My parcel has been stuck for days now. I have just been getting links to pay on for “processing the hault”. Today i spoke to another of customer care executive who was not only incompetent in helping me but also highly rude. He said that i will not he able to receive my prcel and i will have to go and collect it kyaelf. When i told him that there is quarantine he said and i quote “jo bhi pm modi bolega maan logi kya”. I have never been more troubled and annoyed by a service provider before. His name he said was animesh. This is so disappointing blue dart.

    Today i called bluedart on toll free no [protected].in response to my call i received call of bluedart person from [protected]. He did not revealed name. While inquring, he start abusing in a very rude way. This is highly improfessional and can't expect from bluedart. I am very disappointed and will not avail services of bluedart in future. Strong action need to be taken against such person having mentioned no.

    The delivery boy has acted very smart he didn't not tried delivering inted just gave a small 2 sec call and when called back he didn't ans it's a cheap service u guys offer I want my package to be delivered today by hook r by crook don't play [censored] games it's a paid parcel

    Delivery boy hesitated to deliver the product in the address which was provided while ordering. He was asking me to come and collect from a specific place which him mentioned.

        I am patient of diabetes, blood pressure, stent in artery, thyroid and prostate. My wife is patient of blood sugar, stent in artery with high blood pressure.
        The medicine consignment with many medicines are lying in nahur hub, close to my residence at thane.

            In tracking page it shows shipment delivered on 23rd march 2020 when i haven't received a single call from their delivery agent and also it shows signed by self, i have not got the package still, what kind of fraud these people are doing instead of delivering the package on time they put it as delivered in their tracking page just after two hours from their out for delivery status.
            Still haven't got any package from them and still mailing them but to no avail.

              delivery scam

              Some person (He said he is talking from blue dart office of bangalore) called me telling that i have to pay an amount of rs.3 for updating my address with regard to the delivery of a courier from blue dart which is lying in the office as the address to deliver is inaccurate. Later they had send me a link to update the address and pay the amount of rs.3 and click on submit.
              I did the same i updated the address & paid the money through...

                  Product from cubelelo - undelivered.
                  No calls/ no attempt to deliver.
                  We inquired at kalyan ngr branch and it is with your employee named "parthiban".

                  Early this week - a parcel from lifestyle was irresponsibly delivered to the security at the gate. By the same person. I had to follow up with lifestyle/ bluedart & raised complaints. Finally he handed over after 24hrs of receiving delivered msg.

                  The 1st instance occurred about a month ago, with a package from amazon - he never came nor delivered for 2 days - even after i received a delivered message. Had to raise a complaint and cancelled product.

                  Frustrated with your services.

                    My awb # [protected] has not been delivered. Yet i received a msg from bluedart saying it has been delivered & received by someone i dont even know. This is ridiculous.
                    I also received a msg from the merchant saying items delivered but noone from bluedart has visited my address or society.
                    The merchant is nykaa, the peoduct was cosmetics and the company who goofed up is bluedart courier services.

                      I am a student and studies in mody university lakshmamgarh i called blue dart to know details of my prepaid parcel so i called bluedart office some random guys put my cal on conferemce with the other guys and the asked me for the details and my account details so i gave them and then they cut the call and now they are not answering my call i am sure they cheated on my and i want you to take actions againts them otherwise legal action will be taken by me againt the bluedart

                        I have sensitive package been sent by hdfc bank to me which is very crucial for me to get it. But the package wasn't delivered to me and instead status was changed to "c'nee shifted from the given address" without being contacted me on my phone number or email address by the delivery person.                           Accidentally i ordered for blinge pouch sheetmasks and neutrogena face wash which i previously added in my cart. I really don't need any of them,, unfortunately i have ordered the same products previously in nykaa so they were saved in my cart so accidentally i ordered them once again which are really not in need that too i can't afford huge money for the same product in the little span of time

                              I ordered several products from smytten on the 7th but today 20th my product has not arrived yet so i emailed them that my products have not arrived yet. It is reported that delivery will take place within 48 hours but today it is over 48 hours i do not know what products are or the reason why my products are not coming... But opening those apps shows that my products have been delivered but i have not found any products.

                                I order something on mi store on date 16 march 2020 and it was to be delivered yesterday.
                                Blue dart notified me yesterday that my order was out for delivery and that it will be arrived yesterday, but the package have not been delivered yet and when i tried to track my order, it was written there that my order got delayed.
                                Please fix this and deliver my order asap.
