Hello,
This is to inform you that yesterday i got call from blue dart courier boy from ([protected]) this number
This man called me and asked me my address which i guided him and it was just 5 minutes away from my place so he told me to come and collect the parcel where he is standing and he will not come to deliver courier to my place and that time i was in office so told him to delivery boy to please deliver the parcel at my place as my entire family is at home and will receive the same
But he denied to deliver and disconnected call in very rudely manner.
I was tried calling him many time but he was not even bother to answer my call and today also he is disconnecting calls.

    My name is raghbir singh and my icici bank credit card shipment's tracking id is [protected]. I have been waiting for my shipment from last 3 days and one day i have got call from this number ([protected]), his name is (Abhishek) boy then i told to him wait for 30 minuts i would be available on delivery place but he putted the status in tracing detail consignee not available then its ok, but from 2 days 5th and 6th july he is putting the same status in tracking detail consignee not available without attemting a single call, is this delivery service which you provide, i think bluedart is very leading service provider in delivery service, kindly look into the matter and fired these type of employee whose are hempring the service level and company revenue. I am expacting reply from you guys very soon and hoping tou guys take nassecery acction againest the person.

        Icici bank send a courier to me from mumbai to vijayawada on 29.06.2019 vide airway bill number [protected].

        It was not delivered till now and i am constantly contacting customer care.
        But no use. Problem not rectified and courier not reced.

        Till date i have not recd the consignment. No one is responding.

        Simply you send a regret mail and your job is over.

        Day before yesterday i called your call center and they educated me about turn around time and i waited till now. No use.

        Once the customer registers a complaint with blue dart, is it not blue dart responsibility to constantly update the customer till the problem is solved???

        Give me you in charge phone number i would like to talk to them.

        I wanted to solve this issue immediately.

          Hi, my above shipment no i have not received. When your delivery boy is reach my home he told my uncle i don't give you the parcel, i give only roushan jha. Again he comes to my office mira road but i m work in evening shift so i was not there he told the receptionist i can't give you. So i m requesting to you please deliver the documents my address & company address if m not there please deliver. And considered the same in next any delivery of [protected]

          Also your delivery boy never calls me when he comes.

            Hello team,

            I’ve never been experienced such a worst service from you guys my shipment from bank (which is quite confidential and needs to be hand over to me only) is supposed be to be delivered on July 5th, 2019 even I’ve called thrice times to your customer care (IVR so pathetic, connects customer with excutive in 5-10 min of long hold) I’ve spoken with couple of representatives of yours they assured me that I’ll get my package yesterday I was waiting since 11:30 AM yesterday’s morning and after wasting my time
            And money (in connecting with your customer service) eventually I got to know your delivery agent scanned the shipment as “delivery attempted- need an extension number though I’ve already given twice over the call to your agents and they said delivery person will call me while delivering the package.
            After waiting whole day I haven’t received my package.
            •No call back from your team
            •No contact number of delivery agent
            •No ownership from your representative over phone
            I would never recommend anyone to use blue dart even your customer service executives just trying to make me fool and want me to wait till Monday, Is it right??
            I want my package today itself !!

            Even I’ve sent several emails to you but no response
            Customer satisfaction:- ZERO

                Hi,

                I ma really frustrated with the kind of service with one of bluedart office in bangalore-bellandur, i was suppose to get my courier by yesterday night only but till now not got. But if i check status of tracking then i see its updated as ""shipment attempted, consignee not available"". Just once in afternoon they called and i confirmed am at home and have been waiting for it but they dint come and when i call back they irresponsible brutes decline my call and updated status wrongly as that.
                Wasting my whole day reaching out to any of your office but none of numbers work and no use.
                I wanted it very urgently but due to their irresponsibility its delayed and no platform to raise complaint or do anything. Its really helpless situation, its not the way to providing any service.

                  I was really frustated with there actions

                          I was to receive my credit card from ICICI bank dispatched through Blue Dart Awb# [protected]. The cover was addressed to my old address of Rajkot but my 2nd address of Jamnagar was also mentioned therein as i was told by the Blue Dart representative who came to deliver the article and called me from Rajkot. Then the next day i.e. 28.06.19, i have contacted Blue Dart office at Rajkot on telephone no[protected], there also the representative assured me that we will redirect the article to Jamnagar at the given alternate address. I waited for the article to be delivered at Jamnagar but didn't get any response.
                          Further while checking the tracking status of the article it was seen that i/o sending the article to Jamnagar the article was sent to Junagadh. I again contacted the Blue Dart Office at Rajkot and asked them about my article and i was told that the article is still at Rajkot. I asked them to keep the article at Rajkot itself, i will come myself and collect the article, but i was told that article will be delivered on the given address. I agreed and went to rajkot on 03.07.19, i repeatedly called at the office of Blue Dart on[protected] but i got the answer that the delivery boy is out and he will come there after some time. I waited there i.e. at my old address for whole day i.e. upto 2000 hrs. I called at the office of Blue Dart a number of times but every time i was told that the delivery boy will call you and come there any moment.

                          I didn't received my article on 3rd July and when i called the O/o Blue dart on 4th i was told that u will get it at Jamnagar. When i called there again i was told that the article gas been returned as per the directions from the bank.
                          I want to know why i have been harassed for getting my own article for which i have even travelled all the way to Rajkot from Jamnagar. I am working as Superintendent of Posts, Jamnagar and carrying a huge responsibility. Even an officer of Superintendent cadre was mentally and physically harassed by the representative of Blue Dart at Rajkot.

                          I want a clear and fruitful reply in this regard as it was very embarassing, otherwise i would be forced to approach consumer court for compensation.

                          I have even got the call details for the number of times i have called to your representative at Rajkot and even have the call recordings if you need in case. I m also attaching the screen shots of tracking report which clearly shows that the article was sent to Junagadh i/o Jamnagar.

                            Please note that i have asked new debit card from axis bank, the courier details received from blue dart that the (Consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed.) the status is reflecting on 28th june 2019. I have provided with landmark on 30th june 2019. I got replay from blue dart company on 1st july that will check with concerned service center and arrange delivery on priority, still the courier not received. I am quite surprised within mumbai it is taking time. The airway bill number is [protected].

                                I was supposed to get my axis debit card on the 29th june as per the notification i got from blue dart. Next day it was updated as "not delivered due to incomplete address, package held at vasant vihar location delhi".. I called them hundreds of times and keeps on transferring my call to one location to another. I even told them that i can pick up the package from the location and i was asking which location in vasant vihar held my package. Then they keep on disconnecting again and again. There are 3 blue dart office in vasant vihar and i dont know which location should i go. Its the most pathetic courier service in new delhi. Its a very important package that is at the unknown location.

                                  I have mistakenly provided the wrong pin code number for my courier.
                                  It was sent from New delhi Gautma nagar on 3rd july 2019 to Indore. All informations are correct Just the pincode number is wrong please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I have a corier with awb# [protected] which is held from june 28 i have daily cll to delivery boy still it's not delivered and make several reasons to cheat... I am totally frustarted i never prefered blue dart to anyone. Today courier boy make promised to deliever at 6 pm but still not come to deliever. If you are not able to give proper service then why you in this field... Employees behaviour too rude.
