The product is not delivered. While tracking it showed wrong pincode but the pincode was correct. Then it was sorted but in text message it was like undelivered but they didnt even call me. The service is not proper and contacting process is good and the contact number is not in use. Why there is no way to contact you. I need the product immediately. I have ordered a week before still it is not delivered...

I am rajkumar from telangana. My wabill no is [protected]. Bluedart courier service neredmet have not visited my premises and also they did not make a single call. Now the status shows that 'delivery attempted premises closed'. I was waiting whole day for the shipment. They update my address is not traceable that is "near sainikpuri public high school" my house near to school. Such a pathetic service from bluedart courier service neredmet....

My passport isn’t delivered yet, it had handed over to courier service provider and we contacted to them the said they handed the courier to blue dart but after confirming from blue dart they didn’t acknowledge my problem n the number given by one of the employee of blue dart isn’t working...

I got the courier from hdfc bank and i need the courier on an urgent basis but the blue dart express didn't come to deliver and dint called me and they changed the status as person not available at address and this happened 3 times and they will not respond to calls and behaving rudely with customers.

I have recived sms on 13th stating my icici bank credit card will be delivered through bluendart courier and on 14th recived one more message stating blue will attempt to deliver my card however today recived sms stating card delivered to unauthorised person and its surprise that my card delivered to some one iam not aware and anything goes wrong blue dart will be responsible. My parcel is from club factory is on 14/11/2019 from blue dart. On one is reached my home. Infact i have received msg from blue dart unable delivered your parcel.in msg blue dart delivery boys cell no.+91-[protected]. I have may time dial this no but no one received my phone. This complain is against the deleivery boy who has updated status of my courier as consignee shifted from address. I waited whole day after receiving message at the given address and it is frustrating to know have received such status of my credit card. There was no intimation or call whatsoever.
