Hi sir,
I have to receive a parcel to hyderabad, so many days passed and i didn't even get a call from courier office and while i checked the tracking of my courier in blue dart tracking, it has shown that the courier is already delivered but i didn't received my parcel or didn't get a call from them. And the parcel should be delivered to hyd but the status is showing in online as it is delivered to vizag. I am worried and i want to know the problem..!

Delivery person not come to delivery place .he put simply in status as Consignee not available.. I visit the moolapalayam blue dart office I asked regarding this he is not proper response. He told that i[censored] want u come and collect otherwise we are not delivery to u r address.. My BLUE DART AWB # [protected].Its worst response received.

I would like to inform you that your palladam branch officials service is very poor and their reply is not in manner.From shopclues the ordered material is came but without trying to deliver the product it is simply the official reported wrong address.Then I have explained the matter with shopclues to deliver the product.When I discuss with your Palladam branch their reply is not genuine.

My product has dispatched from 5/11/2019 and delivered 12/11/2019 but they handover this product to some other person not to me ... I contacted (4 to 5 times) to customer care of that bluedart they are registering my complaint but not taking any action on it. I was just asking them to give the details ( name, id proof etc) of that person that you gave the product...but they are not giving me...

Today My Shopclues Order No.[protected] should be delivered but Blue Dart Express's liar delivery Man did not tried or came to My doorstep to deliver My Order and told lie to Shopclues that consumer was not present at Home. Even I am still waiting for My Order but not get any reply from the so-called delivery company Blue Dart Express. Today the date is 1st of January 2020 and I wanted My Order should be delivered today but Blue Dart Express made my 1st January as Worst.

The fastag courier with awb[protected] has been held at 15velampalayam facility for 5 working days without taking any action. I went to that location and got to know that it is transferred to usha theatre tirupur branch. I tried to call three contacts and they didnt answer. Called them more than 10 times each. And they promised to deliver on dec 30 2019. But it didnt happen. Then they told it wil be delivered on dec 31st but that also didnt happen. Primary contact number was also switiched off at 5pm ist on dec 30. That was also not answered from 2pm to 5pm and finally switched off. I told them to inform me if it cant be delivered on dec 30 so that i can goto thier usha theatre branch and get it personally. They not even attended my phone.

I have to file a case on this company and this branch. Can i do it? What are the documents needed?

I haven't received the product i ordered even though i got a message as delivered. My awb number is [protected]

I got a message as out for delivery on 30th december itself, but did not get any call from the delivery person. However, i waited on 31st as well but did not receive any call or intimation as such.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Blue dart showing showing delivery status probhited area entry restricted I didn't get which kind of probhited and even they didn't contact me through call or email or SMS.its very bad, how will a customer will be notified if you don't intimate him or contact him.I didn't get my courier so far
They executive are so careless and didn't pick the phone even contact him some way they pass call to one another.

Neither am i able to reach any help from the store it was dispatched.

They didnt even call me a single time and they just wrote out of service area and redirected it to some awb thats unfair if they would have called me i would have picked it up from. Their office what a poor service many other courier company comes to my location they dont and i have already paid the amount!!! What i can be done now plzz resolve this fast...

Hello Sir I had a icici bank to debit card from blue dart Courier, blue dart Courier, but blue dart told my address, horn and shifted and sent him back no calls, no calls to me when you do not have to deliver a packet. Why do you always convince the bank? This Courier always goes back to a company without calls and without messages. As you guys are doing this packet today, my packet is like this today. I had a parcel from snapdeal to be delivered today i dont understand why it does not have official no or why you dont share no of delivery guy is this the way of doing business what the ### why dosent it delivers before time i am waiting since morning for my shipment on what basis you call urselff great co it makes me hard to understand my waybill no is 701 no sense people from the backend everyone tells different story on delivery one word for bluedart ### off no out for delivery sms is this is what customer service

My atm of icici bank was not deliver at the time given to me by blue dart service and the courier boy was send as incomplete aderees i give my complete adrees and phone number and he did not call at delivery time if he call me i can collect my order but he send as incomplete aderees two times and i give my adrees to blue dart by calling to customer service center but nothing work they not take my phone so what can i do for that i need my atm

Dear sir,
My boss sending my paasport from Mumbai to Gondia and he already paid money 550rs. But when delivery boy came for delivery my paasport he again took money 470rs(he told system showing).I am so disappointed and my boss also shouted me..I attached here courier recipet.please take necessary action and I want my money return back.

Was supposed to get my parcel on 20th december 2019
The bluedart courier boy called me and said he will deliver the parcel the very next day so i agreed. Next day 21st december i called him to remind him to deliver the parcel. He said he will deliver it within one hour but he didn't and at night i got a text that it was not delivered because i was unavailable which isn't true.
Next day 22nd december a girl called me to inform me that my parcel was not delivered and what to do with it so i told her the whole scenario and she said it will be delivered within 2 days. On 23rd and 24th dec i talked to her on phone and she said there is some problem going on due to connectivity failure so they are proceeding now and it will be delivered within 2 days. And now it's been more than a week i still didn't recieve my parcel. What kind of service is this. I asked the girl to tell me the whereabouts of my parcel so that i can personally go and recieve it but she didn't help either. Now it's showing on bluedart tracking site that the consignee refuse to accept. I am harassed enough kindly deliver the parcel as soon as possible.

The courier boy 2 days called to me and ask my address... I said clearly. But not delevired to my address.. Now my courier status is consignee's unlocatable/landmark...

The courier boy must know all street name and places but the guy do know even big landmark in pollachi...

Note : the courier boy called only one time to me...

Blue dart doesn't contacted me but updated that consignee not available.
I'm waiting for the parcel from icici bank long time but not yet received.
There are multiple documents fetched by icici bank through blue dart and i'm afraid if i'm going to get them in hand.
My request is to deliver them as soon as possible and contact me once it's out for delivery.
