      Courier never delivered on time. Delivery agents are arrogant. Customer service has no solution after several complaints. Service degrading by each delivery.
      This has happened on multiple occasions that the delivery agent talks rudely and disconnects calls. Also delays the parcels according to his wish. No one is there to monitor him and he is not worried about consequences creating a lot of issues for customers.

        I was expecting my paytm card to be delivered on, 25th sept via bluedart, they just didn't contacted my just sent me a message saying the product is undelivered due to address issue, i am getting orders on the same address from last 3 years, and with blue dart i had very bad experiences in the past also, very dissatisfied with it. Its not the first time they passed the same query.
        Moreover i am trying to call their toll free number from last 3 days, it saying the network is congested and their phone number saying, the number is invalid.
        I want my paytm card to be delivered, and their is no address issue

            The courier has reached the hub and the status shows out for delivery but the team which delivers has updated the status as "Consignee not available" or "consignee out of station" without even reaching me out for delivery. This is ridiculous as we expect the service to be inline with the status update.

              It is very much of sad for saying my document did not get deliver on time while doing the follow up since morning and after giving many calls to your customer care as well i haven't receive any call from your blure dart team as well as ur delivery boy did not call and my family member suppose to go out but just for a document they were awaiting for entire day and finally they cancel there plan into that but till evening we did not receive our document packet and while doing the cross check in tracking it is showing consignee's address unlocatable /landmark..                     The blue dart shipment has been delivered to unknown person (Called aarti) at unknown location. The intended recipient of the shipment is not aarti. Spoke many executives and wrote a complaint of blue dart website. An executive responded to the complaint in email without reading the description of the complaint. He said the shipment has been delivered but he has noted that it has been delivered to unknown person at unknown location.

                    I have also recorded the telephonic conversation with the consent of the executives whoever has spoken to me and they admitted that it is their mistake that they delivered to incorrect address and has not called the recipient of the shipment before delivering.

                      I registered for ielts exam, and ielts team will send documents which is needed to prepare for exam, as per message product was supposed to be delivered on 23rd september, but i haven't received any call or message. Then when i checked the status on 26th september, i was shocked to see that my package has been marked saying "person shifted to new location" without even call how can they mark it as i moved to other location. Then i called customer care, but after so many attempts finally explained them i'm still in same location pls send the package asap they said it will be delivered on 27th september, but again i can see status as they marked i have changed to another location. Without even checking how can they play like this? I need the documents for my exams, it is important for me. Don't spoil the trust people keep on blue dart. Seriously it is worst experience with blue dart.

                        I was supposed to receive blue dart courier day before yesterday that is on 25th september however it was not delivered to me. I called your customer care supposed number and asked to deliver to my security guard but i received msg that it is delivered however it's not delivered to my address.                             Your burdwan branch authorized person or employee don't pick up & delivery on time, the guys is irresponsible, adamant, through of speech very bad. Most of the time he came after closing the office and behave rude and enter the office with wear helmet. Several times we warn him but as usual. Some times our office boy goes to road and hand over the packets. The packets are valuable packets there are so many customers "original legal documents". If missing the one we will facing big problem. Today no one come our office and pick up the belonging.
                            So request to you please take necessary action against burdwan branch and change the guy otherwise we will canceled our aorporate agreement with blue dart.
                            I, hope resolve the issue on urgent basis.

After 4/5 days i got my package at home my cash was not ready so i told him i will pick it from the blue dart office he said ok, same evening i went to blue dart store in new mumbai kharghar near garkul. There was a guy named manoj patil he has called me before for confirmation if i am going to pick up my product. So i went there and i meet this guy manoj patil.
                                I told him i want to see my package first before paying (The amt was 17600 rs), his ans was we dont care if there is stone or phone inside the box. Pay money and get your package and our work is done. I dont understand such big companies having so casual attitude towards recivers.
                                Even then i thought if any thing goes wrong those people will help me out but they didn't. I had my card so i paid online using my kotak debit card, and i paid and took the package and i came out and opend it and i was shocked because i was scamed, i reacived and china modle phone which will not cost 1000 rs even in market and when i tried to complaint about that they clearly said they cant do any thing.
                                I came home i was stressed out so i thought i should try and contact them so i wrote to them for which i got reply saying sorry for inconvenience we will look into it.
                                No response later, after some time i dailed there customer service number and i spoke to one lady tht was chennai's center she said she have registerd the complaint there team will look into it. (Time 10am -25 sep -2019) i said her that even if it takes time its fine but just dnt let the money get wired to the senders account on which se said don't worry it wont happen. She also said i will be getting an call same day before 6 pm which i never received.
                                So after whole day passed i replied to there e-mail and asked the status, they said they are working on it, and same thing they said for many times.. After all that i got an e-mail from them saying your issue's will be taken care by ms pallavi jha and gave me and contact number as well i tried reaching out that number but no one answered. So i waited for that whole day and today (Time 10:14 / 26-sep-2019) i called the customer service again and the guy over the call was asking the same things which i was answering from the thing it happed i said him i want to talk to the senior person over there like talking to him and requesting him to transfer the call to his manager for 20min that person didn't did that, he use to keep me on hold talk to some guys beside him and answer me and at end he said we are not responsible for what has happened to you. And we cant help you out... And i was shocked and then i again tried to call pallavi jha and someone answered this time that was an guy and when i spoke to him he said its an wrong number. I have all the recordings from the time all this happend so i want my 17600rs back, it was my hardearn money.

                                    I have been waiting for a delivery since a month from 28/8/2019 and i have not received the delivery yet. The courier has been moved alot i have provided one address to be delivered it has been reached till my location and just by updating the status unexpected delay it has been moved to my alternate address location where i would not be available without my consent. They have not called me or any thing many times it has been changed to shipped out for delivery for name sake and no contact has been made to me. Let me be honest they have tried making contact once but they were too late to my described available time so i have requested them to deliver the next business day and that is all they have never again contacted me. They have been moving the courier around. I have been having word with the customer care and the only reply i would receive is the issue has been escalated. The situation is completely outrageous and service is worse.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I have been waiting for blue dart delivery since 28/8/2019 and today is 25/9/2019 close to a month and it was a courier from rbl bank i has been sent out from noida. The card was shipped to my location earlier. There were unexpected delay in delivery but not one has notified me on calls and it was returned back to the shipper. I again had to request for re-delivery which has been initiated and still now i havent received my courier. I was counting on many things for that and no update has been provided. I have been contacting customer care through emails and i have received replies that the complaint is being forwarded to the concerned team but no resolution has been provided and the courier has not been delivered yet. I would like to mention the tracking number here. [protected] is the tracking number if you can track you can see how many times the shipment has been redirected. This was the second initiation of the delivery and it has been going on since 15 days. This is outrageous and poor service of the shipment company.
