Am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life.

[protected] is the awb number. The consignment was shipped by scratchguard.in mumbai and they shared the above awb number.

The shipment address is correct and also the phone number. I have not received the consignment and neither have i received any communication on this.

The status while tracking shows that there is no consignee at the given address while there is no attempt made to contact me. Please see if this issue can be solved.

Booked a product on 8th jan
And expected delivery by 10jan..
Product reached destination...
But the status showing delivery delayed...

Dnt knw why?

Today is 11th jan and from the last 3 days i am getting status update of my parcel on bluedart portal as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery".

They are updating status without making any phone call to the customer.

I didn't receive any call from the delivery boy that he is facing any issue in delivery, although status updates every day.

I chased them on customer care but they provide...

The person who came for delivery did not even wait for a minute then when i called he said i ll come at 6, he din't even show up at the given time plus now his phone is also switched off
I have to travel tommorow and needed the card on urgent basis
Please resolve the matter as soon as possible

I order my protein from my protien website. I tracked my order and i was at home no one came. At 9:51pm i received a message that order is delivered to self. I did not get any phone call from the blue dart person. I want my product delivered to me. How can they be so irresponsible. I waited for my product for whole day. No one called me and at night i received a message that my order is delivered. I have not received my order yet. Address was also written very clearly on it

My important courier has been delivered to someone else, i don't know what should i do know, i can not imagine such blunder mishap can be done by "blue dart courier". And there is no customer care number for your query to resolve. Kindly take this as serious thread from blue dart, don't ever think about delivering your courier through "blue dart courier".
Resolve my issue or i will start writing my bad experience with all the community.
And google customer care is not even picked up your phone, my courier is from them only.

My hdfc credit had been dispatched via blue dart. But shipment marking undelivered as giving nonsense reason. That no such consignee at the given address. When no one calling me or not texting me. Then how blue dart giving that no such consignee at given address. This type of remark already has been 3 to 4 time. I think blue dart not interested to deliver my courier. Only make fool to every one.

So please check where is the stuck and deliver my courier safely.

I will never recommend to anyone for blue dart..

They called me and said they can't deliver today and then they are blaming me for the reason?

This delivery was very urgent for me, its my new atm crd

Credit card has been dispatched by bank through bluedart. It was reached delivery location on 4th jan'20. On 7th january, delivery agent has called me to deliver the order. I asked him to wait for 5 minutes as i was in a market during his call. After so many requests he accepted to wait only for 5minutes and said if i couldn't get there by 5th minute he will go away and also threatened me that if i can't reach there on time he will send back the card and reject my card application. I had reached to my residence address after 5 minutes (Late by 1minute), to my surprise he is not there and i tried calling him over phone for 5 times but didn't receive neither he called back. I called him up with another number then he answered my call and said that he couldn't deliver the card as i was late by 1 minutes. The way of talking and behaviour by delivery agent is very unprofessional. From that day onwards, the status of courier is showing as "undelivered-premises closed". Whereas i am there in my home for all these days and i didn't receive any call from bluedart. He is just updating the status without actually trying to deliver. Today status is being shown as "undelivered - held at location" very pathetic service by bluedart. I even complained bluedart customer care over 3 emails, but in vain.

My icici credit card dispacthed last 10 days but our service area do not give us till. Last 5 days i regularly call them but they did not hear me. They always excuse me weather problem service boy on holyday etc. Last time icici debit card also getting late. They massaged me (We did not find your address) i tell you our city is in 5 k. M. But they not responde properly you can check their service on google people do not give them star

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today but the status now shows as entry to the delivery area is restricted. Blue dart courier did not even come to the society and they just updated a false status online. Every society has a security guard sitting at the gate where you need to make entry of the flat number where you would like to visit. I am pretty sure blue dart has the address along with the flat number on the envelope. Please make sure you physical come to the society, mention the flat number and deliver the courier

Bluedart courier failed to deliver my package., i don't have received no calls, sms, emails from any delivery person, but status is showing " consigee adress unlocateble/ land mark., (My tracking id [protected]) this is second time happen to me., the disappointment level is too high and i would expect this to resolve soon. I got a message on 4th jan 2019 regarding city bank credit card will be delivery by blue dart shipment#[protected]. But i got a call on 6th jan 2019 from your delivery boy regarding the same and he said i can't delivery the shipment on 6pm as i mentioned the delivery address as my office address as my shift time starts from 6pm to 3.30am.

I did not received my consignment from bluedart. Even Bluedart did not make call to me to deliver my package .and did not sent any notification to my phone that the courier boy was unable to contact me.At last moment they just put a message about to delivery failed and returned my consignment to bank
In fact they returned my packet without trying to contact with customer.it iseem a shabby service from your end. My purcel was very urgent. And I want my purcel back as soon as possible.please look into this matter

Kindly advise below said courier is dispatched from our Chennai Head office on 28th Dec -2019 on Blue Dart courier but it was not received by our Amalapuram office.

POD status showing in online status delivered and we also cross check with our Blue dart courier in Amalapuram they are also telling the same reason.

Blue dart Way Bill no: [protected] . On 1/1/2020 I have place order. i continued to track with mivi and Blue dart for the delivery date. Later on 06/02/2020 at 14:13. Bluedart site shows the status as Delivered. As I was In My office later in evening i Checked with my neighbour and security about the bluedart delivery or any delivery that had happened. They said no one had come for this delivery. Later i called Mivi team they says product status shows delivered and to raise a complaint if not recieved. I tried to reach Blue Dart team. Informing this issue till now none had responded back.

This is really hard to believe such a negligence tjat had happened either if a human error or computer error. I need a resolution and to recieve my delivery.

I have recently ordered something my bluedart way no is [protected], it says consignee's address incomplete/incorrect. I have ordered on given location hundred of times. At least gave us delivery partner location we can communicate.
Given location was with pin, street building, landmark. Help me resolve this issue. I really need the product i ordered.
