I raised a return request on 12th dec 2019 through snapdeal regarding the item i received sub order id: [protected] but the courier person not picking the item keep on rescheduling till now.
Shipment no.[protected].
Courier person contact no. [protected] (R. Balakumar) i never expect this service in blue dart really disappointing. Please pick up the return request as soon as possible.

    There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment [protected] and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person however i received a message stating that undelivered due to address related concerns. Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable.. This is the second time facing issue with same consignment with chromepet branch.. Worst service and front desk person in chromepet branch is arrogant and never picks customer call and doesn't respond properly.. This is a very important consignment and i need to receive it at the earliest.

        I had ordered an product through snap deal order id # [protected]. The product was send back due to door lock. I went to your office to enquire about that, the way your front office customer executive treated me was unexpectable. She was so rude. And spoke to me wrongly and abused me. I had never experienced such kind of customer service ever. I am really disappointed with your service. Please my humble request don't hire such kind people who don't know how to treat the customer. I am not sure you are going to take action or not. My work just to let to know what is happening in your company. I am putting the same complaint to snap deal also.         We dispatch material on 4th Dec but this LR Number is still showing transit kindly let me know how more days needed you for delivery under 200 KM.

            The consignment vide awb [protected], is not being delivered to me at my nirala greenshire residence in sector-2 of greater noida west location. The culprit in this case is the delivery boy employed by gaur city 1 office of bluedart express. The delivery boy, on the 1st day misinformed the city office, and, on the 2nd day still he is absconding with the consignment right up to 6.30pm now. The centralised customer care executives are very nicely assuring me of immediate delivery as soon as possible. But alas, they are well trained to speak lies.

            AFTER WRITTEN COMPLAINTS AND REPEATED CALLS OVER THEIR CONTACT NUMBERS, THEY FINALLY DELIVERED THE SHIPMENT AFTER A DELAY OF 3 VALUABLE DAYS.

            Even on the 2nd consecutive day, the delivery boy has misinformed the Bluedart office that my residence is in "Restricted Area-Entry denied", and had not bothered to call me at my mobile number registered with Bluedart for delivering the shipment.

              I am supposed to receive a courier with way bill # [protected] on 13 decemeber 2019.
              However i have received a call from bluedart franchise, tanuku andrapradesh (Phone # [protected]) to come to there office and collect the parcel.

              The parcel is supposed to be delivered at attili (Pincode 534134), however the delivery person demanded me to come to tanuku (15 km's from my residence) and collect parcel.

              Why did bluedart accept the courier if they don't have the service to deliver at attili (Pincode 534134)

              I called customer care at they have taken complaint but there is no action.

                On 11 th dec 2019 we try send one courier through blue dart service. Pickup guy accept that courier & gave awb no -[protected]. When we try track the courier after 12 hrs we observe that courier still in mumbai hub. When contact to blue dart person he said that they already redirect that courier.. When we try ask the reason they ans they don't know the reason. One next i visit one blue dart branch & enquire abt same courier. They said they have service their 7 their no reason to deny that service... Due their miscommunication we almost face 48 hrs delay to dispatch that courier finally we decide shipped that courier through speed post

                  shipment delivered but not received

                  I got update that the shipment was delivered to recipient deepak on 11 dec 2019 but it was never received. Shipment [protected].

                  The tracking status shows delivered but the location says hsr layout whereas my mailing address is gb palya.

                  The delivery time was around 8 pm and no notification was informed to me by the delivery agent.

                    Blue dart number [protected] dated 29 nov 2019 and new waybill number - [protected] for delivery of pan card in r/o sarla devi status shown at blue dart that item delivered on 11 dec 2019 but i did not received yet. I need my pan card for transactions with bank and for other purposes too. Please look into the matter for delivery of pan card at the earliest.

                          Way bill no [protected] not delivered so far. I told delivery person to deliver at my residence between 3pm_6pm. But so far not received. I made several calls but delivery person not responding. Services are poor. As i am working in psu i am unable to stay during office hours. Please look in to the matter and arrange delivery by morning before 9.30 or after 3pm to 6pm. My wife will take the courier.

                              The delivery boy without visiting to site and updated records in their system that address not unlocatable/landmark. When i approached to main branch office at jamshedpur situated in kadma near ranikudar, the concern representative had refused to give delivery even after showing my address and id proof.
                              This is the second time, the delivery boy with out visiting to site, confirms that address is not locatable

                                the status of my order is probited area - entry restircted for delivery. And the status was updated at 11.27 PM yesterday.
                                Since it is an official space entry might be restricted.
                                I tried reaching out to the customer service ended up with no answered calls only.
