My courier from bluedart [protected] was dispatched from mumbai and had to be delivered in ludhiana punjab. I want it urgently. Please update me and send the parcel as soon as possible.

        Blue dart,

        I haven't received the product with waybill no [protected] supposed to deliver yesterday and got a message that order could not be delivered due to address related issues. I verified the address and it is mentioned correctly.

        Upon tracking the status of the product i see the status is set to - prohibited area-entry restricted for and with delivery date 07/27/2020 which has already passed.

        Could you please look into it on priority and update the status accordingly, please feel free to contact me in case you need any more details.

          My name is abhishek kumar, and i had ordered 2 products from archies.com worth rs.300 on 23rd july 2020 with order no. Al[protected], shipped through bluedart. It is to be delivered to coonoor, tamil nadu (Pincode 643231) on 31st july 2020. (Requested delivery date on the website). Only yesterday, 28th july 2020, it has reached manesar, as shown on trackdart & the expected delivery date is now being shown as 1st august 2020. I want the company to ensure expedited delivery of my shipment atmost bt 2nd august 2020 & not to cause any delays in it. I also want them to contact me regarding the same.

          I have received the package today (the exact promised date of delivery), it is in perfect condition, just what I had ordered from Archie's. In addition, I also got a tin of rasagullas (1.25kg) free with it! Thank you so much for making my day Archie's & Bluedart, it was a wonderful experience shopping with you that I will never forget. I am attaching some photos showing the package received.

            Hello my package [protected] for the past 4 days has been showing as... Out for delivery in the morning with no (Phone call or sms update) and prohibited area by the end of the day.. However i have been receiving parcels from other couriers, so i am just looking forward if this would continue till the 1st of aug or even more.

              I was supposed to recive a parcel on 25 of july as per the tracking details
              But i havent recived any call from the delivery boy insted got a message that the parcel was delivered. On 27 of july. When i check the status of my order it shows (Consignee refused to accept) but i havent recived any call from the delivery guy regarding the delivery

                I ordered a product from xiaomi on 3rd july 2020 and was dispatched through bluedart. The estimated date of delivery was on the 13th of july, they have failed to deliver me on the 13th, i registered a complaint about it - to which they told me, it will be delivered soon. I mailed many complaints about it because even on the 28th of july the product has not reached me yet. The tracking details shows that the product has not moved from the point it was on the 8th of july - it says to contact customer service. I asked bluedart why it has shown like that, they never gave me a reply about it!!!
                I want my product delivered soon because xiaomi says i can't cancel now, as it has been dispatched from their warehouse

                      Desirable resolution: under condition section 8. Limitation of liability, this claim entitles us with ₹ 5, 000/- or the price of the item, which one is the lowest. So kindly process the money since the cost of the item is ₹ 6, 698.86/-

However i didn't receive the parcel yet the order status shows it has been delivered. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest or give me a refund for the same.

                                Sir I would like to make acomplaint that the delivery boy delivering my MI 32 inch TV. After delivery asked for cash payment.when asked that where is your swipe mascine his reply was that he doesn't have it, and insisted on cash payment.                                   On july 1, 2020 I received my Ajio product delivery bearing
                                  AWB number [protected], as per payment COD type, I paid through Gpay 149 rs as there was technical error I repaid same amount, for which payment was successful.As bank takes processing error rectified 3 to 5 business days, resulted in successfully payment of additional 149 rs to employee Gpay account PERUMALLA MADHU, to whom I was requesting many times, but as it's been more than 25 days he is reluctant to transfer my additional money given to him, and I seek your help for retrieval of my money ASAP. I was sent my debit card by icici bank through your bluedart career, then my delivery person did not deliver my parcel in my area even after i was asked to come to the office and i refused to come then the parcel returns.
