My area delevery hub locate at jadavpur center . I have call yesterday to customer care agent & they told me re-attempt tomorrow . but today same things. all time they don't attempt delevery.
I need my parcel asap . otherwise I will go consumer forum.

    My Delivery Waybill No: [protected]. Delivery Guy called me on 9-DEC-2091 and said he will come in evening but he din't come and also closed the status as He delivered the Parcel to me.

    I tried to raise the complaint on customer care. They are not picking up the call after I raised the complaint.

    Kindly help to escalate this take necessary action and I need my Product as well.

      Way bill no [protected] not delivered so far. I told delivery person to deliver at my residence between 3pm_6pm. But so far not received. I made several calls but delivery person not responding. Services are poor. As i am working in psu i am unable to stay during office hours. Please look in to the matter and arrange delivery by morning before 9.30 or after 3pm to 6pm. My wife will take the courier.

          The delivery boy without visiting to site and updated records in their system that address not unlocatable/landmark. When i approached to main branch office at jamshedpur situated in kadma near ranikudar, the concern representative had refused to give delivery even after showing my address and id proof.
          This is the second time, the delivery boy with out visiting to site, confirms that address is not locatable

            the status of my order is probited area - entry restircted for delivery. And the status was updated at 11.27 PM yesterday.
            Since it is an official space entry might be restricted.
            I tried reaching out to the customer service ended up with no answered calls only.
            want to know the status of it.

              No one comes home from the delivery blu Dart company and closes in the dilevary in the office bed sarvice in the blu dart company Blue Dart ones never lie. Service is not right. I have looked outside somewhere.They do not have boys for delivery and then close the office later AWB#[protected]

                The issue is i have received call from bluedart representative regarding my courier on wednesday.

                After that call i am not receive any update regarding my courier.

                Could you please provide me a valid reasons that why your team has not delivered my courier yet...

                You know so many important things can be in my courier. If any discrepancies who will answer?

                Already i have clearly mentioned to the representative stating that i am in night shift i will login at 5pm.. Even yesterday i had discussed with your customer support agent through call with the same reasons.. But still now there is no resolution...

                    I ordered an order from nykaa on 11th nov through bluedart. From blue dart i didn't got any call. But on 23 rd from nykaa i got delivereda msg. I got no order. So i made a complaint. Through mail they send me signed document (Receiving). But those sign were fake. I revert their mail showing my original signature. Another day i got a call from blue dart agent. I am sorry. N i will give your parcel tomorrow. Next day i didn't receive. The very next i called him up. But he said i forgot. But now i am out of station. I have given that parcel to some person & he will deliver it to you. But. After 4 days also i have not received it yet. Now blue dart agent is even not receiving my call. I am very disappointed with blue dart.

                      I'd filed a complaint against a guy who misbehaved with me by calling me at night on his personal number and you said you'll be firing him immediately.(attached the picture, guys BEWARE of this nutjob)

                      The same guy must have come for my delivery from BLUEDART and because of this he said my address didn't exist?!!!
                      GUESS HE WASN'T FIRED AT ALL.

                      where in hell is your courier service number? when i call your services people from different areas and work pick up or it's a wrong number! when you decide to show your face you come at night for every delivery. noone will be available at your convenience, your job is to deliver items to people !!! if you cannot do that shut down your frickin company man!
                      are you some kind of vampire to show up during the night? your customer care works nowhere in india. i didn't get any kind of call, text etc! from you.and didn't leave my house for you to say that my address didn't exist! there are almost 540 flats in my building. SO THEY DON'T EXIST, EITHER HUH?! anyone who even thinks about blue dart, please don't. DON'T.

                        My way bill no is [protected]. It has to be delivered yesterday but the remarks on website is cosigner address is incorrect. I called yesterday and today with landmark address is confirmed. I didn't receive any call yesterday even not today from the delivery executive. He had to call me if it was difficult to find the address.How you can say my address is incorrect. It has to be delivered on urgent basis.

                          My courier ID "[protected]" is not delivered on time. I call 2 times in customer care, they extend the date of receiving document (Next day).
                          I need this document urgent basis.

                          Expect delivery date shown in the tracking page is 09th December 2019. But today is 10 December 2019.. no one call me about to tell yhe courier details
                          Sir my pan card arrived at my delivering address, I checked my pan card status it shows delivery out for non delivering area, and next status shows returned to origin by shippers request, so kindly return to my address my blue dart tracking number is [protected]

                            These blue darts guyss don't call to know the exact location and then they will marks as per their wish consignee not available. How did he know that i was not available when he even didn't come to my place to deliver my order. There customer service also sucks. They will ask you to pick up from the hub then what are there delivery boys for? I am done with it. I don't know why after so much of negative reviews companies ask bluedart for delivery.

                              Today i got a message saying your package is out for delivery. But i never got my parcel. And now i got another message saying package has been delivered. And the message says it has been delivered on 1:00 PM. And i have been home all day no one came plus delivery agent never called. After this i tried calling Bluedart customer care no. but its no use it never connects, what kind of fraud service is this.

Asked me to wait in a street and he has gone somewher. Over phone, he was rude asked first to collect from hub instead of delivery, and said it will take a day but no delivery for 4 days.                                     I mr sukhdeo yadav has applied for a hdfc credit card which was supposed to b delivered tday. I got a call from the courier boy name sudhir vishwakarma working in goregaon virvani tht as he is unable to find the address so he has returned the parcel.
                                    Despite a proper address, my card was returned giving false reason. Blue dart as such a good reputation and than i[censored] ppl do such things than how can ppl trust ur delivery. Hope you understand my concern and do the needful.

                                      My waybill no is: [protected] & the status of the item is currently it is in patna regional office.
                                      But the staff is not coordinating here & the item not delivering to me & creates confusion
                                      But why this type of situation is arising & why delay is happening, its already late by 2 weeks
                                      I m very disturb at this moment, plz help & try to avail my delivery on time as early as possible

                                        Blue dart delivery person insists on taking a "snapshot" of id provided to prove bona fides whilst delivering bank cards. Is taking such a snapshot legal? Won't it open the door for malpractices? The delivery person says it is on the instructions o 'higher ups".
                                        Couldn't this lead to malpractices, especially if the id provided is the aadhar, or a driving licence?
