Services are not as per the commitment made. Blue dart team committed us to deliver the courier by 27th february. But the courier is in-transit even on 28th february and further blue dart team told that the courier will delivered on 2nd march. Delivery of shipment on 2nd march is of no use for us, which effected our work badly. Due to which we told the team to return the courier, which is still in-transit. Courier slip attached herewith for your reference. Kindly refund the money charged as courier services, which is not fulfilled.

    I have an order sent by hdfc bank to my residential address. Today i got a message that your shipment is out for delivery but till evening i didn't got any calls from courier service and when i checked the status its says consignee address unlocatable/ landmark needed. There was no any calls from courier service to even ask me regarding my address.. Previously also courier service done the same thing and my order was returned to bank and have to again raised the request with bank to redispatch my order. I don't find any reason why my address is unlocatable. I get my others orders through different services at the same address. Atleast i should have got a call from delivery person. My waybill no is [protected]. I hope this problem get resolved asap.

        Hello my name is shruti talashilkar i placed an order from bozodeals.com for crossbody mobile iphone cover and i was delivered a cheap quality. It shows the product is delivered from delhi. As i am 9months pregnant and was in the hospital and the delivery guy arrived at my place i told him to keep the package in the opposite flat and collect 599/- from them. Later after sometime when i came home i discovered it was a wallet instead of cover....

        On tracking my shipment with waybill no - [protected], the status shows as "prohibited area-entry restricted for". The delivery executive did not call me, neither did i receive any sms regarding "out for delivery". The parcel contains important item from my bank and i am yet to receive the shipment yet. This is so pathetic behaviour from blue dart. When will i receive my parcel?

            I was expecting my pran kit to be delivered by bluedart. Suddenly the document status is showing as delivered by bluedart on 24 th feb, the delivery person has not even called or nor i received any message of delivery.
            On 28 th feb from pran is saying that document is undeliverabled.
            The service of bluedart so pathetic, how can they just mark as delivered without even delivering the these important documents.
            Pls check where is my documents

              "your smytten order with blue dart awb# [protected] was delivered at 1230 on 24-feb-20" but i didn't received the courier.
              I also asked my neighbours and they too said that no courier boy came for delivery.
              Delivery boy even didn't called me for delivery.

                The first time the courier person came to deliver the passport and asked for money. I did not pay him any extra amount. The second time the courier man came to deliver the pan card and again asked for money and kept standing at the door forcing me to pay him rs100. Also i found that the pan card envelope was open completely putting me into doubt about identity theft!

                    My courier wasAbout to deliver on 26th February 2020. No attempts or a single call regarding delivery. But in my tracking status they mentioned that "consignee out of station". I'm in my given address for past 1week. No one came for delivery. How come the state like this? This is not the first time. They are doing like this for the second time.when I called their office number they are just ignore the call.This is pethatic.

                          This is to inform you about the repeated and utterly disturbing experience that we have been facing with bluedart courier company over the delivery of packages from different companies like yes bank, amazon, indusind bank etc.

                          Over the last 8-9 months we have been facing a particular issue in regards to a certain delivery/courier boy named halder who is tasked with all bluedart package deliveries nearby our residential address.

                          Address - 1/1b dharmatala road, flat no 3b, kolkata - 700039.

                          During this period there have been around 10-12 such instances where we have been deeply inconvenienced/ troubled and traumatically disturbed due to the actions of a certain delivery man called halder who simply refuses to deliver to our address. This is because the man in question would prefer that my 59 year old mother suffering from arthritis come down the two flights of stairs herself and receive every package rather having him come up the stairs and hand deliver them to our doorstep. Such has been a scenario where he has in fact resorted to hurling foul mouthed and abusive language in front of all our neighbours just because she had asked him to come upstairs to deliver the package in question. Such had been the experience that my mom who was presently alone in the house had to breakdown over tears while narrating this experience to my father over the telephone.

                          This was with regards to package delivery from yes bank. Since then we have faced 6-7 more such cases where initially this scenario simply repeated itself till the delivery boy halder decided to simply write off packages meant for our address as "refused to accept" even before attempting to deliver the package.in such cases without any fault of ours the package would simply get returned to the shipping address and deeply cause inconvenience to us. It took us a number of such cases for us to understand what had been happening all this while.

                          Since then and to this day we have been inconvenienced numerous times like this. The latest being a debit card delivery for my company which as a result of the sheer arrogance, incompetence, inhumanity, bitterness and sheer hatred of this individual that the package has been delayed by more than three weeks and consequently financially cost my company a massive sum of money. Hence i am taking the time to finally register this complaint and bring the actions of this man to your notice. As usual he again reported this packages as refused to accept rather than actually come over and deliver this. As a result, unable to understand what had happened i have been strongly blaming the bank, its management and the branch heads for the actions of this delivery boy since even they couldn't explain the actions of their courier partner.

                          Kindly if possible make sure that this man called halder simply does not handle the delivery of packages to this address. If this continues then i personally will take bluedart to court over the actions of this delivery boy and your employee for the trauma, suffering, mental pressure and embarrassment faced by my mother combined with the financial loss, inconvenience faced by me, my father and other relevant stakeholders and family members because of these actions by this employee of bluedart.

                            I have ordered an watch from facebook link . After placing the order I received no text or email. So o thought it was a fake one. Two days later I recieved a call from the courier blue dart saying u have a parcel u ordered an watch . I said yes. So the next day they delivered me the item . After opening the box I found a broken watch inside. And there is no company details on the invoce.but I hv the number of the guy who delivered me the order His name according to true caller Bapan, phone number -[protected]. He called me yesterday and said I m from blue dart and u hv an order. As blue dart agent recieved my orders payment I want either blue dart to refund me or give the company details from whom they recieved the parcel.

                              I had placed order on nykaa on 14feb2020. On 18 feb2020 i received a message from blue dart shimla that order could not be delivered due to address related issues. I didn’t get a call from delivery agent. I immediately placed reschedule delivery request for 22feb2020. No attempts were made by bluedart shimla to contact me. I called their toll free number and enquired about my order and they said we will attempt delivery today ie on 22feb2020 or by 24feb2020 for sure. I waited till 24feb2020, but no delivery was made. I gave a call to toll free number and was assured by customer care executive that delivery will be made today itself ie on 24feb2020. At around 20.52h on 24feb2020 i received a message that my order has been delivered at 20.29h and received by sandeep. No one had called me neither i received my order. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to wait for 24hours. But till now my order has not been delivered at my home address which i had given while placing order. Bluedart shimla hasn’t even bothered to call me and update me. I want an immediate action against this highly irresponsible company.

                              I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

                              I was not contacted through sms or email. Can this issue be resolved immediately.

                                Worst service ever these people have delivered my cheque book to a wrong address and to a wrong person. Now i am so tensed. I will take this matter to court.

                                I can't understand how can the courier service be so horrible. They give important things like this to wrong people without verifying any documents.

                                    Your delivery executive is such a non responsible person, when he called me i was in meeting later within 15 minutes when i called him he didn't picked my call. I have tried almost 10 times to speak to him but he always dissconnecting my call. And within half an hour he has updated status as customer address is untraceable. I think he is a mad.                                       I have not received my order no. [protected] yet. It is there in zirakpur branch and when i had called there, they are saying that it is undelivered. They as asking me to update my address in the branch first and post that only they will deliver the same.
