I am vicky i ordered a mattress and it was coming from blue dart but then they showed a message saying "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery". My area don't have any active cases of covid-19 and it is open but then also they just ignored and updates this instead of delivering the product. My contact no. Is [protected]. Please help me with this.

    order not delivered but sent message saying it is delivered

    I have ordered a swiss military flask from wipro (Biworldwide). Yesterday i got a message that i will receive my parcel from blue dart courier service. But nobody came. After few hours got a message from blue dart that my item was delivered, but nobody came to deliver. I raised complaint to the customer care executive about the same but no response. My way bill no is #[protected]. Kindly see to it....

      My credit card is not delivered. Reason it shows address not locatable, it should not happened the address were clearly mentioned and also the delivery person didn't contact me if he was not able to find the location. I faced very poor service from bludart as it happens 2nd time. 1st time it shows noone present at premise, that time also the delivery person didn't contacted.

        I've ordered my product which i'm in terrible need of but i got no reply from bluedart when i wrote to them and also the given phone number is not valid and there's no update regarding my package.. It was supposed to get delivered by 29 june but got postponed to 3july and now there's no update as to when the package is getting delivered.. Disappointed and irritated..

                                      I've ordered my order on 27th of june and it's been 2nd of july. I still didn't receive my order while tracking it said the estimated date of delivery is on 1st july and now it says order is delayed caused beyond control i'm really fed up contacting the service. There is no proper reply to their customers. Though i'm in terrible need of my package there was no reply from them. I'm really much disappointed and so i need them to deliver my order immediately as soon as possible.
