Complaint marked as Resolved When I couldn't get them on phone call, I contacted Blue Dart on email. I also contacted the inkmonk.com on this matter. I included all thr details and also mentioned that I have lodged a complainton consumer forum. I also went to one of their shipment hub to get details on the transit. Blue dart replied to my email saying they have forwarded the case to management and also inkmonk.com contacted with Blue dart from their side. After all these procedures I finally received the package at the end of the day. The delivery boy said he couldn't come the other day because of the rain. I completely understandhis situation but I wonder why didn't anyone contacted on this matter. Also I am extremely disappointed on their contact procedures because almost all the phone numbers I could find over the internet was either dead or didn't pick up.
