apple to remove this payment mode from the payment page in their website as you don't have it and don't humiliate more people.

                          Note: In Bluedart Tracking page, it is mentioned that “Consignee refused to accept”. I’m asking you, Don’t you feel ashamed of what you’ve written on Tracking page. Did I refuse to accept? I’ve rightly informed your delivery agent to provide the swiping machine because I’ve selected ‘Credit Card on Delivery’ payment mode. If this is the service you set up, then it’s a crap and your have no credibility.

                                I called your employee for three days in a row,
                                He gave me time of 12o clock to call and remind him so he can carry my credit card and despite of calling him for three days he didnt delivered my card
