Address: BT Road Blue dart office

I got message for delivery of my HDFC credit card with a tracking number but that day no delivery has been made but it is showing that the delivery has successfully completed.
As per new policy the person should receive OTP. But I did not receive any OTP or call from them neither any package delivered to the given address. This is very much confidential yet they showed very much irresponsibility and also the text showed successful delivery provided my spelling of my name wrong.
Kindly help with this important issue.

        I did not receive my order. The executive called me he asked me the adress he said me I cannot come there sir. I asked him why you collected the order .he told me I will come tomorrow and I will give the order. But he kept as I was not available at location. I need my package immediately return please.

          Poor service... Such a pathetic service, not informing us after the material reached the office, we tracked for the status they informed thst the consignment came but wont deliver and need to come and collect the material, as we dont have time and travel distance is another issue and two three days pending consignment to sort out. We paid for the delivery already and the lady staff approach is pathetic. Bluedart should not keep just unprofessional staffs. Its been many years their approach is same as you can see in reviews

            Waybill no #[protected]
            The parcel was supposed to delivered on 30-sept-2020. Instead the status changed to consignee not available two time even I am available 24/7 at mentioned address

            Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

            Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

            Please help!!!

                I had send courier from Tinsukia (Assam) to Kottayam (Kerala) on 16.09.2020, its consignment number is [protected], its my house hold item's TV, stove, table fan, etc, I received my courier on 29.09.20 but my TV is damaged due to irresponsibility of courier service, I had already give them the declaration about item's I'm sending still they don't care about it

                      This is in the reference of my courior no-[protected]
                      Which has to be delivered at my office address but unfortunately i was not in the office because we are working from home and coming only two days in a office. So i told to to the runner to deliver to our security guard and when i "ll come to office i collect the same. Without listing complete he disconnected the call and left from the office. And even customer is not responding in polite manner...

                      Kindly look into this urgently as i need that courior on urgent basis.

                      I did not received a pacakge but the executive has kept the order has been delivered .
                      The executuve has called on phone and said that he arrived at the address and nobody was there where as in actual he did'nt come there and then the call made was from my side that still waiting for collection of my pacakge.

                        I received two separate messages one from amazon and second from blue dart. Amazon delivery was received but I still expected a bluedart courier to arrive. There was no quick way to enquire from bluedart, such as the delivery agent's phone number. This led to lodging of a complaint from my side. I got the clarification from bluedart now that Amazon was delivering an item through bluedart, and that both messages were for delivery of the same item. Hence complaint is resolved

                              Jadavpur service centre prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery 23rd september, 2020. (Time - 20:30).

                              I haven't received the blue dart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

                              I was not contacted through sms or email. Can this issue be resolved immediately.

                                      HI this is Rajib Dasgupta, i was expecting a delivery from bluedart on 17th sep 2020, and the delivery exective camed at 5pm in the evening and as my mom a cancer patient she opened the door little late, but the executive had done a rude behavior with my mom and even cancelled the delivery, and that is my bank documents which were very essential for me . So I donot know why blue dart being a reputated company hire these types of employees and even donot take any steps against these types of employee . It is a loss for me .                                         I had a delivery from bluedart and it was about to get delivered today that is 17/09, 2020. It was 4:30pm when the executive camed to deliver the assignment, but unfortunely my old mother was sleeping and she cannot hear the ring of the bell, so the executive has told many unwanted and abusive words to her and rejected the delivery. It was a important thing of my bank that was getting delivered. I am too much upset that bluedart being a reputated company is hiring such people who doesn't respect people.
