    Firstly i never said to hold it at location.. I just don't understand why they are using such terms.. It should have been delivered today.. And even if it is not delivered why they are giving such false statements

        Blue dart high cost and worst service no value for customers and bank's.

        Bank's will not tie to blue dart courier for delivery debit and credit cards.

          I ordered redmi note 9 pro from mi store. They told that the product will be delivered by blue dart. Delivery date is 22nd may as mentioned. But as of now the product didn't even came to vijayawada and still in hyderabad itself only. It i am continuously watching status of the mobile and presently it is showing delay caused beyond control. What does that actually mean? When can i expect delivery of my product. If possible make sure that it gets delivered tomorrow. It is really essential for me. Thank you. Kindly reply with the questions asked above.

            I am supposed to receive a parcel from bluedart with awb [protected]. The parcel was booked from assam on 19th may 2020 and the destination was katra (V. D.), jammu and kashmir. The expected date of arrival of parcel is 23rd may 2020. The status of the parcel since first day is not getting updated on your website and i am unable to track the parcel in any way. I request you to please check the status of my parcel and revert back.

                  Is this kind of a joke, the courier boy atleast has to call me to my mobile, without that how he is updating status as "need department name/extention number". And today dated: 21-may-2020 at 9:07 am received at jhilmil location and at 12:00 pm status shows '"customer requested future delivery: hal". Now that what the hell it means???                       My waybill number is [protected]. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the same is not delivered. Status of my package is also no updated.
                      Blie dart seems to be worst courier company. Should have shut down your operations. Expected delivery of my package was 20 may. Hope we are not talking about mext year

                          I ordered a data cable from OnePlus waybill number - [protected] i was supposed to get the delivery on dated 18/05/2020 but i didn’t got the delivery on contacting the company they are saying due to the lockdown your parcel is in pending section if you want your parcel urgently then you have to pay registration charge for 10rs from GooglePay or PhonePe then only you will get your parcel then i said okay i will send and then they are sending me a link were i have to registered my card number cvv and UPI pin i told him i will not tell you my personal details then he said ok you will not get your parcel. Please sir/mam it’s a request send my parcel as soon as possible it’s really urgent.

                              "big talks & poor service" is the most suitable tagline or keyword for bluedart. Patiala blue dart showing fake delivery of way bill no. [protected] on 21.03.2020 to some poonam who does not exist. It's a icici bank customer kit with debit card and other documents sent to hni customer of bank (Me). At earlier occassions also blue dart patiala has shown fake deliveries just to show a timely delivery. I took up matter with anu arora, asst. Manager, blue dart who wrote that matter is serious and she will look into it asap, but failed to respond further. Shocking.. I have to take-up with icici bank and go to consumer court against blue dart for their fraudulent delivery and failure to take corrective measures. Rajan mittal mob: [protected] and [protected]

                                  I have ordered for a mobile phone from sangeetha mobile, bangalore, on as per their message they despatched it on 16.05.20 vie blue dart express, they given me the despatch of no ([protected]) so i began to track my order via bluedart from 16.05.20at night, tracking showed shipment arrived at vial on 16.05.20 at night, on 17.05.20 they showed from vial, item sending delayed due to network problems, they mentioned in websigjt that item will deliver on 18.05.20, but on 18.05.20 on 11am tracking show delay which beyond control, now 07.21pm not reached (18.05.20) the item to me till now, i could not understood what's the problem of blue dart as tracking showing same delayed beyond contro, please solve my problem
