    I did order a smart watch but blue dart has handed me a set of 3 fast track watches . I want my money back any how. This is not acceptable! Pls revert me back my details are with u.. send my money back.

    I request you to give me my 1500 rs. and take away your order and return it to the seller as this is not what I ordered and i dont even want it . Pls bluedart

      It is to inform that as i had applied to renew my credit card in year 2018 which was dispatched and sent through blue dart (Reference number [protected] / [protected]) by concerned bank but as i discussed with concerned bank about the same they said that above said credit card was delivered by blue dart at concerned address but i have not received any credit card by blue dart.

      So kindly look into and solve my problem at the earliest. As this is an important issue and my credit card could be misused by anybody.

        Due to some urgency, i had requested icici bank cheque book online on 11.08.19 at my hometown address (Karnal haryana). On tracking the status of service request, it was understood that icici had dispatched the cheque book through bluedart courier (Awb no. [protected]) on 13.08.19 itself from delhi branch and cheque was reached to blue dart office of my home town on 14.08.19.

        However despite calling blue dart local office (Mr. Vikash - [protected]), more than 10 times on 16th /17th / 18th & 19th aug, we did not receive the parcel, which has ruined our urgent plans.

        We are very much disappointed with the services and response received from blue dart on this matter. I will personally never prefer to go with blue dart again for any of my official or personal work.

        it is also intimated that on Blue Dart it is shown that Consignee not available however this update had come after we had made 3-4 calls to Mr. Vikas from Blue Dart. It is very much sure that no delivery attempt was made, just status was changed on website to avoid any question on their working.

          I have purchased a saree which was of cream/skin color as shown on the website. I chose the cod option so that i before making payment i can the check thee product. The delivery boy conveyed me you cannot check the product, you have to make the payment. He contacted his supervisor who claimed to have an experience of 10 years in amazon and conveyed the same thing whereas the t&cs states that before making payment through cod we can check the product whether we want to keep or not.

          now they aren't reachable and reply from the official website. This site services were too the part of fake product delivery. This is worst services i have ever seen and not at all worthy of recommending to others. A product if sent via blue dart should be cancelled even before reaching. The worst services i have ever experienced in any format.

          I have booked my consignment on dated 07/08/2019 and inform me expected date of deliver will be 10/08/2019 but till date my consignment is not yet deliver. Please mention the reason and in future how i trust on your commitment about the deliver of consignment.

            I had ordered one book from evince pub publisher on 8th august.they sent it via bluedart courier sevice.today its 18th ...still i hve no information of my book where its gone...they hvent delivered my courier yet.. the tracking no. is [protected]..when i called them they gave me false hope about the delivery..they told me dat ur book will deliver tomorrow..when tommorow i called the m the started giving me false hopes..they also told me that my address is not suffiecient while i have given my full address and even my contact no. is also given...pllzzzz take some steps against this bluedart so dat i and consumers will not have to suffer from this.thanking you

I have no idea who this person is, cause i haven't received my parcel yet. The parcel contained my axis bank cheque book. It is really important to me please help me out.

                Today was my delivery date, so i waited for the whole day, but no bluedart executive deliver my product to my residence then i visit their website there i found "prohibited area, delivery resticted" how is this possible? As any kind of shipment like amazon, flipkart they deliver my product why bluedary is execptional, i talk towards my guard they told me that no bluedart executive visits towards my residence, i told to their executive o call it's a urgent parcel, i need immedietly, but still they frauding us.. Very cheap courier service i ever seen, now i talk to the consumer forum fr my delivery regards.. Deliver it tomorrow.

                    My courier is expected to deliver 13th august 2019. But when i called them they told my ph is switched off so they can't deliver ok let it be but i know that my ph is not switched off. Again i called they are telling tomorrow i heard many tomorrow today 17 th august 2019 not delivered. I feel to much angry towards this blue dart this not first time they are repeating regularly. Once again i called customer care executive she is telling because of floods. What floods in trivandrum and my courier reached 13th aug today 17th here not even causing any heavy rain they are telling what a rubbish. How dare she can tell lie what they taught i am i fool when they say flood i believe.

                      Two of my shipments with awb#[protected] and awb#[protected] were supposed to deliver yesterday (16th of august'19) but none of the product has been delivered to me yet. After calling your executive on[protected] yesterday i got that the product will be delivered today (17th august'19) but again when i called one of the blue dart customer service executive to check on my shipment status, he said it would now be delivered on monday (19th august'19)
                      Is this the kind of service you are providing to your customers?
                      I am loosing my trust on blue dart now.
                      Really appreciate if my application should be taken under priority and resolved on a sooner basis.

                        I ordered a product from inkmonk.com which was supposed to be delivered by bluedart yesterday.

                        They texted me the phone number of the courier man that morning.

                        However it was not delivered neither i receiveda single call from their side.

                        The tracking detail shows prohibited area - entry restricted.

                        However i live in the centre of kolkata and i use the same address for all my online purchases and never happened to be any issue for other courier services.

                        When i called the courier boy he didn't pick up. Then from yesterday night it says switched off.

                        The customer care number can't be reached.

                        I order i have placed is prepaid and non-refundable. If they could not deliver it i will loose my money. Please look into this matter soon as possible.

                        When I couldn't get them on phone call, I contacted Blue Dart on email. I also contacted the inkmonk.com on this matter. I included all thr details and also mentioned that I have lodged a complainton consumer forum. I also went to one of their shipment hub to get details on the transit. Blue dart replied to my email saying they have forwarded the case to management and also inkmonk.com contacted with Blue dart from their side. After all these procedures I finally received the package at the end of the day. The delivery boy said he couldn't come the other day because of the rain. I completely understandhis situation but I wonder why didn't anyone contacted on this matter. Also I am extremely disappointed on their contact procedures because almost all the phone numbers I could find over the internet was either dead or didn't pick up.

                          Blue dart reference number ev[protected] / way bill number [protected] dated 14.08.2019.

                          On 15.08.2019, blue dart informed me by sms that my sbi card will be delivered to me on and after 16.08.2019 and they also advised me to track the consignment at http://q4w75.app.goo.gl/aZp3VN. i checked the status at the said website and found that it will be delivered to me on 16.08.2019.
                          On 16.08.2019, after not hearing from the said courier company throughout the day, i checked again at http://q4w75.app.goo.gl/aZp3VN and found the following status:
                          "no such consignee at the given address"
                          It seems i do not stay, live and reside at the address that i have given to state bank of india.
                          I apprehend that the card that was issued in my name might be misused illegally by miscreants.
                          I request you to kindly take necessary action/s in this regard so that i am not affected financially without my knowledge.

                            Hdfc bank send their credit card by blue dart... At 10.30 am the satus showing it out for delivery but after 5 pm it showing location or lanmark unspecified whereas i already specified proper address with landmark... I didnt ever recevie a call from their delivery boy or from their office... Worst ever service. Pleas solve it as soon as possible.

                              16th august was my delivery date, and bluedart show me the track details thats my product is out fr delivery, i wait whole day and last they didn't deliver my product, no phone call and when i check through their website it just show me, "delayed caused beyond control ", very bad service by bluedart .....

                              By profession i am a retired professor from presidency university, kolkata. I was very confident about the service of blue dart as i found it to be most authentic courier on several occasions during my service period. But this time the story is different. The consignment was a rakhi gift sent by my daughter to my son who resides at kochi. The waybill no. Is [protected]. Booked from kolkata airport cargo counter of blue dart on 13.08.2019 morning weighing about 4 kg, costing rs 1800. I was told by the concerned person that it will reach destination by 14 th evening. Today is 16 th night and even now the status showing "on transit" and "delay caused beyond control". What does it mean? After paying so much, shouldnot we deserve to be served properly? I demand immediate steps to be taken by the authority for such negligent action.

                                  After charging more than 10 times from other services, the courier has not been delivered for the special occasion by blue dart team. Initial update says that the address is uncontabale and need landmark & next day to changes to consignee shifted. How can someone shift from the location who has been staying there for more than 2 decades and couriers are delivered regularly. Even blue dart has delivered before & with same address provided.

                                    This is really disappointing to write that international shipment of rakhi which i sent on august 6th to philippines never got delivered and got stuck at customs because of the stupidity and negligence of your staff member. Why the hell u guys make unprofessional and untrained staff members sit at the courier desk who can't handle international shipments. U guys have spoiled our festival and are liable to pay back the full refund urgently. It would have been better if i would have sent it through ferns n petals or archies these guys are highly professional and committed to their customers. I hope you initiate the refund immediately.                                       I am not in mohali (Old delivery location).
                                      I contacted the manufacturer company to change my delivery address and they changed. But somehow, the package has been delivered to old delivery location. Now, bludart is not responding, neither is 'boat' company (Headphones manufacturer).
                                      Please, help me out.
                                      I want it to be delivered at my home address:-
                                      51a kundan nagar, near baba balaknath mandir, firozpur 152002.

                                      Bludart's official customer service number is invalid.
