Prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Waybill [protected]

The parcel was supposed to delivered on[protected]. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There...

    I had ordered oneplus wireless z earphones of ₹1799 on 30/05/2020 at 10:59 pm by official website of oneplus which was successfully placed and was to be delivered by blue dart express. The delivery was estimated by 10 june 2020 but further i got sms that i will receive it by 3 june. But it was not delivered on the said day. On 8 june 2020 i was tracking the parcel and it was about to deliver on 8 june itself. After some time i got mail that my order is delivered but i never received it. Now i don't know what to do. The customer service of blue dart express is also not responding and the delivery office person near my location is taking very rudely and is ignoring.

      Hello,
      My shipment (waybill number: [protected]) was supposed to be delivered to me today, which is the 8th of June. But i didnt receive it, even though it shows in the tracking website that is has been delivered. AM I BEING SCAMMED HERE?!
      Also, the "proof of delivery" is a black image! No Proof!!
      My order was originally supposed to be delivered on the 4th of June. But due to the covid-19 situation i understand the delay. But irresponsible handling? Outrageous!
      Please look into resolvng this issue ASAP.

      I am attaching the "proof of delivery" to show how irresponsible the situation is.

          Sir my way bill no. Is [protected] is not deliverd to and msg me ricived for undeliverd becoz i m not avilable. They chit me no any delivery boy come my address and no phone call to me. I m facing this issue many times form blue dart. I m very un happy.

            Please note that yesterday evening 05.06.2020. I have collected my consignment directly from the chennai airport office. I opened the consignment in the same place and i found my amazon echo show screen is fully damaged. My consignment no [protected]. Please guide me for the refund.

              Hi team,
              I haven't received the consignment till. It supposed to be delivered on 4th june 2020 but till not received just now checked the status in tracking, it saying"consignees address unbeatable". I actually i did not get any call or no one has tried to find my address by the way i am receiving other couriers not sure why only blue dart is unable to locate my address how funny:) never expected this from blue dart.
              Can you please help me on getting my consignment please.

                        Area is not prohibited. Society only restricting to deliver to home. But atleast you can deliver it to gate/watchman. I will be receiving from there only.
                        Why am i able to see status as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery".
                        Please, correct the status asap..

                              I have not yet received the product as the status is displayed as status
                              Delay caused beyond control.
                              Initially status was showing out for delivery but now status is changed to status delay caused beyond control. Highly disappointed with blue dart courier.

                                I recently ordered redmi earbuds s from mi store online on 27th may, 2020 and they assigned blue dart as the courier. The order was shipped on 28th may and was expected to be delivered on the 29th. On the 29th it was even showing the order as "shipment out for delivery" but after a few hours, the status of my order changed to "delay caused beyond control" and have not heard anything about it since. For the last 2 days the status has remained unchanged [delay caused beyond control]

                                So i would request you to inform me about the status of my shipment and its whereabouts and hope that it gets delivered to me at the earliest.

                                  I placed an order on amazon, order id[protected]. The product delivery date was given as 30th may 2020.

                                  Amazon shipped the prouct on 22nd may 2022 and since then i have been tracking thr status on bluedart website.

                                  The waybill no [protected], reference number 125623.

                                  The product is never delivered and rece­i­ved by me but on the website it is sho­wi­ng as delivered on 30th may 2020 at 3.41 pm and received by me. I just checked my cc­tv footage of the me­ntioned time and the­re was no delivery attempt.

                                  Whereas on amazon website, the status is showing as delayed a d expected date to receive is 4th june 2020.

                                  I tried contacting your customer service te­am but no one was av­ailable to take call­s. I even emailed them but no response.

                                  Received email from [email protected] and [email protected]. Blue dart made a huge blunder and their customer service team didn't apologize for the same. I am not the only customer who faced this issue. There are thousands of similar complaints against couriers companies with similar instances. Not only this some courier staffs were abusive and rude. I received the product but seller sent me incorrect product hence i put the return request. I am thankful to this form for the help.

                                  I am surprised to receive message from blue dart, asking to acknowledge the delivery when the product is not yet delivered. Seems that courier team have taken the product and updated as delivered.

                                    Bluedart sent me a messege saying my courier would be delivered to me. But the order did not arrive and on tracking its saying consignee adress unlocatable.
                                    The delivery boy did not call me or anything.
                                    Please take immidiate action as the courier contains easily spoiled goods (Fruits)

                                      Fraud toll free number mwntioned in bluedart website for tracking as i trace my parcle that person told me to credit 10 rs. And he send a link and i click on link to pay the amount through phone pay app. He bluedart person deducted my 5000 fr. Account kindly dont use the fraud number from the bluedart websites
