Hello,

Worst service from blue dart express
Undelivered passport to the specified address

Blue dart received shipment on 22 august and i am not aware of waybill number

Blue dart tried delivering shipment from 7 days, but they couldn't able to find the address

No one contacted me in 7 days and now they have returned back to origin address

Blue dart ramamurthy nagar is the worst service
Please help me to get my passport as early as possible

      We have submitted five no. of daks addressed to Mumbai on 31st August, 2019 at 1:45 PM at your agency located at B-10, Sector-16, Electronic Nagar, Noida-201301.

      In order to ensure the urgent delivery of Dak by Monday morning i.e. upto 2nd September, 2019, we was opted your urgent service by paying extra total amount i.e. Rs.4125. The bar code on the service slip is AWB No. [protected], 462, 473, 484, 495 .

      The agency was committed to delivered the Dak by Monday morning but the status of delivery of all the Dak on Tuesday i.e. 3rd September, 2019 is still pending. In this regard we talked with the agency and they people not respond properly.

      Further, addressee of the Dak is also mismatched, due to wrongly affixing of Bar Code.

      We are highly dissatisfied with the service of Blue Dart . Further, Company faced lot of problem because of poor service of Blue Dart. Accordingly, you are requested to take the appropriate action against that agency and also refund the money charge from us by making false promises.

        My courier from british council was to come tomorrow but it delivered at wrong place. So i'm requesting to re-send my courier at right place. Delivery man didn't call to me. Please resend my courier of british council as soon as possible.

          Breakage of a component from the hard disk. It was a very important hard disk of a computer attached to an expensive eye equipment. So we trusted blue dart service to pack it properly and send it from bathinda to delhi. We were shocked to find out that they had packed in an ordinary pack without a bubble wrap and any hard box. It is a case of mistrust and it is unforgiving for professional like blue dart to behave like this. We had to pay for a new hard disk. We want compensation. Please forward this complaint to head office blue dart.
          We need an answer and our grievance heard.

            Hello,

            I received call today from blue dart courier boy for delivery for credit card, he said me come to pickup the delivery for antop hill church but i told him this place is not near from me and i am not available home u can deliver the near to home. He told require aadhar card to verify, i said i have at home but he denied to deliver, he ask me your working with allied digital and cut the phone. Also call i back him 2 time to confirm my office address.

            As as check the courier status, it is showing incorrect address, this very bad service from bluedart, the courier don't have eticates how to talk and other couires are done the delivery near by home.

              As per my memory mam i have already complaint against blue dart, sorry to say that mam same procedure by bluedart that same address they did not find for which i have complaints a few month ago. Mam is that a solution mam i know u r area possible person then why these blue dart employee take it so light. Ok mam no issue this will b last chance for them i m really gathering full information about all cases which they write address not found and make a big complaint against them

              Your delivery boy brought my bank cheque book and he called me at your address i told that the day before i changed the house so do you give me new home but your delivery boy say no and cut my phone and block my number.this is a blue dart service

                Confused with Blue Dart service, which is totally different from brand reputation, I'm mailing in expectation to get a solution. I contacted Blue Dart on 31st August 2019 and scheduled a pickup of very urgent document from Kolkata (700075), after getting confirmation of delivery at Gurgaon (122001) on 2nd of September 2019. (Way Bill# [protected]). Today whole day I keep on tracking and calling customer service regarding the delivery, but just like other local low cost service provider, the customer service executive repeated with scripted message of "we will do our best" and "we are informing the team to do it asap" but cant commit any time.

                I very well know that it would be delivered to me tomorrow or day after or any day in this week, but for this type of indefinite service INR 400/- has been charged for me? I could have gone to any so called local courier services and pay INR 80 to 100 for a third day delivery. My question is whether customers are charged extra for premium committed service or just to transport a document from one place to other, which is done by postal service also?

                  for delivery today so I Wait for the deliver boy,
                  Approximately 04:30 PM a call me from [protected], when I receive this call then no answering,
                  I Wait for the new call.
                  After 5 to 10 minutes I call to deliver boy but not contact.
                  After all 0 5.30pm I call again to this number [protected]
                  He received my call.
                  I Ask about my corrior to deliver boy politly but he was really talking with very bad Behavior & wrong language.
                  So I'm very shocked.
                  Why... If you are not comfortable with consumers then why do this Job?
                  Please take a best (hard) Decision against This Delivery Boy. So next time all costumers have best service with You.

                    I received the following massage as the premises is open and i received it without having any call for confirmation and delay from the delivery boy. Irresponsible behaviour, kindly look into the matter and arrange the delivery by monday.

                      My phone was handed over to blue dart on 26/08/19 by the service centre
                      The processing was not done till 30/08/19
                      Previously my waybill no trackment was showing received on 26/08/19
                      After repeated complaints the manipulated the trackment and edited it to shipment received on 30/08/19
                      Even after this the estimated delivery date is 03/09/19
                      I have sent my phone to service centre on 16/08/19
                      According to their commitments it was supposed to me delivered back to me within 8 to 10 days

                        I have ordered "fashionable simple wear tailored fit solid casual 3 shirt for men".

                        But i want my refund.

                        The cloth quality is very very very bad.

                        One of the shirt has a hole in it.

                        Come and take it back and return my money.

                        I want to return this product.

                        This product is of very much bad quality. It's colour is very bad and the website who is selling is a fraud.

                        This website should be banned so that people won't be able to purchase anything from that website and stay away from this kind of fraud.

                        I have suferred from this problem but i don't want others to be a part of this fraud.

                        So ban this website and refund all the money which they have taken from the customers.

                        I want my money back...

                        I want to return my product...

                        I want refund...

                        I have already complainted against this issue but blue dart express has deleted my complaint.

                        The blue dart express is asking for debit card number for refunding the money.
                        But i can't give it. It's not safe. And it's not shareable.

                        I will not share it.

                        Ask them to refund money by any other way.

                        I can accept refund by:

                        1. Bank account details
                        2. Paytm
                        3. Phonepe

                        Nothing other than this

                        Help me to get my refund asap.

                          I had to receive a shipment from the british council and i received a message on 31st of august saying the order was delivered. However, i did not receive the order. I hope this issue will be looked into and resolved as soon as possible as the shipment is really important to me.
                          Tracking the order it says it has been to delivered to some person called anishsh at muvvalavanipalem. I live at visalakshinagar. It was delivered to a wrong adress.

                            My awb no is [protected], but as i see in status"delivery attempted-premises closed" yet no one call me or msg me also the address in this awb no is a compony address and this is open in 24×7 so why you have attach this status in tracking status. This is a very wrong method to deal with you. I am very disappointed with your behaviour also your customer care service is very poor. I will never recommended blue dart for courier service.

                              Courier company using cheap tricks to create more profits based on false tricks/loop holes of the contract with shippers.

                              Coming to my particular complaint
                              Citi bank dispatched credit card and i received a call from executive at 4pm for collection and i informed him that my shift will start at 5:45pm and i will be there till 5pm and when i reached the office at 5pm i started calling on the number from which i received a call but no one response the call and when i tracked down using the number provided it show "shipment redirected on same awb" as soon as i see this status, immediately called them for multiple times but no one responded.

                              I suggest a legal action for using false tricks to create more money for their company in the name of "shipment redirected on same awb"

                                  I track status of my product but last day mentioned in the status chart wrong address I was tolerate but today I check the status mention in the chart person are not available on address I am not go any where today I am available all the time. Your service is very poor but your company person balem on the customers. That good for your services I try to go for legal action on your company.
