Dear sir,
My boss sending my paasport from Mumbai to Gondia and he already paid money 550rs. But when delivery boy came for delivery my paasport he again took money 470rs(he told system showing).I am so disappointed and my boss also shouted me..I attached here courier recipet.please take necessary action and I want my money return back.

Was supposed to get my parcel on 20th december 2019
The bluedart courier boy called me and said he will deliver the parcel the very next day so i agreed. Next day 21st december i called him to remind him to deliver the parcel. He said he will deliver it within one hour but he didn't and at night i got a text that it was not delivered because i was unavailable which isn't true.
Next day 22nd december a girl called me to inform me that my parcel was not delivered and what to do with it so i told her the whole scenario and she said it will be delivered within 2 days. On 23rd and 24th dec i talked to her on phone and she said there is some problem going on due to connectivity failure so they are proceeding now and it will be delivered within 2 days. And now it's been more than a week i still didn't recieve my parcel. What kind of service is this. I asked the girl to tell me the whereabouts of my parcel so that i can personally go and recieve it but she didn't help either. Now it's showing on bluedart tracking site that the consignee refuse to accept. I am harassed enough kindly deliver the parcel as soon as possible.

The courier boy 2 days called to me and ask my address... I said clearly. But not delevired to my address.. Now my courier status is consignee's unlocatable/landmark...

The courier boy must know all street name and places but the guy do know even big landmark in pollachi...

Note : the courier boy called only one time to me...

Blue dart doesn't contacted me but updated that consignee not available.
I'm waiting for the parcel from icici bank long time but not yet received.
There are multiple documents fetched by icici bank through blue dart and i'm afraid if i'm going to get them in hand.
My request is to deliver them as soon as possible and contact me once it's out for delivery.

My kotak bank debit card shipment tracking no. Awb#[[protected]] needs a change in delivery address as i'm not available in mentioned (Or) registered delivery address for a month due to personal reasons. Please deliver the above shipment no.in my below home address. Kindly below address for your delivery purpose. Call me to [protected] for any concerns.

The delivery guy gave one missed call. I was in a meeting and i messaged saying please message . There was no response. Later when i called they did not answer. I called customer care twice to get it delivered again and no response. Please do the needful

Hi i had applied for axis bank fastag.
On 19th december i had received message that
"your axis bank fastag has been dispatched via bluedart awb no [protected]. Know more http://1kx.in/K0bC54".
Today i had checked the status at your online tracking service, there the courier is showing dispacted on 21st december but till now i have received the same.
Please look into the matter & revert back.

I was supposed to receive the shipment from axis bank through blue dart. However i have received a message that shipment has been delivered on 24.12.2019 and some one by name harold received it.

I have enquired from the manager of my apartment and it is not received by them.

Today, i have lodged my compliant in your customer care and i have been told that i ll be contacted by their staff within 48 hours. However i haven't been provided with any complaint no.

Please look into the matter and ensure that my shipment is delivered to me immediately.

The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

The shipment contains my professional certificate of which i do not have another copy or even a soft copy. It is very important that this be delivered to me.

Hi i am rama satish,
My ref number is : [protected], when i check in online status is showing as "c'nee shifted from the given address". I have not shifted from that address. I am staying there from past three. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

Axis bank shipment notification was received, i was waiting for my axis bank item, later, i again got a notification on my mobile number saying that blue dart awb # [protected] was delivered.

It was received by someone by name rajesh, from different address.
Look's like, it is delivered to wrong address. Kindly look into it at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation

My product is shipped on December 10 and delivered on December 11 in Bangalore, bommasandra to an unknown person. But still, my item is not received in my hand. It is delivered somewhere else. I am trying from December 20th. still, they are searching, they couldn't find it.

Waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues.
Can you please make sure to deliver what is given to you.
Nobody calls. And you cannot assume that there is no one. Blue dart is the worst for doing this. I have suffered in the past too and had to return the courier. Not sure why banks use this service. I want my courier delivered. Make sure to deliver this by tomorrow.
If there's some rating for blue dart, it will be zero whole heartedly..

Tirutani branch blue dart staff & customer care behaving rudely. and there are saying simply incomplete address even though i gave correct address & pincode.it seems they are not interested to deliver.that's the reason they are simply telling Incorrect address. I called tirutani customer centre he was playing games.

Kindly look into this issue and solve me ASAP.

Today morning 12:58 i received message from blue dart (Delivery of your smytten order will be attempted by blue dart today)
But i didn't receive any phone call from bluedart and now item is stuck at shyamnagar bdel, now i don't know what to do and i mail them on [protected]@bluedart.com but they didn't reply yet i'm trying to find blue dart shyamnagar bdel contact number and i didn't get any number in their website

The way bill [protected] is not delivered but shows as delivered
I have not yet received the waybill consignment but your tracking shows it is delivered to some ganesh on 21st dec 2019 at 15:15 hrs

I was waitng for this delivery no one came to me or in my society the cctv shows no one entered in the society durring 15:00 to 16:00 in our society.

Seems the consignment is either not properly delivered or delivered to some wrong address.

This is serious please attend it at your earliest.

Delivery guy made 2 fake attempts, 2nd attempt - delivery guy called me early morning just for once which i could not receive, later on when i called-back he said that he didn't bring my order, he was just calling to confirm that whether i'll be receiving my order or not. It's a pre-paid order why would i deny to receive?. Again yesterday i got a msg that my order is not delivered because i was not available, whereas yesterday i didn't got any call.
Very much disappointed by their poor service just bluffing with the customers i'll take this long-way till i don't get my order at my doorstep with an apology.
