The consignment vide awb [protected], is not being delivered to me at my nirala greenshire residence in sector-2 of greater noida west location. The culprit in this case is the delivery boy employed by gaur city 1 office of bluedart express. The delivery boy, on the 1st day misinformed the city office, and, on the 2nd day still he is absconding with the consignment right up to 6.30pm now. The centralised customer care executives are very nicely assuring me of immediate delivery as soon as possible. But alas, they are well trained to speak lies.

Complaint marked as Resolved AFTER WRITTEN COMPLAINTS AND REPEATED CALLS OVER THEIR CONTACT NUMBERS, THEY FINALLY DELIVERED THE SHIPMENT AFTER A DELAY OF 3 VALUABLE DAYS.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by BKShrivastav Even on the 2nd consecutive day, the delivery boy has misinformed the Bluedart office that my residence is in "Restricted Area-Entry denied", and had not bothered to call me at my mobile number registered with Bluedart for delivering the shipment.
