My shipment is not delivered to me and delivery boy not even call me, i received the msg from bluedart saying shipment will be delivered today i was waiting for delivery boy's call but then i received the "delivered" msg at 14:54, 31/10/2019 on my phone ([protected]) saying shipment is delivered to parminder kaur,
At that time i was not even at home, and i don't know to whom they delivered my shipment, how could they simply deliver the product to anyone and the delivery boy's number also not there in that msg to contact him.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible as my shipment contains my marksheet of ielts result, which is very important document.
Looking forward for your reply.

    My tracking id is [protected] with bluedart.
    I ordered from amazon which is shipped from mumbai to delhi by bluedart and should be delivered by 29 oct. But now it's 31 oct and bluedart is just giving excuses like "no consignee available at the given address" and their delivery agent is not even trying to contact me while out for delivery. Bluedart just do not want to delivery my order to me. I already ordered with amazon and others at the same address but with outher shipping companies out there and never had any problem before but now with bluedart, they simply do not willing to deliver my package to me. Their customer helpline number is always busy or some times not recheable. Somewhat i blamed amazon as well for this experience. Please do not use bluedart, they simply won, t deliver your order to the required address.
    Please avoid bluedart.

      My product is reached at bluedart guindy office at oct 25 2019, they didn't call me or came to my address but they are updated the status like customer can;t able to reach out. Anyhow i myself reachout to guindy office on oct 29 2019 for pick up, they not even respond with me and told like we need check the shipment because it was packed with other stuff so they asked to come on next day. I gone to next day also but they said same answer only we can't able to find the shipment so they asked me to come after 1 hour. Anyhow i want my product so i gone after one hour, but they don't even search the product. After a long wait they gave me.

      I called Blue dart toll free number.. But that seems to be fake.. I called twice n they repeatedly kept saying it's a wrong number... I have my parcel with them... Please I request Blue Dart company to kindly deliver my parcel ..

        My credit card was sent by bank through Blue Dart and was stated to arrive latest by 25th October 2019. However 5 days later, i have not recieved package. My waybill number is [protected]. Since it is a credit card i have to activate OTP within a limited time of issue of card. Their tollfree number is useless and the mobile number is not responding.
        Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Bluedart Have been fooling me for two months, why don't I give my credit card courier a problem, my mind is poorly kept, now my customer will go to court if my courier does not reach, [protected]

        It is intimated that no body is turn up at house to deliver the item

        Incorrect status mentioned as "consignee refused to accept"

        Highly disappointing

          Order Place for product on 23rd October 2019. The order by the seller was dispatched on 23rd October 2019 - tracking number [protected].

          Received message on 23rd October 2019 at 12:52 pm that the product is given to Blue Dart.

          Received message on 24th October 2019 at 8:23 pm that the product will be delivered on 26th October 2019.

          Product still shows in Transit.

          The product was gift and the sweets to be given to customers. The sweets in the office has got spoiled and the entire purpose of the Diwali Gift has lost its essence.

          Get a call at 3:00pm that we shall deliver the gifts before 4-4:30 pm. It is 5:15pm and yet there is no update.

          It is we who have to call to make an enquiry.

          I would seek an compensation for lacuna. Local couriers are seeming to do a far better job than you.

            Dear sir /madam,

            I would like to inform you that my courier (Waybill no. - [protected]) should have reached on 29th oct 2019 but still we have not received courier from blue dart

            We are trying to call bluedart customer care 24x7 on [protected], it is saying "all the routes are busy".

            We did not get any support from bluedart and there is no response to get courier. The shipment status is the same for the last 3 days that it is "out for delivery". One of my office staff also went to the taratala warehouuse to collect the material as it was very urgent on 26th of october. But he was informed that the material is already out for delivery. We will most probably get the material on the that day itself. Now it is showing that the material will get delivered on 31st of october... Is this some kind of joke going on??? Due to your horrible service we lost our valuable orders.
            We need the material to get delivered today in the first half itself without any fail.

            Please help us to get the courier soon, please reach me at +91-[protected]

                Hi,

                This is into recent trend from blue dart courier service in mangalore. This has happened to my friends as well and to me the third time.

                I usually get a message from blue dart informing that "delivery of your xiaomi order will be attempted by blue dart today"

                However at the end of the day i will have another message - your order from xiaomi with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered "since you weren't available". To reschedule, please call...
                And there will not be a single call or message or any attempt to deliver the product.

                It's a real issue when delivery agents do not deliver it and then blame the customer for their delays. This increases the distrust in a company and i feel blue dart should give the actual reason of why the delay is happening and show transparency rather than blame the customer o[censored]navailability.

                I didn't received my parcel yet and delivery agent updated the status premise closed. Which is [censored]. My parents and wife was in home at that time. I urgently require my parcel as soon as possible.

                  I've ordered mattress from wakefit via amazon. They've choosen bluedart as a delivery partner. Product reached the final delivery hub but they aren't delivering almost 6 days. It's happening in tamilnadu, tiruppur. Waybill no is [protected].

                  Everyday they're updating with new status, today they've made it a status called 'delivery delayed, beyond control'. Worst service. Shut your shops and leave the market, if you can't able to deliver it, then why are you picking the order and promising delivery in 2 days. Worst service

                  Please look into the matter and arrange for Delivery immediately.
                  Subject reference has to be delivered today or maximum by tomorrow morning as the recipient is leaving outside of country appreciate your kind support

                    I have requested for the return of the product with id[protected] which i buyed from shopclues and return request was accepted by shopclues company and they are telling that return pickup will be taken by the courier partner from blue dart. The return pickup was initiated on 24 th october but still no one from your courier side has reached to pickup the return product

Someone called me from blue dart with minimum politeness, she stated that today it would be surely delivered. But again no one came. Please look into this matter and hire only those who can properly talk to the customer. And helpline number is of no use

                        The courier is not delivered to me, status shows consignee's address unlocatable/landmark. However no one called me. The status is on same since 26th. When i called to customer care irresponsible answer saying my number cannot be conducted waiting for alternative number. What the reason, i use this number for years, i get call from all, why only your agent cannot reach me. I need it delivered at the earliest, i cant wait 24 hours

                                I had booked a diwali purchase from little muffet which uses this worst courier company for service. Little muffet is a good company but this courier company is one of the worst i have seen. My shipment which is supposed to reach me on 23rd october or at the latest by 24th october has not yet reached me. The best part is i’m seeing that it’s reached my hometown salem tamilnadu from the 23rd september and the lazy buffoons haven’t delivered yet and i’m seeing unreasonable excuses in the track page. Is it a joke running the company. Hire active people instead lazy people and liars. Totally pissed off with ur deliveries... Never will i go in search o[censored]r courier and send my parcels anytime in future n will definitely not recommend ur ll to any friends... Worst service possible. Atleast i[censored]r staffs lie pl don’t give lame excuses on ur track page we are not fools

                                  I'm very much disappointed with bluedart delivery service. My waybil no is [protected]. From 23.10.19 to till 26.10.19 i have received few sms that "out for delivery" but i didn't received yet.
                                  When i track my article showing me it was on bhawanipore kolkata.
                                  My question is that how many days it will take to delivered me when the distence is just few k. M?

                                  Lastly i was called them on 26.10.19 3 times they excuse me due to heavy rain they could not deliver (It was not happened exactly) and they promised me to delivere on 26.10.19 by 6 pm. But it was also fake commitments.
                                  I attached some sms given bellow:

                                    My flipkart order was to be delivered to me through bluedart courier service having awb no [protected] which was expected on 26.10.2019 but i got a message on my number that the order was cancelled by me but i didn't cancelled my order. Also on the bluedart website it is showing wrong status of fake address but the address is surely correct to the full of my knowledge. So please look into this matter as soon as possible as this type of irresponsible behavior is just not acceptable. I didn't got my parcel and on the other hand now it is showing that you have cancelled it. What rubbish is all this.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My awb no is [protected] and my name is sk amin quader.
                                      As blue dart sent message on 19th october 2019 to deliver my shipment as per bank given address. But from 19th to 26th october they are just trying to deliver, in between the time i called them everyday to know about the delivery status because its so long time i had wait.
                                      As i get to know the department name/extension no is missing so i told them the same every time to i called.

                                      Now blue dart is not responding me any more and my card is on their hand. If it happens likely should i have to file a fir against blue dart why they are not delivering my shipment as my address is valid and also verified by bank.
                                      Blue dart is just harassing me.
                                      Guide me asap.

                                      The consignment has not been delivered even after 7 days. Tracking site says "address unlocated". This is absolutely wrong as consignments have been delivered earlier.
                                      No attempt to contact has been made.
