I have been home all day. I got the message that my order will be delivered today twice. At 9.50PM I got a message that my order has been delivered while it hasn’t been!! Even the tracking link shows that it has been delivered. It was an order from Zivame. I tried calling customer care number but it says no executive is present currently.

Complaint about I buy OnePlus 6 clone but it delivered Samsung s10 plus when I call to her it not giving me any response please return my money back and he say me same courier boy come to take the parcel but anybody not come back to take back this parcel and he not giving me any response of my msg

My pan card was to deliver by the delivery boy pawan his mobile no [protected] on 26th sept 2019 at my office address at narahi lucknow. Merely walkiing distance from blue dart office. The boy call me on 26th sept noon that pan had to be delivered on the adress. I told him to come before 6 pm as our office close down. He did not turn up till that time. He rang me around 7.30pm and sid i am standing before your closed office. I told him to deliver at residence which is very near to my office. He refused in vey bad language and said he will deiver next day. But he did not turn up. On 28 sept i went to blue dart office to take pan card personally. But failed. I rang the delivery boy he said he will come by 6 pm. Again he came around 7pm and range me. I requested him to deliver at my residence. He again refused in vular language. I badly need the pan cars so i cam to office to receive pan leaving my wife alone in house who suffering from viral fever. Kindly look into the matter. My number is [protected]. I am really frustrated with blue dart services. They did not deliver the shipment [protected] yet. When i checked the status it shows "no such consignee at given address". I don't know i was available at my address and my all couriers and other shipments get delivered at same address. They didn't even attempt the delivery and did not contact me. How can they put the status like this.

Please take care of product. And courier boy should be very rude he is not responding to my call, not delivered my product till now, why the courier boys are careless in their work and so rude, he was just ignoring my call if he picked up my call i will inform the directions to the address, why he is not lifting up my call please take care on blue dart courier boy praveen kumar, i want my product by tomorrow. Way bill no.[protected]. Delay in deliver the courier and it was urgent. I call to courier boy but he is not interested to deliver. He want he has not come and customer directly pick up the delivery. I request him to deliver today but he is not interested he said he has no time to deliver and will deliver after monday

Courier never delivered on time. Delivery agents are arrogant. Customer service has no solution after several complaints. Service degrading by each delivery.
This has happened on multiple occasions that the delivery agent talks rudely and disconnects calls. Also delays the parcels according to his wish. No one is there to monitor him and he is not worried about consequences creating a lot of issues for customers.

I was expecting my paytm card to be delivered on, 25th sept via bluedart, they just didn't contacted my just sent me a message saying the product is undelivered due to address issue, i am getting orders on the same address from last 3 years, and with blue dart i had very bad experiences in the past also, very dissatisfied with it. Its not the first time they passed the same query.
Moreover i am trying to call their toll free number from last 3 days, it saying the network is congested and their phone number saying, the number is invalid.
I want my paytm card to be delivered, and their is no address issue

The courier has reached the hub and the status shows out for delivery but the team which delivers has updated the status as "Consignee not available" or "consignee out of station" without even reaching me out for delivery. This is ridiculous as we expect the service to be inline with the status update.

It is very much of sad for saying my document did not get deliver on time while doing the follow up since morning and after giving many calls to your customer care as well i haven't receive any call from your blure dart team as well as ur delivery boy did not call and my family member suppose to go out but just for a document they were awaiting for entire day and finally they cancel there plan into that but till evening we did not receive our document packet and while doing the cross check in tracking it is showing consignee's address unlocatable /landmark.. Requesting you to please look into this or else tell us from were we need to pick up we will pick up imp documents plz...

Not deliver any things and no picked the phone calls and harassment very badly. Overall bakwas and faltu office. Please is company ko band kar do sabse bakwas or faltu hai inki service

The blue dart shipment has been delivered to unknown person (Called aarti) at unknown location. The intended recipient of the shipment is not aarti. Spoke many executives and wrote a complaint of blue dart website. An executive responded to the complaint in email without reading the description of the complaint. He said the shipment has been delivered but he has noted that it has been delivered to unknown person at unknown location.

I have also recorded the telephonic conversation with the consent of the executives whoever has spoken to me and they admitted that it is their mistake that they delivered to incorrect address and has not called the recipient of the shipment before delivering.

I registered for ielts exam, and ielts team will send documents which is needed to prepare for exam, as per message product was supposed to be delivered on 23rd september, but i haven't received any call or message. Then when i checked the status on 26th september, i was shocked to see that my package has been marked saying "person shifted to new location" without even call how can they mark it as i moved to other location. Then i called customer care, but after so many attempts finally explained them i'm still in same location pls send the package asap they said it will be delivered on 27th september, but again i can see status as they marked i have changed to another location. Without even checking how can they play like this? I need the documents for my exams, it is important for me. Don't spoil the trust people keep on blue dart. Seriously it is worst experience with blue dart.

I was supposed to receive blue dart courier day before yesterday that is on 25th september however it was not delivered to me. I called your customer care supposed number and asked to deliver to my security guard but i received msg that it is delivered however it's not delivered to my address. I believe it was delivered to wrong address. My order number is [protected]. I have attached confirmation of the order delivery but fyi khem is not my security guard. My guards name is ganesh. Your burdwan branch authorized person or employee don't pick up & delivery on time, the guys is irresponsible, adamant, through of speech very bad. Most of the time he came after closing the office and behave rude and enter the office with wear helmet. Several times we warn him but as usual. Some times our office boy goes to road and hand over the packets. The packets are valuable packets there are so many customers "original legal documents". If missing the one we will facing big problem. Today no one come our office and pick up the belonging.
So request to you please take necessary action against burdwan branch and change the guy otherwise we will canceled our aorporate agreement with blue dart.
I, hope resolve the issue on urgent basis.
