    My credit card was dispatched on 28th dec 2019, but still your people not deliver my parcel, the status showing undelivered shipment held at location. I visited guindy hub office two times, they said that "tomorrow we will deliver your parcel".

    Please take care and deliver my parcel immediately

    I applied my credit card for emergency and the bankers processed fast and sent my card within two days, but the blue dart taking more than one week to deliver.
    I am living within 5kms from the hub office, i think this is so far distant for your executive to reach me.

    I am very happy that My parcel delivered within a day after my complaint. Please avoid this kind of issues in future, because all common people cannot able to make complaints all the time. Please make sure the response of your staff members to the customers.

      Bluedart company never called me for my order received in my city, instead they automatically cancelled it without even telling me about where my order is.
      This has always been a problem with bluedart in my city.
      There were so many orders in past too that they did not send and automatically cancelled.
      I want a strict action on them. Also i want to know where is my order. And why they cancelled it. Also why they did not call me if my order was received in my town.

          Hi,

          I haven't received my parcel, but i got msg that my package is delivered, how could they hand over without aunthenticated signature, what should i do now, and they have not even called me as i expected.

            Good morning... On 4/12/2019 delivery person delivered the material, but there are two boxes, but we get only one box, we didint get the second box, but when we contact the bluedart team they said the material is in chennai hub, but we didnt know which warehouse is it stored, already the material is delayed for 2 days because of strike, its very very urgent material, we request bluedart customer care for 3 days but they are not giving proper solution for this.

              I recently ordered a lamp from mi.com and i was supposed to get it delivered yesterday (I. E on 05.12.2019), but unfortunately the delivery guy didnt come to deliver it, didnt give me a call nut just irresponsibly said i was not at my home while i was waiting here at home all day."totally disappointed". Do look into this issue and sort it out at the earliest.

                I have ordered oneplus wireless headset in oneplus website and it got shipped by blue dart courier. They have given the delivery date by 4th december 2019. But they did not deliver even they did not attend to deliver. But they put the comment in their tracking page that 'address issue'. I do not understand what is the address issue here. I have given the dlf it park chennai. And they have access to come inside. Simply they are putting comment. When i call customer care they are not responding properly. They are saying it will be attempted by tomorrow. I am asking the reason but they are not ready to tell the correct reason. They are not treating the customer in good manner.

                    They not call me but he update as no such consignee in a given address and they not came to delivery the order so please update the correct details and delivery the order in correct date and time such as given in the same details as in ordered website and please delivering the order tomorrow itself, because it's too late for delivering the order...

                      My parcel reached the courier office 2days back.. But still they didn't deliver it... Yesterday they updated the status as consignee not available.. But i was available for the whole day... This s not the first time i had this experience.. And today they updated the status as delay caused beyond control... There s no mobile number to contact them even... I tried to take from justdial and reached nearest branch and he asked me to wait... After that ni update from him..

                        I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called to the number provided in sms o the blue dart team. But they have not responded properly amd asked me to wait. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this kind of attention.

                            I had a prepaid order which i have not recived yet the status is showing delivered. I am disappointed with the fact that a product costing 1639/- has been misplaced and the casual and unproffesional behaviour of bluedart is disappointing. Serious actions to be taken against this. Why will customers put up with such a lot of issues and be harassed. Order number [protected] i need my product as soon as possible.

                              I wanted to let you know that i was frauded by some fraudsters as there is parcel from hdfc bank (Dd) through blue dart corrier (Way bill no [protected]) which came to my office address (Tata consultancy services ltd, 2a, echospace, newtown, rajarhat, kolkata 700156) and it was undelivered return, after that i called to blue dart support no [protected] rajarhat branch & spoke with avinash (Abi7283) which is taken by website, https://www.justdial.com & that person asked me for registration for re-issueing & delivery my parcel on dated 03/10/2019 & send me a link for payment of rs 10/-, first link received "abupi abf52d882a$[protected]@48ba*8148! 1e37fb8a442" from mobile no [protected] / [protected] and second link "https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfpDED27TOegF1sU7__zWACiyDafXjzClP7btv... received from mobile no [protected], i received link to pay rs 10/- for registration on blue dart. Once i touched that link received from mob no [protected] my account debited with 9500/- "your citibank a/c has been debited with inr 9500.00 on 03-oct-2019 at 17:50 and account[protected]@pytm0123456. Ifsc. Npci has been credited. Upi ref no.[protected]" which used paytm payment gateway as per my account details which is mention above in subject. Also i am giving you all the mobile number which is [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] (Paytm) / [protected] all the given number associated with this frauds.

                              So, requested to all of you, kindly get into the matter deeply, so that these fraudsters get behind the bar & consumer are saved by these fraudstars. I think the details which i have provided you all its enough for evidence, also i have attached the scan copy of application with gd no & all message screen shot details.

                              So, kindly help me to back money as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered the product on 25th nov 2019 and it was supposed to be delivered on 2nd dec. But, on saturday i. E 30th nov, i got a notification from limeroad saying that "delivery attempt failed" by bluedart. The courier person did not even contact me! The same incident has repeated again on 2nd dec.

                                    Do tell me how can you update the status as "delivery attempt failed" when you did not even bother to contact me. It is very frustrating.
                                    Can the delivery person atleast call me?
