The customer care service seems to be unresponsive all the time. I'm not being able to get in touch with them. Bluedart, why do you even have customer care service. It's pointless. My order is already past the estimated date. I was given to understand by my friends that blue dart company has pathetic customer service. Blue dart, you have failed as a company.

    Bluedart courier (Thirumalgiri branch) is to be sent a incoming courier to me. On arrival at my address, the delivery boy is supposed to meet me at my address and deliver the courier to me by taking a reciept signature from me.
    But bluedart courier (Thirumalgiri branch), the delivery boy never visit the address and by evening they update the status of courier as "door locked" as it is a false excuse for them on online bluedart site.
    Like doing this, they update my courier status for four days. I sent my colleague to bluedart courier office (Thirumalgiri branch) to enquire about the things. Where mr mohammad who is managing thiumalgiri branch, said we gave a phone call to the mobile number and he didn't answer, thats why we didn't deliver the courier and behaves very rudly manner.
    As a customer i didn't expect that when a courier will come to me and to attend his call. When the delivery boy would visit my address. If i am busy at my work then how could i attend a call from unknown number.
    If the delivery boy would visit my address, he make knock at my door or else he should have talk to my family or my servant, to know about my whereabouts.
    Even i personally visit the courier branch to collect my very very important courier the bluedart agent mr mohammad behaves very rudly despite of being that i am a customer. He cannot handover the courier at his office, he sent to the address only.
    I would bring to your notice that "bluedart courier (Thirumalgiri branch)" reviews on goggle is also very poor.
    Please take action against bluedart courier (Thirumalgiri branch), as these agents are making funny with the customers.

    without visiting the premises they updated has Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed. Why Mr Mohammad has a carelessness while sitting at public interaction place, Even he doesn't have single quality for public interaction place.
    It is very disappointing and disatisfying. Very rude delivery/ pickup person. Odd time pick up. If you call they say wait till we call you. We don't know wt time the person can pick up the return package. Rude behaviour.

      With out attempting the delivery directly they updating status that not able find delivery address. Kindly find the attachment. Shipment was out for delivery by 16:48 pm and by 16:55 directly they have updated not able to find the address and they dint even try to call also, when i tried to call customer support they are folling the customers without proper information

        Please ask your courier guy to call me, without that he is updating like need department number status. I didn't get my courier on my time, without calling me they directly changing the status. Worst service. Blue dart express – courier not received – need department name/extention number
        The status of my courier ” says need department name/extention number”. It is very important document which has to be reached out to me on time. I have not received any call or message from blue dart for confirmation or whatever…

          I tracked my product it is showing march 5th is expected date. But march 4th delivery person come office address at after 7 pm. We are already left from the office. Kindly reschedule delivery expected date is showing march 5th, so you can delivery same day (March 5th). Delivery person not intimating i checked my mobile also i am not received any call.in this time call me before delivery time. I tries customer care contact number as per message sent by blue dart but no response. I tried customer care at 9 am to 9 pm. Kindly reschedule delivery the same address at 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.

            The product requested is not the same as the one delivered.
            Also the product delivered is damaged and in poor condition.
            The seller let us know that return and refund is available.

            I order previously and i had a couple of parcels delivered by you guys. Today i got a call from one of blue dart customer care number or so it said on truecaller[protected]. The guy asked me to check my whatsapp and he had sent me a porn clip. He says it's a clip o[censored]s. Obviously it isn't. He also mentioned that his name is rahul kumar and he lives in pune and he used to work for bluedart. I would really appreciate if you guys do something about this if you can because this is basically harrassment. I have the chats and voice recording of the conversation. So please do what u can

              Field team not coordinate with customer yesterday was spoken to fe sachin he was committed today he will delivered with 10 to 12 am at morning but he is came after 1.30 pm. I am available till 12 am in morning so arrange fe visit in that time. Last 7 day i am waiting for my courier but stil it is not delivered. 3 time i was discuss with dombivali branch but they not convey massage to field team.

                Services are not as per the commitment made. Blue dart team committed us to deliver the courier by 27th february. But the courier is in-transit even on 28th february and further blue dart team told that the courier will delivered on 2nd march. Delivery of shipment on 2nd march is of no use for us, which effected our work badly. Due to which we told the team to return the courier, which is still in-transit. Courier slip attached herewith for your reference. Kindly refund the money charged as courier services, which is not fulfilled.

                  I have an order sent by hdfc bank to my residential address. Today i got a message that your shipment is out for delivery but till evening i didn't got any calls from courier service and when i checked the status its says consignee address unlocatable/ landmark needed. There was no any calls from courier service to even ask me regarding my address.. Previously also courier service done the same thing and my order was returned to bank and have to again raised the request with bank to redispatch my order. I don't find any reason why my address is unlocatable. I get my others orders through different services at the same address. Atleast i should have got a call from delivery person. My waybill no is [protected]. I hope this problem get resolved asap.

                      Hello my name is shruti talashilkar i placed an order from bozodeals.com for crossbody mobile iphone cover and i was delivered a cheap quality. It shows the product is delivered from delhi. As i am 9months pregnant and was in the hospital and the delivery guy arrived at my place i told him to keep the package in the opposite flat and collect 599/- from them. Later after sometime when i came home i discovered it was a wallet instead of cover. I contacted the delivery guy for almost 30-35times he always disconnected my call. This is his contact number-[protected]. As is learned from this case you guys have tie ups with fraud companies as well. If the necessary actions aren’t taken i will lodge a complaint in consumer court and police station against your company. I want my money back and the concerned guy could take the product back for returning.

                        On tracking my shipment with waybill no - [protected], the status shows as "prohibited area-entry restricted for". The delivery executive did not call me, neither did i receive any sms regarding "out for delivery". The parcel contains important item from my bank and i am yet to receive the shipment yet. This is so pathetic behaviour from blue dart. When will i receive my parcel?

                            I was expecting my pran kit to be delivered by bluedart. Suddenly the document status is showing as delivered by bluedart on 24 th feb, the delivery person has not even called or nor i received any message of delivery.
                            On 28 th feb from pran is saying that document is undeliverabled.
                            The service of bluedart so pathetic, how can they just mark as delivered without even delivering the these important documents.

                              On delivery date i. E on 24feb, i got message from blue dart
                              "your smytten order with blue dart awb# [protected] was delivered at 1230 on 24-feb-20" but i didn't received the courier.
                              I also asked my neighbours and they too said that no courier boy came for delivery.
                              Delivery boy even didn't called me for delivery.

                                The first time the courier person came to deliver the passport and asked for money. I did not pay him any extra amount. The second time the courier man came to deliver the pan card and again asked for money and kept standing at the door forcing me to pay him rs100. Also i found that the pan card envelope was open completely putting me into doubt about identity theft!

                                    My courier wasAbout to deliver on 26th February 2020. No attempts or a single call regarding delivery. But in my tracking status they mentioned that "consignee out of station". I'm in my given address for past 1week. No one came for delivery. How come the state like this? This is not the first time. They are doing like this for the second time.when I called their office number they are just ignore the call.This is pethatic.
