On tracking my shipment with waybill no - [protected], the status shows as "prohibited area-entry restricted for". The delivery executive did not call me, neither did i receive any sms regarding "out for delivery". The parcel contains important item from my bank and i am yet to receive the shipment yet. This is so pathetic behaviour from blue dart. When will i receive my parcel?...

I was supposed to recieve the order on 26th on the address mentioned but i haven't recieved the delivery. When i checked the delivery status is mentioned as consignee rejected. Not sure why it is. Order didn't reach and none rejected to recieve. Address is correct. I didn't get any calls as well.

I was expecting my pran kit to be delivered by bluedart. Suddenly the document status is showing as delivered by bluedart on 24 th feb, the delivery person has not even called or nor i received any message of delivery.
On 28 th feb from pran is saying that document is undeliverabled.
The service of bluedart so pathetic, how can they just mark as delivered without even delivering the these important...

I ordered product online from symtten.
On delivery date i. E on 24feb, i got message from blue dart
"your smytten order with blue dart awb# [protected] was delivered at 1230 on 24-feb-20" but i didn't received the courier.
I also asked my neighbours and they too said that no courier boy came for delivery.
Delivery boy even didn't called me for delivery....

The first time the courier person came to deliver the passport and asked for money. I did not pay him any extra amount. The second time the courier man came to deliver the pan card and again asked for money and kept standing at the door forcing me to pay him rs100. Also i found that the pan card envelope was open completely putting me into doubt about identity theft!...

I have not received the debit card. I live on the same address that i have mentions. Your delivery boy has not arrived at this address. Your delivery boy lied that i do not live this adress. The delivery boy was lying and the company was fooled and requested the company to have good delivery boy. Try to give a debit card as soon as possible. Please contact this no. [protected]...

My courier wasAbout to deliver on 26th February 2020. No attempts or a single call regarding delivery. But in my tracking status they mentioned that "consignee out of station". I'm in my given address for past 1week. No one came for delivery. How come the state like this? This is not the first time. They are doing like this for the second time.when I called their office number they are just ignore the call.This is pethatic....

The delivery boy not delivery the courier and returned the same without any reason.
this happen in three time in this month.
i called to customer care to take the courier from office in my city but refuse to give the courier from office.
what a worst service of this courier company as it have a great name in courier industry

Want to return the courier... I haven't ordered any such things... The parcel is sent by some bigfoot.com thru blue dart with awb [protected]... There's some non usable kind of watch which is very bad in condition... My colleague accepted the parcel and made the payment on my behalf... Please do the needful and help me to return it and get my money back......

This is to inform you about the repeated and utterly disturbing experience that we have been facing with bluedart courier company over the delivery of packages from different companies like yes bank, amazon, indusind bank etc.

Over the last 8-9 months we have been facing a particular issue in regards to a certain delivery/courier boy named halder who is tasked with all bluedart package deliveries nearby...

I have ordered an watch from facebook link . After placing the order I received no text or email. So o thought it was a fake one. Two days later I recieved a call from the courier blue dart saying u have a parcel u ordered an watch . I said yes. So the next day they delivered me the item . After opening the box I found a broken watch inside. And there is no company details on the invoce.but I hv the number of the guy who delivered me the...

I had placed order on nykaa on 14feb2020. On 18 feb2020 i received a message from blue dart shimla that order could not be delivered due to address related issues. I didn’t get a call from delivery agent. I immediately placed reschedule delivery request for 22feb2020. No attempts were made by bluedart shimla to contact me. I called their toll free number and enquired about my order and they said we will attempt delivery today ie on 22feb2020...

Worst service ever these people have delivered my cheque book to a wrong address and to a wrong person. Now i am so tensed. I will take this matter to court.

Your delivery executive is such a non responsible person, when he called me i was in meeting later within 15 minutes when i called him he didn't picked my call. I have tried almost 10 times to speak to him but he always dissconnecting my call. And within half an hour he has updated status as customer address is untraceable. I think he is a mad. I have received plenty of couriers from blue dart i don't how the hell...

I have not received my order no. [protected] yet. It is there in zirakpur branch and when i had called there, they are saying that it is undelivered. They as asking me to update my address in the branch first and post that only they will deliver the same.
I had asked them to return back the parcel to the hdfc branch but they are denying for that also. It is really confidential parcel and you guys have kept...

I received a message from the bank that credit card has been delivered to my mailing address and collected by my brother Vijay but I don't know any person by the name Vijay .
I have tried to call blue dart but in vain
Please resolve my issue asap...

Delivery service is just utterly disappointing.
There is no call from courier boy and just putting unlocatable destination.
Haven't received the item, not a single call.
They might be returning product.
It has been so many times to other friends and families.
I seriously request you to take a initiative and sue this delivery people....

My icici bank parcel had been delivered to mudigere blue dart, the courier boy politely asked us the distance is too much for him to come so i asked him to keep the parcel with him and said him i will only collect.
Next day i went and waited for an hour nobody was there, there was no phone number on board when asked localities they said the manager he was in another office apart from the regular office, so i went to another office...
