Blue dart has delivered my credit card to wrong address
I received a message from the bank that credit card has been delivered to my mailing address and collected by my brother Vijay but I don't know any person by the name Vijay .
I have tried to call blue dart but in vain
Please resolve my issue asap

Delivery service is just utterly disappointing.
There is no call from courier boy and just putting unlocatable destination.
Haven't received the item, not a single call.
They might be returning product.
It has been so many times to other friends and families.
I seriously request you to take a initiative and sue this delivery people.

My icici bank parcel had been delivered to mudigere blue dart, the courier boy politely asked us the distance is too much for him to come so i asked him to keep the parcel with him and said him i will only collect.
Next day i went and waited for an hour nobody was there, there was no phone number on board when asked localities they said the manager he was in another office apart from the regular office, so i went to another office to collect. He misbehaved with me was abusive and and very rude behaviour.
So i request either to take strict action on him or terminate him and replace with professional.
This has happened with so many people he keeps the parcel for 2 to 3 days.
This is really bad and it may affect your rating and service.
When asked icici even they said they will terminate the tie up

We have ordered an item in nykaa online they have courier through your bluedart service. It was notified that it would be recieved on 21/02/2020. I have waited all the day for the courier delivery, but agent didnot delivered my parcel. He called me and i told the land mark also, even though he is blaming that there is no such type of land marks. I told him that im at that land mark only. Then immediately he ended the call that he will deliver the parcel tomorrow as if the address i mentioned was not correct. Many times i have ordered the couriers. Im getting the problem only with your blue dart courier services only. If it was urgent also the people are behaving like that in eluru, west godavari andhra pradesh.
Kindly sort out my issue

I have a consignment to be delivered with waybill no :[protected].
There is no one thing right in the bluedart delivery system. Starting with the online tracker, if the status is not updating only to show waiting for information is of no use. Customer care number is just kept to loot the money it seems. Spent 20bucks and tried calling this chargeable customer care but they are not connecting any executive and the menu is so dumb. The major issue in the delivery network is delivery person's professionalism. I received a call and it rang for 3-4 rings and it got cut (Not even time for truecaller to identify the caller is given). I called back to this number after knowing its from bluedart through truecaller. But this guy constantly rejecting my call (Tried 15-20times). After sometime received a message saying unable to locate your address from bluedart. What rubbish you are saying, your service is pathetic. Now the online tracker is updated with this comment (Immediately). Even mail, phone contact i tried every possible way to contact blue dart, no success. You open google search and search for blue dart delivery service... It shows all... If you people don't want to improve your services then why are you continuing this and troubling so many. If the banks and govt deliveries are not there no one prefers bluedart.
If there is any way to put this request to govt for dropping bluedart from all the schemes please let us know!!! Done with bluedart

I'm very disappointed with ongole bluedart service. This has happened twice.

I do not understand why do blue dart do false status update (Address not found) and return the courier back to the origin after contacting me over phone and conforming the address & location?. And saddest part is bluedart made zero attempt to delivery the package and does not respond to calls after that.

Awb#[protected] was undelivered on friday as premises closed however contacted customer care and spoke with saranya to reschedule on monday before 3.00pm as till only 03.00 pm available at home.. Kindly check and confirm.

And also request the delivery boy to call to the registerered number about the time of arrival which would help customers to plan the availablity accordingly...

My package was about to delivered by bluedart. I got the updates via sms that it has been delivered and when i checked the tracking status it was delivered to someone else. I need to know where my package is and why it is not deleivered to the right person. I want my package to be delivered again otherwise i will take the legal action on this. Please look into it at priority. I have already dropped an email twice to the customer service but did not receive any response.

No. [protected] on blur dart site but regarding my parsel there is no information on ur site. After i call in jalandhar branch but they have also no information regarding my parsel. This is my very urgent parcel. Pls. Deliver it to me as soon as possible. Also screenshot attach below received from bajaj finserv.

I got a parcel from my bank through courier for which the delivery person denied to deliver at doorstep. I received call from[protected]. We used to receive parcel at doorstep by this courier the other times. Since we are much satisfied by your service previous times i prefer this service. My bank is sending cards through blue dart and i don't have any other option to receive the same.

My ielts scorecard is dispatched from gurgaon (Haryana) to suryapet (Telangana), the local bluedart agency sent it back to the sender without informing me about anything. They didn't call or tried to find my address, they just resent it without any notice, due to which my admission process in usa got into problem. This is the worst experience i had, when i went to their office they didn't give me details of the sender to request them to send it again, they told it was my mistake.
What's the duty of courier service?: to deliver the courier to the concerned address and call them if they can't find the location.
This bluedart office in suryapet didn't try to find my address nor tried to call/inform me when it is sent back.

My courier has not been delivered for a long time. On 10h feb, the courier person informed he was at the gate and i relplied back in 20 mins (As i was in office). Since then they have not delivered the courier.
I have tried to call them and send emails and their replies have been that they will deliver, however the status every day since then is 'undelivered shipment held at location'

The worst courier service I have ever seen. The delivery guy delivered my courier to someone else without even calling me once. The delivery took place without even calling the recipient. How can they compromise with such sensitive issues, they don't even give the contact no. of the delivery person.

I didn't receive my parcel but in tracking it shows that it has delivered in mumbai but i ordered it to coimbatore and my order date was[protected] but in you tracking it shows it is ordered on[protected] and my tracking i'd is [protected] and it is from nykka your pod states that it is delivered to udesh but i never no anyone like that and that to in mumbai

The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

The shipment contains corporate amex credit card. It is very important that this be delivered to me.

I got a parcel which has been not received by me through your courier. Your courier boy had shown negligence in issuing the parcel. When he called me i was out side and he said that he will call when he is near to my address but still now he didn't call me nor he had given my parcel and i being lady how could i receive my parcel my parcel no:[protected]

Without delivering the item the delivery boy went back and told that the recepient was out of station and recepient called Blue dart customer care center then also there was no delivery of item on my address and then also the delivery boy told that the recepient was out of station

This is to be given my final intimitation to you that deliver my item (consignment) at the earliest or else I will file case against you consumer court

This is really UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I ordered a parcel from the messy corner
I got a message from pickrr and blue dart saying that i will recieve my package in the 7th of february. The shipment number is [protected]
While i haven't recieved any contact number or no attempt to contact me has been made, the courier status says delivered
Please resolve this issue at the earliest thank you...
