The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

The shipment contains my professional certificate of which i do not have another copy or even a soft copy. It is very important that this be delivered to me.

Hi i am rama satish,
My ref number is : [protected], when i check in online status is showing as "c'nee shifted from the given address". I have not shifted from that address. I am staying there from past three. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

Axis bank shipment notification was received, i was waiting for my axis bank item, later, i again got a notification on my mobile number saying that blue dart awb # [protected] was delivered.

It was received by someone by name rajesh, from different address.
Look's like, it is delivered to wrong address. Kindly look into it at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation

My product is shipped on December 10 and delivered on December 11 in Bangalore, bommasandra to an unknown person. But still, my item is not received in my hand. It is delivered somewhere else. I am trying from December 20th. still, they are searching, they couldn't find it.

Waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues.
Can you please make sure to deliver what is given to you.
Nobody calls. And you cannot assume that there is no one. Blue dart is the worst for doing this. I have suffered in the past too and had to return the courier. Not sure why banks use this service. I want my courier delivered. Make sure to deliver this by tomorrow.
If there's some rating for blue dart, it will be zero whole heartedly..

Tirutani branch blue dart staff & customer care behaving rudely. and there are saying simply incomplete address even though i gave correct address & pincode.it seems they are not interested to deliver.that's the reason they are simply telling Incorrect address. I called tirutani customer centre he was playing games.

Kindly look into this issue and solve me ASAP.

Today morning 12:58 i received message from blue dart (Delivery of your smytten order will be attempted by blue dart today)
But i didn't receive any phone call from bluedart and now item is stuck at shyamnagar bdel, now i don't know what to do and i mail them on [protected]@bluedart.com but they didn't reply yet i'm trying to find blue dart shyamnagar bdel contact number and i didn't get any number in their website

I was waitng for this delivery no one came to me or in my society the cctv shows no one entered in the society durring 15:00 to 16:00 in our society.

Seems the consignment is either not properly delivered or delivered to some wrong address.

This is serious please attend it at your earliest.

Delivery guy made 2 fake attempts, 2nd attempt - delivery guy called me early morning just for once which i could not receive, later on when i called-back he said that he didn't bring my order, he was just calling to confirm that whether i'll be receiving my order or not. It's a pre-paid order why would i deny to receive?. Again yesterday i got a msg that my order is not delivered because i was not available, whereas yesterday i didn't got any call.
Very much disappointed by their poor service just bluffing with the customers i'll take this long-way till i don't get my order at my doorstep with an apology.

Recently i have applied for cheque book from hdfc bank and they are sending the same via bluedart courier service.
Kindly note that as per my previous experience with bluedart do not serve the delivery location which is a rural village.
Right now i am unable to track the location of item, naither able to reach bluedart customers service executive as call is disconnecting like the no. Does not exist. I have also mailed this regard but no response from company side.
Please help me in this regard as i urgently required this cheque book and i am unable to contact the local bluedart branch or delivery person as well.

My kotak bank new chip debit card shipment tracking no/waybill no ([protected]) and reference#[protected] is returned due i was not available in the mentioned delivery address (I have salary account and company's address has been changed). Please deliver the above shipment no. At my new office address. Kindly find a new address for your delivery purpose. (You may find company's address is already updated. One important consignment AWB [protected] containing FASTag has been sent by ICICI Bank but even on 18th 4 PM the status of the AWB showed expected delivery on 17th dec2019. Most inefficient poor service oriented company surviving on Brand name established by earlier dedicated staff now possibly replaced by Parasites not even updating status and working with diligence. Still the consignment is not delivered and customer care appears to be illiterate on the status since she is also waiting for update. Possibly God will update it appears.

Sir/madam, on 16/12/2019, with a huge expectation i was waiting for a courier taking a leave from office and keep tracking on my courier online.
But suddenly it was mentioned as consignee shifted to other place. This is due to the mis ommunication from the courier sender (Icici bank) where the address updation is delayed. When enquired after waiting for long time (About 35 min), call was connected to the blue dart customer care and she have redirected the parcel to my office address stating that this parcel cannot be collected in person (Though i was ready to go to your servicer centre).
Now the point is i haven't received any call from the courier person/his number to my mobile. If i had recieved or he would have called, there could have been a smooth flow. Request you to arrange the delivery person to contact me when he has arrived to my office and also share his number before delivery.
