My way bill no:[protected]. Address unallocated in track n trace record, but my house address is the easiest way to reach easily, management is unable to handle staff courier service, they are doing time pass in the blue dart company with the branch of santosh nagar opp yadgiri theatre hyderabad.

I kindly request to blue dart service pls change the management n staff.

    One package for me was shown undelivered because o[censored]nidentified location. But the delivery location is a ey kinfra park chandavila which is a famour film and video park in trivandrum. I haven't even received a call from the delivery side. I would like to escalate this as this is being repeated for the second time in my case alone. If it happens again i am forced to file a complaint against blue dart courier service.

      Dear concerned,

      This is in ref to my recent online order of product from an online portal and like any other online e - commerce i had booked the commodity.
      The process was done and i was notified with a booking id and the courier was supposed to be delivered to me by blue dart.
      Closer to the date, i checked the status and on 7th oct 2019, and it was last updated on 5th that the add is an educational institution, and this was from blue dart sangvi branch pune and i haven’t received and call or msg from blue dart regarding the same. I checked called up sangvi branch, on land line, then he said i am not audible and one of the executive called me back from a mobile number +[protected], then he call and the person verified my details via tracking id (Way bill no - [protected], bluedart). After presenting the details, the person asked me to share the name of the bank where i’m holding my account. The person thereafter sent an encrypted message (Sms) (Enclosed attachment) to me and asked me to resend the same message to him within 10 seconds on [protected]. I found this unusual and asked him the reason for asking me personal bank details. The person said if they require it for documentations and customer profile creation and if i don’t submit the details and that encrypted message, my product won’t get delivered.
      I disconnected the call and then the same person constantly called me for the next 15 mins from same no and one more no. [protected] along with that he even sent me few more encrypted messages over sms from different no. I did not respond.in the evening, my brother called on the same number numerous time but the person deliberately disconnected his calls.
      This is in all likelihood a fraudulent person with all intentions of committing a cyber crime.
      I have still not received any update in regards to my product as well. Anyhow, with such experience, i would never prefer and recommend blue dart where i can have a threat to my assets.

      The entire idea behind writing this email was to notify the authorities of blue dart.
      This should be investigated properly as it may dilute your reputation as there are many customers who don’t even report the matter to the authorities.

          Blr apx/sfc pud centre prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery

          I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

          I was not contacted through sms or email. Can this issue be resolved immediately.
          Awb...[protected] this courier by supplier on 30 sep 19... but till not update in online...if I ask in customer care..no courier booked..but supplier send me barcode...
          Sry sir right now i don't want books. So please cancel my order in blue cart

            My shipment was despatched from manavar on 30th sep and was scheduled to be delivered by 2nd oct. However no one contacted us on all these days suddenly the shipment was status was updated as "refused to accept" and the status was closed. This is highly unprofessional attitude of the company

If i have ordered for a shipment why will i refuse. For your kind information no one has attempted delivery and even called me. This is ridiculous in the way your team is passing wrong information. Need your immediate attention and delivery of my product today.

            I have been calling the customer care but such an unprofessional attitude there is no one to even attend the call.

Yesterday delivery boy called me and said that he is at my home but when i opened my gate he wasn't there then i called him 7, to 8 times first time he said i am on the why then i took 3 hours waiting but he hasn't come.               I really shocked bluedart employees are lies with the customer.

              Please get me my courier package as soon as possible and delivery boy made false report in the system that consinee's address was incorrect.

                First two times i couldn't recieve call because i was in some other emergency work.. Then i recieved call but because of delivery person rash behaviour i cancelled shipment... I got message as consignee not present at location give me the solution to get that parcel otherwise please redeliver credit card with some other person who is polite...

                  Hello sir, this is to inform you that your services are very unreliable. I am expecting my post as per tracking link since 3rd of oct. Way bill # [protected]. Delivery agent gives feedback that no such consignee is available on 3rd oct 2019, he never called me. 4th oct 2019 he called me just once but said you weren't not available and left. Since 2 days i'm waiting for my post still undelivered. Poor services and unreliable agents. I will complaint to bank not to use bluedart.

                    courier not received - need department name/extention number

                    Address: #81 second floor, 3rd main KEB layout , BTM 1st stage, 560029

                    The status of my courier "says need department name/extention number". It is very important document which has to be reached out to me on time. I have not received any call or message from blue dart for confirmation or whatever.
                    I have no idea why the courier is being held. I hope blue dart will help me on this.

                      Delivery agent misbehaved with me and refuse to deliver me the bank card. Today i received call from delivery agent i requested him to deliver my card by 12pm as i would be leaving for office, after one hour i called him and he told me that he won't b able to come in time i have to go with my i'd proof to a land mark to collect the card. I went and waited and tried to call him once he received the call we had a heated conversation he told me that he won't deliver and he will ensure that my card get don't deliver to me. Is this the way blue dart should behave.

                        Delivery person not deliver emergency medicine from last 2 days, he said, sir where to come, in bnoon he again asked address, again i will give him proper address to come, but he is not serious for deliver goods, person is very serious for that medicine, because of that medicine, i have to take treatment of doctor today, and when i am calling him, he didn't recvd calls, verd poor service, never try to use your company in future.

                          I have ordered the mi tv on oct 2nd 2019 and shipment expected date was mentioned as 4th oct 2019 by the blue dart. But i did not get the product delivery and when i contacted the customer care executive, he said that the product will be delivered post 8th oct 2019. The waybill no: [protected], the product is at kompally, hyderabed. From oct 3rd 2019 (2 p. M) which is a 2 hours distance from the delivery address. I want the product to be delivered by tomorrow (05th oct 2019).

                                There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment [protected] and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person however i received a message stating that undelivered due to address related concerns.                                     consignee refused to accept status without any attempt. not even a phone call

                                    My waybill no. [protected] is showing scheduled delivery date of 3rd oct 2019. While i track status in evening of 3rd oct, it says Consignee Refused to Accept while no delivery is attempted and no phone call from blue dart. I have my family being present at home all the day. This is really very unprofessional. Please help to get my consignment. Thanks...

                                    Hi,

                                    I had ordered hdfc dd via online and hdfc has shipped it via blue dart courier. The status of the courier shows that the courier office needs further details on the address such as land mark. I have gone to their office and requested for the number of the delivery boy. They initially refused to provide the number and on insisting they provided the following number "[protected]". When i call him he never picks up the phone. I tried around 10 times and even messaged him and still no reply. The office address is cunningham blue dart courier, kalyan nagar, bangalore.
