My shipment is pending at transit from 23/07/2020. No action has been taken since from then. That courier was meant to be delivered before the festival rakshabandhan what's the use of ordering early n sending via bluedart.

Tried to raise concern multiple times but maximum times their servers are down and when was able to write to them. It's already been delayed.

I want the order to be delivered asap.

So far no action has been taken on my issue. If they are not able to do anything. At least refund my money. The package was meant to be delivered on Rakshabandhan and its like the festival has already been surpassed. What's the use of ordering anything.

      Customer Service center is not responding. I got a call on 29 jul and intimated will deliver the item in 30 jul. Not received yet. The delivery boy is not responding.

        My AWB [protected]

        My package not delivering from last 7 months. 1 card already destroyed due to undelivered.2nd wandering in Blue dart stores. Several times I visited store and also contacted customer care. But no use.

        Today I was tracking my package and found it was updated as 'Address Incorrect' at Tolichowki store. Again I visited to know why this happened.

        I was shocked with the store persons irresponsibility and insulting behaviour.

        They thrown my ID card on me and told me 'We are not responsible for this. This is your bank's mistake, go and ask Blue Dart customer care and your bank'

        I felt very bad and insulted. I never faced this earlier and it is a very bad day for me. You don't know how much I bothered by your persons.

        Then I asked my banks person to transfer my amount to another bank and asked to close my account permanently. Because of this behaviour/response.

                non delivery of shipment waybill no 50849033410

                I ordered notes from marrow (Waybill no [protected], pickup date 19 jun 2020, from bangalore to guwahati, reference no 5bb12467cef5915108e4) on 16th june 2020 and the shipment reached guwahati warehouse on 26th june. As guwahati was in lockdown for three weeks i waited patiently for three weeks for delivery of the shipment, but even after lockdown being uplifted since 19th july 2020 the shipment is still not delivered.                 The box was opened and repacked by your staff. I didnt received a bill after paying cash in delivery at your ernakulam office. Even after it was wrong item inside.. Your office staff init taking any action to resend the courier back.
                Consumer court and consumer act is unware for your staffs.

                    I supposed to receive my consignment on 29/07/2020 but till I didn't receive and the status showing consignment unlocatable. I don't understand one thing this happens everytime with bluedart. Where others able to deliver without any issues why only blue dart is not able to find my address. Very disappointed with bluedart. Especially the madinaguda branch, Hyderabad. Always delay the shipments. If this way they want to provide services then why should have to pay more price where others are with less amount delivering ontime.

                                    I haven't received the product with waybill no [protected] supposed to deliver yesterday and got a message that order could not be delivered due to address related issues. I verified the address and it is mentioned correctly.

                                    Upon tracking the status of the product i see the status is set to - prohibited area-entry restricted for and with delivery date 07/27/2020 which has already passed.

                                    Could you please look into it on priority and update the status accordingly, please feel free to contact me in case you need any more details.
