Delivery person not deliver emergency medicine from last 2 days, he said, sir where to come, in bnoon he again asked address, again i will give him proper address to come, but he is not serious for deliver goods, person is very serious for that medicine, because of that medicine, i have to take treatment of doctor today, and when i am calling him, he didn't recvd calls, verd poor service, never try to use your company in future.

I have ordered the mi tv on oct 2nd 2019 and shipment expected date was mentioned as 4th oct 2019 by the blue dart. But i did not get the product delivery and when i contacted the customer care executive, he said that the product will be delivered post 8th oct 2019. The waybill no: [protected], the product is at kompally, hyderabed. From oct 3rd 2019 (2 p. M) which is a 2 hours distance from the delivery address. I want the product to be delivered by tomorrow (05th oct 2019).

This below mentioned my details but delivery boy is not receiving my call and not responding not giving my delivery to me he is playing with my courier.
I never expect like this service for deliver boy. I am getting from kotak bank this courier but now i feel not safe in blue dart service
I need urgent response in this issue i want race a complaint in bank also i need information why he is not given my delivery.

There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment and evn i told him exact location and he tell me to deliver it evening time but he did not come even didn't pick up my call and after that i received a message stating that undelivered due to address related concerns. Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable. And every post come on the same address.

I did not get any call from delivery guys and blindly updated status-Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect.

Before Approving credit card bank person already came for verification.

While i track status in evening of 3rd oct, it says Consignee Refused to Accept while no delivery is attempted and no phone call from blue dart. I have my family being present at home all the day. I had ordered hdfc dd via online and hdfc has shipped it via blue dart courier. The status of the courier shows that the courier office needs further details on the address such as land mark. I have gone to their office and requested for the number of the delivery boy. They initially refused to provide the number and on insisting they provided the following number "[protected]". When i call him he never picks up the phone. I tried around 10 times and even messaged him and still no reply. The office address is cunningham blue dart courier, kalyan nagar, bangalore.

Hi, i ordered some product from nykaa (Tracking number nyk[protected] and blue dart delivery boy delivered the items to me. I'm providing the number of delivery boy. The number is [protected] i'm from paravoor, alappuzha he didn't give my order at my home and treating very bad. He saying you come where i am bcouse i have lots of courier for delivery i don't have time. I travelled 4 km to buy that products. I've recently encountered this mysterious message from Blue Dart Tracking regarding the status of the cargo - "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". This is a first and should not happen at all. I wasn't contacted by Blue Dart either. How to resolve this issue?

And getting same reply that address not complete every time i provide the proper address... Yesterday i. E[protected] i had word with one advisor he states that delivery has reschedule for today between 09 am to 1-pm i haven't received any call from delivery boy and now they close my case due to short address such a pathantic service never suggest to any one.

My name is bhavika dhirwani (Prop of v jay food products), the above shipment contains axis bank debit card which is most imp document was delivered yesterday in wrong hands and the receiver name doesn't matches any person at our premises.
At least your executive should call me before delivering such an important document
So pl help me out to recover the document

This is with reference to by courier waybill number [protected] which was expected to reach by[protected]Thursday). On that day i was in a meeting and phone was on silent, delivery boy call me around 6:44pm. After exact 10 minutes i call to the number [protected] the delivery boy, whose name bamaniya akshay (By truecaller) and discussed about the courier delivery. He was just few meter away from my address, so i tried to convince him to deliver me the courier on the same day as it was important to me. On that he responded, that it will be now delivered on the next day[protected]Friday). After waiting for the wholeday for the courier at around 6:30pm, i inquired for the deliver of my courier from my another number because my registered number was block by your master mr. Bamaniya akshay - delivery boy. He inform me that due to rain it was not deliver and now it will be directly deliver on[protected]Sunday) and[protected]Saturday) is holiday. I inquiried is sunday your working day to which he responded "yes". Now it is monday[protected] and my both number are being block and the courier is still undelivered.

It is my worse experience from a well esteem company like you. And for your information i had also contacted to your customer care services and confirm my proper address with pin code and verified my number for the courier to which the telecaller assured me that i will be getting my courier by[protected]Saturday). Please look into this matter as the courier was from hdfc bank regarding my documents and check books and other important documenets.
