Coming from Mumbai to pathankot
On 23rd april my shipment connected from jalandhar hub ...after then no further information regarding of my parcel ..plz solve my query as earlier ..!!...

From last one week they are not coming to pick-up my order and nobody contacted me from their side and when i tried to contact them they r not responding to me And I wrote email but till date my problem is not solved I'm fed up with this pathetic service...

Document number [protected] is still not delivered that was shipped before lock down from gurugram to karur, tamil nadu.

The parcel is still lying in bangalore ware house. We are in emergency need of the parcel.

Fyki we have recd the parcel that was shipped after the above mentioned air way bill.

Requesting & expecting a speedy action on this....

My waybill # [protected]order is supposed to delivered by 22 april 2020 but it is still not delivered to my house. Please expedite and provide my courier on priority basis. Yesterday night i i received message to collect it from their andheri office, it is not possible for me to collect it during lockdown period. Kindly expedite and deliver my courier asap.

A parcel under No.[protected] was booked with blue dart on 20th March, 20020 for expected delivery on 24th March 2020. However, the same has not yet been delivered.

Courier service is supposedly relaxed during lockdown.

Kindly take necessary action for early delivery and intimate action taken in this regard....

The guy named mr yogesh sonawane who has joined from aramex is recruiting un qualified candidates i. E either 10/12 passed in blue dart by forging duplicate marksheets of tyb com, which is totally illegal & against the policies of recruitment in blue dart, one of the hr person is also included with him having some internal understandigs & asks for party once joining formalities are done.

Few candidates from aramex has also...

As the package shipped in mumbai on 18th april 2020 and shipment arrived on chennai ware house on 19th april 2020... The package is still in chennai ware house after 5 days also and no proper communication is there to communicate as the package is emergency...

It came to my notice that due to the covid pandemic my consignment is yet to be delivered to the destination.
So Now my issue is, As my product contains the Amazon RETURN product so it's so vital to send them courier's receipt. But your authorised bluedart manager (which is based in Guntur city of Andhra Pradesh state) hadn't signed or stamped the receipt. So I want you to send me the proof of delivery (POD) so I can claim my amount...

I m niketlulla. My courier ref no: [protected]. The sender wrongly given my pincode wrong so i need to correct my pincode. I contacted bluedart customer care many times call not connected. The correct pincode s 641002

Find a contact no in browser [protected]. One person responded my call and told to pay rs.3 for pincode change. And he sent a link to pay. Is this true?. Kindly consider...

A courier was sent to me (Amazon order) from rajkot, gujrat-360005 vide blue dart courier against way bill no [protected]. When i tracked the same air way bill no. I found that the same courier has delivered on 13/04/2020 @ 11.16 am and the same recipient name is n s sahityasekhar.

In fact, so far i have not received the same courier and secondly, there is no any person in the name n s sahityasekhar in our society.

This is aadarsh i ordered a charger which i haven't got and i got a message that is your delivery is undelivered due to address related issues.I haven't got any call, nothing this is the type of service you are providing actually this is not the way to answer your customers.I know the situation but you can message me that you delivery is postponed or something.This is highly not acceptable

Delay Caused Beyond Control...

One of the most shocking experience i ever had at any cargo company. My runner visited the dart apex at delhi airport.

As soon as our driver reached he was asked how much cash you are carrying without even looking at goods. Further he was asked a charge of inr 45000 without checking the weight and dimension of cargo. After our interference and discussion with various person on phone the final amount agreed was inr 16000-br...

I am Naga sri currently I am living in Latvia. on[protected], I have sent a courier from E-pasts with a reference number RR[protected]LV to Pottur, Guntur to Mupparaju Venkata rao. And E-pasts staff informed me that it is delivered through blue dart courier services, so yesterday I asked my friend to call Blue dart and enquire about the delivery and he called [protected] and they asked to pay 10rs through PayTm...

According to tracking details of my shipment (Awb - [protected]), on 15 Mar 19 shipment has arrived Vizag warehouse and on 16 Mar 20 they showed the address in prohibited area. But nobody tried to contact me. If entry was restricted to naval area then I could get the parcel from gate or otherwise from Blue dart office also. I also did the complaint to customer care on 21 mar regarding this, they assured me that shipment will be delivered...

My parcel has been stuck for days now. I have just been getting links to pay on for “processing the hault”. Today i spoke to another of customer care executive who was not only incompetent in helping me but also highly rude. He said that i will not he able to receive my prcel and i will have to go and collect it kyaelf. When i told him that there is quarantine he said and i quote “jo bhi pm modi bolega maan logi kya”. I have never...

Today i called bluedart on toll free no [protected].in response to my call i received call of bluedart person from [protected]. He did not revealed name. While inquring, he start abusing in a very rude way. This is highly improfessional and can't expect from bluedart. I am very disappointed and will not avail services of bluedart in future. Strong action need to be taken against such person having mentioned no....
