I want to inform you that I had applied for hdfc debit card 2 times. It was undilevered both times. I am not satisfied by bluedart's services. Delivery boy not even call on the no. mentioned with address. I am facing this difficulty everytime. Both times my debit card was undelivered and returned to Chennai. I want that bluedart should improve their services and do something to help me

      Please provide my package as soon as possible my package id is [protected], which have to deliver today but till now it's not delivered and delivery boy call me when i say him i m coming wait then he gone without confirming me and when i call mr sunny at office of blu dart then he say i will give you number of right person, but they didn't give
      And when i call him they disconnect my call every time and delivery boy already not receive my call and he also refuse my call

        I am supposed to receive two eyeglasses from lenskart which were supposed to be delivered through bluedart. I have received one but the other has not been delivered. The webpage says that delivery has been attempted four times but there was no consignee at the address. How could they deliver one perfectly well and not be able to deliver the second one? I have not received any intimation before the delivery and not even after they could not deliver. The reference number is #[protected] and please deliver it as soon as possible.

          Then one phone call came for cheque clearance but i was out of station for work, no one was available on my contact adress to receive the cheque, so i request to that person to plz call me after 4 days but no phone call came and not got my refund check, and when i contacted to amazon customer service then they gave me ur blue dart tracking i'd for refund: [protected]

            This is to bring to your notice that package sent by british council has not been received and the status shows returned to origin, without attempting the delivery at my residence.

              The delivery person called me but i was not available to receive the shipment and told him to deliver it in the EVENING. But i got an SMS that i have cancelled my shipment and in the BLUE DART website tracking it iis showing **FAKE BOOKING/FAKE ADDRESS** status.
              Can't you deliver it in the evening or at least should have told me the time as i use to be in Office during those hours.

                status is "need department name/extention number" but I haven't received my order

                1. Shipment first arrived Sep 17 2019, but says "Need Department Name/Extention Number"
                2. Shipment has been tried 3 times in total, but no one has called me or provided me a way to change the address.
                3. Customer care number doesn't redirect me to a human, it just goes silent.
                4. Emails haven't been responded to.

                Document is super urgent, and I haven't received it yet!...

                My product arrived the destination point on 14.09.2019 but it is now showing it has arrived on 16.09.2019. My order no is 17734 and tracking no [protected]. Nobody from the courier contacted me but everyday i am getting a call to ask me about the product whether i need it or not. Every day i am giving the response i need it. I am getting a message that the agent couldn't find my address. How they can track my address without contacting me. If they contacted me it could have been come to my phone otherwise i will get a missed call alert. So what i have to do to get my product. This is a thing that removes out faith in your courier. I have reached the limit of my patients.

                  I had couriered an important parcel from your courier service through critical on the date of 26th Aug but it Was not delivered And also you did not confirmed the status of the parcel. After 12 days your delivery personal informed me that it cannot be delivered. Then why you booked my consignment on critical service and also i complained regarding the issue to the Rehabari Blue Dart Office but didn't got any response so i forwarded this complain to NCH. And i need the compensation amount as well as my documents too.

                    I have ordered mi charge cable and i got a msg where it has been mentioned that my delivery is delivered at 1.02 pm. But it was not. Neither i have received a call from deliver boy. When i call the customer care, the lady talks without any manners. God knows to whom it has been delivered. I have talked to my room mates, owner, and also warden about the product, they a said they didnt revieve any package. Plz kindly resolve it as i have done prepayment by debit card

                      H. No. 69, rozayakubpur, greater noida west. You always return my all packets with the reason of address not complete. Call me on [protected], [protected] in case you don't find the address. I just need my packet without any excuses.
                      Name is Ramalingeswararao Kills. I booked three shirts. But delivered today shirts are completely different products that to cheap products. I would like to return. This is nothing but cheating.
                      I have lost numerous packages which were to be delivered by bluedart and returned to source. Their delivery personnel never come to deliver and claim that there wasn’t anyone to receive the package.

                      The worst service ever.

                        [protected] is the id which was given to track the item.

                        This is in regarding my axis bank credit card, which has been with blue dart people since past 1month and not been delivered yet. First time they called me, asking about address and i mentioned about my permanent address and asked to deliver it, at that address but they have not done it and after that, they never called me and even asked me about the address but in status they mentioned as going to attempt and delivery the card but till now i have not received my card at all. They have been changing the status at they wish about address but they are not even calling me and finding out nor trying to delivery it.
                        I need immediate action on this and make sure that my card will be teaching me within this week.

                          This is with reference to my way bill number [protected]...
                          This consignment has been dispatched from kolkatta on 13th as per the info available on your site... And is supposed to be delivered at bhagalpur...
                          My concern is does a reputed international level company like blue dart take so much time to deliver the product... Also no proper status has been mentioned on your site... Two day back i even mailed my concern to your customer service email i’d... But i am sorry to say that i did not get a satisfactory response...
                          Even today i went to your local blue dart office in bhagalpur... The person at bhagalpur tried calling various people at the kolkatta and patna office but no one was able to give a responsible answer... They all were clueless about the above consignment...
                          The consignment is very important to me and i expected it to get it by today... But i am really really sorry to say that no body had any clue regarding the above consignment number...
                          This is really frustrating customer service and is not expected of blue dart courier...
                          This shows the spoiling customer service levels at the company’s end and also lack of commitment towards the goods to be delivered...
                          Kindly pls look into this matter and resolve this asap... Tomorrow is my wife’s birthday and i was supposed to gift her the consignment... But i feel blue dart has put me down...

                                My courier is dispatched on 3rd september and the expected delivery was 5th september. But today is 14th sept and then also i haven't received my parcel yet. I had written a mail to the support team but they didn't give any satisfactory response. For one week i am in touch with the support team. He said me that he have escalated the issue but i didn't found any impact after escalations. My awb no is [protected].

                                As I ordered a watch from paytm which has to deliver by bluedart. Is showing status delivered but it is not yet received
                                Not a sms or email came saying the courier boy is out for delivery and how come you are saying delivery failed? This is really too much. Blue Dart is satisfying the need of the public. We wait eagerly for our parcel and at the end of the day its Blue dart that fails to deliver.
                                Mere card mere addres par nhi aa raha hai or delivery boy bol raha hai ki me addres par nhi hu or unk off par jane par bahut batamiji se bat kar rahe hai or mere card aaj tak mujhe nhi de rahe hai ...plz mere ap se niwedan hai ki mujhe blue dart se koi bhi delivery nhi lena hai

                                apke sewa bahut ki kharb hai or apke pram nagar branch walo ko to bat karne ki tamij tak nhi hai

                                abhi me uske offce par gaya tha..tha to mene pucha koi mere card to bahut hi batmichi se jawab diya ki yaha se nhi milega or fir kehte hai ki tumhre add. galat hai me chahta hu ki iski janch ho ki mera addres galat hai ki apke delivery boy or apka sitaf galat hai ..

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I am yet to receive my welcome letter from icici bank which was heading to my previous home address. I wanted to change my deliver address to raheja mindspace, ba continuum solutions, maximus 2b building. Please consider this as my serious concern as i tried hardly to get this issue resolved multiple times and ended up with no results from the customer help line numbers. Help me asap and let me know if anything is needed for this to proceed faster.

                                      I am supposed to recive my parcel in the month of may 2019, i got an sms that its been dispatched and out for delivery. I got a call from delivery person regarding address, since he is unable to find location he did not deliverd the product. And after 2days i got an sms that my order was undelivered, contact india support centre for clarification. I tried many times to contact bluedart customer care number.. But the line is always busy. I dropped n no of mails to [protected]@bluedart.com but there is no reply even for mail. And now it is ep 2019 yet i dint received product.
