Dear sir/madam,
We would like to inform you that there was a document sent by hsbc bank (M. G. Road, bangalore) to us (Mircom fire & communications india pvt. Ltd., btm 6th stage, hulimavu, bannerghatta road, bangalore) on dated 31st of december 2019 and we are now at 6th of january 2020 but we have not received our doument yet.

Everyday we check the status of the consignment and found, one it shows out for delivery and other day show "no consignee at the given address".
Quite strange, from all the corner of this world we get our document from other servuce providers, except blue dart service.
Please note, the said document is very important for us get as early as possible.
We request to you, kindly take it as a priority and deliver our document at the earliest.
If you can not do the needful, then please share your higher authority so that we can escalate further.
