My parcel was returned earlier by mistake of blue dirt staff. When recalled now my percel. Blue dart delivery boy not delivered my home. I go main office jodhpur but were not giving any response. They is refusing to give. When i got my parcel i am not receiving my parcel. According to me, there cannot be any poor service from this. When you cannot do the right service, why do you sit like this openly. This time i will return to the consumer court.

Why my parcel is been delivered yesterday.
As per the consignment its says out for delivery yesterday 1 oct 2019.

Hi, i ordered some product from nykaa (Tracking number nyk[protected] and blue dart delivery boy delivered the items to me. I'm providing the number of delivery boy. The number is [protected] i'm from paravoor, alappuzha he didn't give my order at my home and treating very bad. He saying you come where i am bcouse i have lots of courier for delivery i don't have time. I travelled 4 km to buy that products. I'm a regular purcheser of nykaa and it's first time i faced this type of experience. Pls take action on that guy. I have provided number of that guy.

My address is in Patuli, Kolkata, West Bengal. Everyday I receive packages from everywhere. I've recently encountered this mysterious message from Blue Dart Tracking regarding the status of the cargo - "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". This is a first and should not happen at all. I wasn't contacted by Blue Dart either. How to resolve this issue?

And getting same reply that address not complete every time i provide the proper address... Yesterday i. E[protected] i had word with one advisor he states that delivery has reschedule for today between 09 am to 1-pm i haven't received any call from delivery boy and now they close my case due to short address such a pathantic service never suggest to any one.

My name is bhavika dhirwani (Prop of v jay food products), the above shipment contains axis bank debit card which is most imp document was delivered yesterday in wrong hands and the receiver name doesn't matches any person at our premises.
At least your executive should call me before delivering such an important document
So pl help me out to recover the document

If not pl return it to axis bank branch.

This is with reference to by courier waybill number [protected] which was expected to reach by[protected]Thursday). On that day i was in a meeting and phone was on silent, delivery boy call me around 6:44pm. After exact 10 minutes i call to the number [protected] the delivery boy, whose name bamaniya akshay (By truecaller) and discussed about the courier delivery. He was just few meter away from my address, so i tried to convince him to deliver me the courier on the same day as it was important to me. On that he responded, that it will be now delivered on the next day[protected]Friday). After waiting for the wholeday for the courier at around 6:30pm, i inquired for the deliver of my courier from my another number because my registered number was block by your master mr. Bamaniya akshay - delivery boy. He inform me that due to rain it was not deliver and now it will be directly deliver on[protected]Sunday) and[protected]Saturday) is holiday. I inquiried is sunday your working day to which he responded "yes". Now it is monday[protected] and my both number are being block and the courier is still undelivered.

It is my worse experience from a well esteem company like you. And for your information i had also contacted to your customer care services and confirm my proper address with pin code and verified my number for the courier to which the telecaller assured me that i will be getting my courier by[protected]Saturday). Please look into this matter as the courier was from hdfc bank regarding my documents and check books and other important documenets.

I have been home all day. I got the message that my order will be delivered today twice. At 9.50PM I got a message that my order has been delivered while it hasn’t been!! Even the tracking link shows that it has been delivered. It was an order from Zivame. I tried calling customer care number but it says no executive is present currently.

My pan card was to deliver by the delivery boy pawan his mobile no [protected] on 26th sept 2019 at my office address at narahi lucknow. Merely walkiing distance from blue dart office. The boy call me on 26th sept noon that pan had to be delivered on the adress. I told him to come before 6 pm as our office close down. He did not turn up till that time. He rang me around 7.30pm and sid i am standing before your closed office. I told him to deliver at residence which is very near to my office. He refused in vey bad language and said he will deiver next day. But he did not turn up. On 28 sept i went to blue dart office to take pan card personally. But failed. I rang the delivery boy he said he will come by 6 pm. Again he came around 7pm and range me. I requested him to deliver at my residence. He again refused in vular language. I badly need the pan cars so i cam to office to receive pan leaving my wife alone in house who suffering from viral fever. Kindly look into the matter. My number is [protected]. Your company goodwill is being damged by these delivery boys.

I am really frustrated with blue dart services. They did not deliver the shipment [protected] yet. When i checked the status it shows "no such consignee at given address". I don't know i was available at my address and my all couriers and other shipments get delivered at same address. They didn't even attempt the delivery and did not contact me. How can they put the status like this.

Please take care of product. And courier boy should be very rude he is not responding to my call, not delivered my product till now, why the courier boys are careless in their work and so rude, he was just ignoring my call if he picked up my call i will inform the directions to the address, why he is not lifting up my call please take care on blue dart courier boy praveen kumar, i want my product by tomorrow. Way bill no.[protected]. Delay in deliver the courier and it was urgent. I call to courier boy but he is not interested to deliver. He want he has not come and customer directly pick up the delivery. I request him to deliver today but he is not interested he said he has no time to deliver and will deliver after monday

Courier never delivered on time. Delivery agents are arrogant. Customer service has no solution after several complaints. Service degrading by each delivery.
This has happened on multiple occasions that the delivery agent talks rudely and disconnects calls. Also delays the parcels according to his wish. No one is there to monitor him and he is not worried about consequences creating a lot of issues for customers.

I was expecting my paytm card to be delivered on, 25th sept via bluedart, they just didn't contacted my just sent me a message saying the product is undelivered due to address issue, i am getting orders on the same address from last 3 years, and with blue dart i had very bad experiences in the past also, very dissatisfied with it. Its not the first time they passed the same query.
Moreover i am trying to call their toll free number from last 3 days, it saying the network is congested and their phone number saying, the number is invalid.
I want my paytm card to be delivered, and their is no address issue
