I have a courier to be delivered but i have yet not received my courier. Even not able to contact them.

They have not contacted me thorough phone or sms or email.. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

My package from skinkraft was delivered to some random person on 12 june.. I didn't received a single call from bluedart when my package was arrived and delivered.. I got to know only when i trace my order.. I called bluedart customer care number multiple times and i was told to email by their computer and i did as i was told but haven't receive any feedback from them till date...

My shipment [protected] sent 10 days before still did not get my shipment... Bank has given a office adresss, however due to lock down office will not be openbed so pls sent to my home address pls

I want to cancelled this order due to covid-19 problem i can't receive this parcel so pls stop the delivery and cancelled

My shipment has yet not arrived. I received the message stating it will be received today i. E. 15-june-2020. On tracking my order it says consignees' address incomplete/incorrect.
In the past i have received orders from bluedart on same address.
I would like to receive my package as soon as possible. I have also tried calling customer care number but there was no response. I even e-mailed in the customercare e-mail but still there is no response.

I haven't received my courier from a bank. The bank app and the tracking shows it has been to delivered to some guy in a different place. The dispatch was done on 11 june. Please help to get the courier back as it contains valuables.

My shipment was received at noida phase-2 warehouse on june 11th and the latest status on trackdart is showing as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery".
I'm residing in noida extension and i'm receiving all my deliveries on time. I'm not understanding why only bluedart entry is prohibited.
Moreover, no one has contacted me from the day it has arrived there.
I tried contacting toll free # multiple times, however there is no representative. Also, no one is responding to the emails being sent to [protected]@bluedart.com.

They delivered my parcel to some random person today on june 11 at 3.15 pm. I called several times to all helpline numbers there was no way to contact them. After that i went to the office around 6 it was closed. (Lockdown timings are till 7 pm here). Then i got 2 numbers from there billboard, i called on those numbers numerous times then finally someone picked up around 7.30 and look at the audacity, that person tells me "talk tomorrow morning can't do anything it is lockdown" in hindi. Is this the kind of absurd service you people provide? And what about my valuable parcel? You people should infact get hefty amount of fine (This has happened with me 3-4 times, but when we order online they send it through bluedart so no choice left for us). Very bad, if this doesn't resolve i am surely gonna involve a lawyer now because i want my parcel back, i am a doctor and it contains all my books, you don't even realise how important it is too me.

They don't have a working customer care number (only computer generated voice), no way to talk to these people.first my order got delayed, and now it shows that my order got delivered to some lalita, who knows who.

The delivery boy called and told since it is raining he cannot come later on the status changed to "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery". This is completely wrong since other courier services are operational in this area.

Though the consignee address is written properly for way bill no. [protected]; the courier is still not delivered. I have given my email id for getting intimation and provided address once again in message. Even phone number is given with the proper address. I have not received any mail from bluedart. Moreover blue dart has delivered to the same address before.

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There...

I had ordered oneplus wireless z earphones of ₹1799 on 30/05/2020 at 10:59 pm by official website of oneplus which was successfully placed and was to be delivered by blue dart express. The delivery was estimated by 10 june 2020 but further i got sms that i will receive it by 3 june. But it was not delivered on the said day. On 8 june 2020 i was tracking the parcel and it was about to deliver on 8 june itself. After some time i got mail that my order is delivered but i never received it. Now i don't know what to do. The customer service of blue dart express is also not responding and the delivery office person near my location is taking very rudely and is ignoring.

My shipment (waybill number: [protected]) was supposed to be delivered to me today, which is the 8th of June. But i didnt receive it, even though it shows in the tracking website that is has been delivered. AM I BEING SCAMMED HERE?!
Also, the "proof of delivery" is a black image! No Proof!!
My order was originally supposed to be delivered on the 4th of June. But due to the covid-19 situation i understand the delay. But irresponsible handling? Outrageous!
Please look into resolvng this issue ASAP.
