    I have given my complete address along with land mark on bank account as per driving license. Its just beside main road. Everything i order online comes to this address. But blue dart delivery boy didn't deliver my hdfc cheque book and mentioned the reason as... Consignee's address is unlocatable. What kind of service it is. Will take one leave from my office just to receive the percel?? Atleast they should give a call.

      Waybill no: [protected] i am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Please take action immediately. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life. Its my central govt accommodation, all time my family available at the given location, then why should bluedart updated wrong information??

        From last 2 days i am getting same error like customer address is incorrect however thia is fake comments given my field person bcz this is main city and every days i called in customer care and they having only one word sir sorry make sure i will be recv your parcel next days but again i am getting same error next days and when i requested to transfer my call to senior but they are nit ready to take my escalation call this is pathetic service by blue dart i never recommend any one if we recv this kind of 3rd class service from blue dart

          The shipment was arrived at blue dart office, even after that the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shippment held at location". When will it get delivered. Even the contact no provided by bluedart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. Deliver the parcel as soon as possible

              The product is not delivered. While tracking it showed wrong pincode but the pincode was correct. Then it was sorted but in text message it was like undelivered but they didnt even call me. The service is not proper and contacting process is good and the contact number is not in use. Why there is no way to contact you. I need the product immediately. I have ordered a week before still it is not delivered

                I am rajkumar from telangana. My wabill no is [protected]. Bluedart courier service neredmet have not visited my premises and also they did not make a single call. Now the status shows that 'delivery attempted premises closed'. I was waiting whole day for the shipment. They update my address is not traceable that is "near sainikpuri public high school" my house near to school. Such a pathetic service from bluedart courier service neredmet. I hope the concerned officials will take this matter seriously and resovel my problem. You should not be so reckless with bank related document.                     I got the courier from hdfc bank and i need the courier on an urgent basis but the blue dart express didn't come to deliver and dint called me and they changed the status as person not available at address and this happened 3 times and they will not respond to calls and behaving rudely with customers.

                              This complain is against the deleivery boy who has updated status of my courier as consignee shifted from address. I waited whole day after receiving message at the given address and it is frustrating to know have received such status of my credit card. There was no intimation or call whatsoever. Will i get my card back? Credit card being a sensitive issue, i want to know status of the same. Kindly return it or i will have to put this up to consumer court forum. This has happend twice now

                                Hello my name is rohit, i ordered a set of attar from fridaycharm.com and it was shipped by them on 27 oct 2019. The expected date of delivery was 02 nov 2019 but it was delayed by the blue dart courier and after few days around 10 nov 2019 i received a message that nitin maurya, a blue dart courier boy will deliver the product to me. As i called him, he continuously hanged up my calls and not even replied to my message. I spoke to the customer care representatives thrice and they misguided me that i will receive my shipment the next day. Now when i'm checking the status of my shipment, it is being sent back to the shipper and they didn't even intimated me about this. Pathetic service from blue dart.

                                  We are using blue dart services from past 6 months we had no issues but from past one month we are facing problem with your service, we draft the mail on every sunday because my consignment has to be picked up on monday at any cost. Your people even generate token on monday but the people are so much least interested none of them comes to pick my consignment and your people dont follow up the case, we will have to bombard with them sending back to back mails, and there is no soft denial from your chennai customer care executives. I always get hard denial from them.

                                  Till now no one came to pick my consignment, this kind of pathetic service will spoil the blue dart reputation for sure, concerned person kindly look into this and rectify asap

                                  The below mentioned person is following the case, she says topay cases we cant give any confirmation, ours is ielts examination center we will have to send the documents on time, else candidates results will be on hold, this again spoils our reputation aswel. Something alternate has to be done for us

                                      This is with regard to AWB# [protected], I would like to register a complaint please, regarding a couple of issues with this one delivery.

                                      The delivery person called me about this yesterday (10 Nov) pretty late and requested if he can bring it the next day (today), due to the fact that his vehicle’s tyre had a puncture. I readily accepted and said it was quite ok. However, the reason entered in the system (about which I received an SMS) was that I was not available to take delivery. This is not true and the real reason that product was not delivered to me on time, is not recorded, whereas a false, untrue reason is being recorded. Not sure how many places and how many times this is happening. Wanted to bring this to your attention.

                                      The second issue is that this person is not very polite and always refuses any Electronic Modes of payment, saying only option available to “us” (meaning Bluedart) is cash. I find this hard to believe. A delivery company as big as Bluedart has the only option to take Cash? I don’t believe so.

                                      When I stated that I can only pay by electronic means the guy immediately says “so I will cancel?”. This person is pretty lackadaisical with Customer Service. For one delivery, this was twice that he has created problems. Then, when I asked him about Google Pay or any other option, then, he says PayTM is ok. Then, subsequently, I saw him use the Bluedart App and send us a OTP (request for payment), which was subsequently completed successfully.

                                      Why is the person saying that the only option available for “us” (Bluedart) is Cash, when the Bluedart App provided to him by your company, clearly has an option for at-least one or more Electronic way to accept payment?

                                      Also, when I said a complaint/concern will be raised about all these issues, the delivery person nonchalantly says, “no problem”.

                                      Looks like this person is taking his job for granted and is forgetting the fact that he is bound to provide professional service on behalf of his employer (Bluedart) and if he does not do so, then, the affected parties are Lenskart and me (the end customer). Ultimately, this affects Bluedart’s image (as this is not one isolated small incident for sure, given this person’s bad attitude).

                                      Please look into this matter. Your delivery persons are the points of contact with the general public and this person in particular is lying brazenly (at-least on two occasions for this one delivery), quoting Bluedart name. This brings a very bad reputation in the public’s mind about your company. I was almost going to register a complaint with Lenskart (the company who sent the product I bought, through Bluedart)…the complaint would have been against Bluedart…all because of a lackadaisical, not courteous, untruthful and unprofessional behavior of one of your Delivery persons.

                                      Although, this might look like one isolated incident, surely, this is happening on a continuous basis every day, thereby causing aspersions to the Bluedart brand name. Hope you take some corrective actions soon in this regard and hope that the next time there is a delivery through Bluedart, the option of making an Electronic Payment is acceptable as a first option, without having to go through unpleasant interactions with your very unprofessional delivery person.

                                      Received a call from their Customer Service person at their local (Maraimalai Nagar) branch. After a good discussion, he profusely apologized and promised to ensure that customers will be made aware of payments through electronic means and also that he will coach and instruct his delivery person to behave in a more courteous and professional manner henceforth. Thank you Bluedart for your prompt response and action, in this matter!!!

                                        Hello, my credit card from axis bank was dispatched through your courier, your delivery agents are calling for me to deliver the card. But i am currently not living at the same address, i recently changed my address to another city. I requested the delivery agents to deliver the item in my relatives house. But they are not delivered that. Yesterday i got a message that they successfully delivered my credit card to me. But i did not received it. I am trying to reach them since yesterday evening. No one is responding. If they are delivered the item then to whom did they delivered the item.
