My waybill no... ([protected]).. As it showing status like... Delayed caused beyond control... As the package is emergency please consider and let it allow as early as possible
As the package shipped in mumbai on 18th april 2020 and shipment arrived on chennai ware house on 19th april 2020... The package is still in chennai ware house after 5 days also and no proper communication is there to communicate as the package is emergency so kindly solve the issue

Submit a complaint - blue dart courier
I m niketlulla. My courier ref no: [protected]. The sender wrongly given my pincode wrong so i need to correct my pincode. I contacted bluedart customer care many times call not connected. The correct pincode s 641002

Find a contact no in browser [protected]. One person responded my call and told to pay rs.3 for pincode change. And he sent a link to pay. Is this true?. Kindly consider my pincode change request and do the needful.

A courier was sent to me (Amazon order) from rajkot, gujrat-360005 vide blue dart courier against way bill no [protected]. When i tracked the same air way bill no. I found that the same courier has delivered on 13/04/2020 @ 11.16 am and the same recipient name is n s sahityasekhar.

In fact, so far i have not received the same courier and secondly, there is no any person in the name n s sahityasekhar in our society.

Thirdly, blue dart courier person suppose to call me before delivering.

So, it is very much clear that, the same courier has not come to my place for deliver and i suspect that, the blue dart courier person has taken my cover and simply in the status he has mentioned that it has been delivered and he has given some fake name.

So, i am requesting you to look in to this and hand over me my courier asap.

This is aadarsh i ordered a charger which i haven't got and i got a message that is your delivery is undelivered due to address related issues.I haven't got any call, nothing this is the type of service you are providing actually this is not the way to answer your customers.I know the situation but you can message me that you delivery is postponed or something.This is highly not acceptable

Delay Caused Beyond Control

One of the most shocking experience i ever had at any cargo company. My runner visited the dart apex at delhi airport.

As soon as our driver reached he was asked how much cash you are carrying without even looking at goods. Further he was asked a charge of inr 45000 without checking the weight and dimension of cargo. After our interference and discussion with various person on phone the final amount agreed was inr 16000-

Today we had the time and energy to have such discussion.
In current scenario of life and death blue dart is trying to rob money out of desperation to send the cargo to medical personnel.

As most of the runner to drop and pick the cargo cannot argue/discuss about the charges. It is the moral duty of the company to charge at fixed rates as per policy.

I am not sharing waybill, staff name who was trying to rob and staff name who helped us just to avoid any unfavorable results towards them. If required all can be given.

Hope to receive reply assuring fixed rates for all as per policy.

I am Naga sri currently I am living in Latvia. on[protected], I have sent a courier from E-pasts with a reference number RR[protected]LV to Pottur, Guntur to Mupparaju Venkata rao. And E-pasts staff informed me that it is delivered through blue dart courier services, so yesterday I asked my friend to call Blue dart and enquire about the delivery and he called [protected] and they asked to pay 10rs through PayTm or google pay due to COVID 19, to deliver the courier. And when my friend offered to pay they asked only the courier owner should pay them and they are speaking only Hindi my father don't know any other languages except Telugu and he doesn't how to use Paytm or google pay please help me with this issue it is an important document which I sent its really urgent for my father to get please help me with this.

According to tracking details of my shipment (Awb - [protected]), on 15 Mar 19 shipment has arrived Vizag warehouse and on 16 Mar 20 they showed the address in prohibited area. But nobody tried to contact me. If entry was restricted to naval area then I could get the parcel from gate or otherwise from Blue dart office also. I also did the complaint to customer care on 21 mar regarding this, they assured me that shipment will be delivered surely on 23 mar. But nobody delivered and no response from customer care also after that.

My parcel has been stuck for days now. I have just been getting links to pay on for “processing the hault”. Today i spoke to another of customer care executive who was not only incompetent in helping me but also highly rude. He said that i will not he able to receive my prcel and i will have to go and collect it kyaelf. When i told him that there is quarantine he said and i quote “jo bhi pm modi bolega maan logi kya”. I have never been more troubled and annoyed by a service provider before. His name he said was animesh. This is so disappointing blue dart.

Today i called bluedart on toll free no [protected].in response to my call i received call of bluedart person from [protected]. He did not revealed name. While inquring, he start abusing in a very rude way. This is highly improfessional and can't expect from bluedart. I am very disappointed and will not avail services of bluedart in future. Strong action need to be taken against such person having mentioned no.

I am patient of diabetes, blood pressure, stent in artery, thyroid and prostate. My wife is patient of blood sugar, stent in artery with high blood pressure.
The medicine consignment with many medicines are lying in nahur hub, close to my residence at thane.

In tracking page it shows shipment delivered on 23rd march 2020 when i haven't received a single call from their delivery agent and also it shows signed by self, i have not got the package still, what kind of fraud these people are doing instead of delivering the package on time they put it as delivered in their tracking page just after two hours from their out for delivery status.
Still haven't got any package from them and still mailing them but to no avail.

Some person (He said he is talking from blue dart office of bangalore) called me telling that i have to pay an amount of rs.3 for updating my address with regard to the delivery of a courier from blue dart which is lying in the office as the address to deliver is inaccurate. Later they had send me a link to update the address and pay the amount of rs.3 and click on submit.
I did the same i updated the address & paid the money through my upi pin & clicked on submit. I didn't get any msg from my bank that money was deducted. But later when i checked my account there shows a debit transaction of rs.2000 without my notice. I didn't even receive my delivery.
So please take action regarding this & try to get the money back from those people as many people like me are suffering due to this & are unable to raise their voice.

My shipment is not delivered with message premise is lock. Iis my home address. I was present at the premise. On same date 21 st march 2020. No one called me and even came. We have cctv at our premises. Please show valid proof that delivery attempt has done on 21 march 2020. Deliver my card asp. As i m at home.

There is not a good product and they show one think and they will send another products i seen one product and they given other product thats why i am complaining and the colour also different they or not giving respons and they will ignore and pack different product that why all customers will not take interest that's why the person will not take interest to buy

We inquired at kalyan ngr branch and it is with your employee named "parthiban".

Early this week - a parcel from lifestyle was irresponsibly delivered to the security at the gate. By the same person. I had to follow up with lifestyle/ bluedart & raised complaints. Finally he handed over after 24hrs of receiving delivered msg.

The 1st instance occurred about a month ago, with a package from amazon - he never came nor delivered for 2 days - even after i received a delivered message. Had to raise a complaint and cancelled product.

Frustrated with your services.

My awb # [protected] has not been delivered. Yet i received a msg from bluedart saying it has been delivered & received by someone i dont even know. This is ridiculous.
I also received a msg from the merchant saying items delivered but noone from bluedart has visited my address or society.
The merchant is nykaa, the peoduct was cosmetics and the company who goofed up is bluedart courier services.
