My waybill no is - [protected]. I have ordered my mi mobile on 29. July. The item is shipped at 31/07/2020. Why is blue dart careless about the delivery of the product. Why does you don't reply to customer mails? The parcel is shipped from kolkata. It has been 7 days i have not received the product. And why is the tracking information not there in your website? I think you must close blue dart. Other couriers are far better than blue dart. Disgusting. I want my mobile soon as i spent the money not you.. Take immediate action. Why is blue dart providing customer care phone number if they cannot be dialled. And why you take orders if you cannot shipped at the promised date. Why you do not reply to mails??

I was supposed to receive a parcel on 29th july but today till 6th of august haven't received it yet.
I contacted their executives hell lot of times and everytime they are singing the same line we are trying out best, i am unable to figure out what is the definition of best for them. They are not even ready to register a complaint, everytime their system stopped working when they try to launch a complaint. I mean seriously how can such a big service provider give this kind of excuse. This was my first experience with bluedart and it's may more than worst.
They don't even take any kind of action over my calls. I already have called them 15-20 times. They are not even providing me any update on my parcel, not suggesting me anyone to contact.
I'm pissed off from this kind of service and need my parcel asap. Please do the needful.

I had sent courier from pune to ahemadnagar with docket number [protected] about a month ago.

It was immediately returned on same day from pune itself. The courier office gave me email id [protected]@dhl.com for the refund & after sending multiple emails, i didn't receive any response. After contacting again to courier office they gave me customer care number [protected] to take follow up. (Pfa)

I have tried above customer care number 10 times today & customer representatives are deliberately disconnecting my calls after hearing everything from me without giving any reason.

I have found another number [protected] which i am trying & it is saying due to limited customer care attendees we can't connect your call.

I am fed up of this ill treatment & service given by blue dart & making last effort to hear further about it and want to go for legal action options.

SBI issue me Priority Pass 4 times and they shipped it to me through Blue Dart 4 Times. But untill now I do not get any delivery Blue Dart's courier partner is not delivering my parcel at my home. I already talk to SBI Nodal Officer 5 times they said we are already dispatching the Priority Pass again and again but Blue dart is not delivering it. I want lodge complaint against blue dart office in my area pin code 144205 Dasuya. I want them to take strict action regarding this and deliver my package which is highly confidential and important from SBI

Shipping person called me and asked me to come at a place convinienet to him and was refused to deliver this shipment on mentioned address.

I request you to reach out to shipping person and get this shipment delivered on time. Since this is some important banking shipment.

I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life.

An you guys please help me with AWB: [protected]. I'm waiting for 10 days now [Order placed on 25th]. The order is at Bangalore from 28th. We contacted your person at "[protected]@bluedart.com", but no positive result yet.

The worst part is, when I contact your Bangalore office, they are saying the destination bluedart office [calicut] is closed is the reason. So I wen to calicut office, it's open and they are saying it's still at Bangalore.
You charged a total of 1600 INR for fast delivery and even after 10 days, you can't deliver it, even not responding to a mail or call.
You guys are very irresponsible. We have clearly mentioned this is very urgent and you agreed to deliver it at least by 30th.

I am waiting for delivery of my online purchased television. It was sent from Navi Mumbai through Blue dart courier. It reaches from Navi Mumbai to Rajkot within two days. Sent on 30th July 2020 from Navi Mumbai and arrived at Rajkot on 1st August 2020. But it is yet not delivered to me at delivery location. Reason mentioned on Blue dart website is "Delay Caused Beyond Control". There was no delay for shipment from Mumbai to Rajkot but now company says this reason and do not mention what is not under their control. I hope that they will deliver the product safely at the earliest.

Irregular service providers

The message comes from blue dart that your address is improper, then the next day the message comes that your atm card has been delivered and you have also received it but i didn't get the atm card

I purchased oneplus nord popup box on 29th july. Eta is 6th august. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached nagpur, and is out for delivery on 3rd august, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

I couldn't receive both, i was expecting...

1is working not gud little bit and another 1 is not working only so i need to return this product so kindly give me a gud product

Awb [protected]my shippment showing delivered on 29/07/2020 at banglorebut didnt recieved it. There was no call or msg also sent regarding delivery, it was a express delivery so charged double and such a careless act. It is a urgent parcel... I need it to be delivered tomorrow anyhow. And i really want to have refund for this package as bluedart took extra money for it and didnot deliver it as promised

The tracking details were saying that my parcel was delivered whereas i haven’t received it. The tracking details aren’t even seen anymore. I’m very disappointed. It was a parcel which was prepaid and i had given 1.7k for it

I have been waiting for this card for last 2 months and suddenly they sent this message. But nobody called me to clarify. Please help me asap and arrange call back.

Waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days.

My shipment is pending at transit from 23/07/2020. No action has been taken since from then. That courier was meant to be delivered before the festival rakshabandhan what's the use of ordering early n sending via bluedart.

Tried to raise concern multiple times but maximum times their servers are down and when was able to write to them. It's already been delayed.

I want the order to be delivered asap.

Customer Service center is not responding. I got a call on 29 jul and intimated will deliver the item in 30 jul. Not received yet. The delivery boy is not responding.
