I am available in given address but they updated as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem.

    Consignment not picked up as per the provided schedule

    Hi team,
    We have booked a shipment from madurai-625002 to bangalore 560020 on 20th aug 2020 and got token number token no. 17947) on pick up confirmation.
    But pick up not happened, the same type of issue getting repeated frequently.

    Need solutions for reoccurring issues.

    I want to know the status of the shipment no mentioned in the subject line. The status (19/08/2020 evening) is showing incorrect/incomplete consignee address.in the morning 19/08/2020 it was showing out for delivery. I didn't receive any calls from the delivery agent to confirm about my address. I want to know what is going on and what address is mentioned for delivery.

    Please share me the details asap and also the contact number of the delivery agent.

        I order cardiac medicine in the netmeds on 15 th august, they gave me expected date on 18 the august but till now my order is in the calcutta hub. My order id is [protected]. They now showing expected delivery date 22 the august. The emergency medicine which they deliver so late. My first order took 7 days to reach to me. They negotiate my order

          Delivery fraud

          This is Sourav Debnath. I had two of my packages holding Waybill no: [protected] and [protected]

          Both of the packages arrived at the Agartala hub at 7th August. I got a message in 8th August morning saying that the package (waybill no.           I had purchased a mobile from oneplus authorised website
          Order #m[protected]Placed on[protected]:16:03)
          It was to be delivered by the bluedart courier on 14th august.
          Then they informed that it will be delivered on 17th august 2020.
          Bluedart courier - "[protected]"

          On 17th morning i received the call that parcel is out for delivery.
          On same day i was informed that parcel is misplaced and talk to the company.

          How courier company can be so mismanaged. I want a strict action on it.

            The parcel was supposed to delivered on 18/7/2020 Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

            Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

            Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

              I have been contacted once that I will be receive my ajio parcel by bluedart. Then once I have been contacted by bluedart that my parcel is arriving early and now it already is about to exceed the usual delivery deadline, but theirs no update from their side. I have been contacting them about the same and they inform me that delivery will be doneby next day but then it never happened.

                      Parcel was not delivered to the mentioned address, delivery person was very rude and he said that he will cancel the order from his side if we don't pick the parcel from his mentioned place which is 2km from out mentioned address.

                              I received fake product through blue dart. Abn: [protected] i ordered smart watch cod 1699/-. When deliverary came to deliver product i told that open n show me product. He told that first you pay 1699 rupees then opened. I paid her 1699 rupees. After that i opened parcel in this fake smart watch put in.

                              It s a fraud 1699 rupees by blue dart and dealsaoffer.
                              Plz return 1699 rupees. Other i will go in court against you.
