I have not yet received a shipment but blue dart shows it as delivered. Multiple calls to the delivery guy and blue dart office remain unanswered.

The shipment tracking says it’s delivered to someone called rajib and no one in the apartment complex seems to know who that it. Usually in our absence the security takes charge of packages, but in this case it’s lost. I have been calling the delivery guy starting two hours after the supposed delivery and have tried multiple times everyday since then but no one picks up the phone.

Today i checked my parcel send by my bank through blue dart it was out for delivery no call i got from blue dart delivery executive, i waited whole day an then they updated the status need department name/extention number, i m living in dahej gujarat.. Last tym same # hit happened with me mt parcel track id is [protected], why u guys didnt cal me on my no.. Whn u guys try to deliever the parcel.. Evn i told ur customer exucitive must call me whn u guys will deliever the parcel.. Its my imp document, evn i askd if i cn get ur delievery partner no.. Th n u guys told we dont hav no. Sir, nw what i need to do

Bluedart (Pimple gurav centre, pune) has updated the status as delivered in trackdart, without even delivering the my visa from swedish embassy, new delhi. No intimation was given on the mobile number which was clearly written on the envelope. I called the sender and got the waybill number. When i tracked online, it showed status as delivered with a false time and received person as me. This prompts me to think that the people involved has updated without delivering to meet their timeline norms. Later, i tracked the local blue dart office in pimple gurav and then the delivery personnel. Finally, i got my work visa from him. It would have been a disaster, if i have not called the embassy to track my visa application status. There was no single intimation or call from bluedart even after i called and raised a complaint that the courier was not delivered.

The shipment was delivered to your pune office by my credit card bank. It was shipped on 21st may'19 and till today i am waiting at my house in kolkata for the above shipment. I am under extreme mental pressure due to non receipt of the above shipment. I have been advised by my bank to contact your kolkata office as to why i have not yet received the aforementioned shipment. I specifically wish to know the status of delivery and how much more time you will need to deliver the aforementioned shipment to my address.

The status of my shipment is really confusing. It's showing delivery was attempted but premises were closed which is not true as i was at home at all days mentioned in the status report. There was no delivery attempted at all. I don't understand why you are updating such status. I have contacted the customer care number several times but in no use. Even after waiting for 20 mins no customer care executive picked up the call. Also tried to reschedule my shipment still in no use. Please reach out to me at [protected]. I want my shipment as soon as possible.

Hi team,

In april month 2019, i ordered one product from casewale store. The order is delivered me on 26 april. The payment method is cod. He said to pay through google pay. I paid through that of rs1099 but payment failed for two times. Total=2198. Later i payed through phone pe. But after 3 days the failed transactions are paid to that account. So i contacted that person he said he will return. But till today he is saying some stories and not lifting calls.

Please solve this issue and try to send my money back.

We have suffered for using the bluedart almost 10year back where in we booked a docket for local delivery in bangalore to a distance of only 10kms. Bd took 3 days to deliver.
Recently one consignment docekt no [protected]/dhl from ningbo china which was lying 3 days in the delivery branch reason - the delivery man said company moved. He attempted delivery to old address only. Whereas the docket was booked for new address only which was 100mtr from old address. The delivery man never saw the address.
Another lapse - i booked documents from harohalli 562112 to chennai 600017 awb no [protected] on express delivery on 30/5/19 by paying rs.500.00. But till now the docket is not delivered saying it was sent to the wrong location. This is the kind of service is given by bluedart/dhl so called world class co. But there service is worst like a petty shop. We will never use their service even tell our neighbour not to use their service. We never faced such problem with tnt.

This is third time i am facing problem from blue dart hisar rajgarh road. My doc no is [protected]
They dont want to delivery the courier at home. They are saying collect the courier from office. I cant understand whether you r from service industry or govt dept. I cannot expect this type of services from such a famous courier. I am living in city not in jungle that u rdelivery boys are facing problems in delivering courier. Please do needful.

A shipment with reference number awb #[protected] was dispatched on 17th may 2019 and was about to reach me at my residential address by 20th may 2019.

On 26th may 2019, i got a message from bludart informing about the delay. I had contacted the bluedart customer care mutiple times after that. They ask thesame question every time and assure that the package will be delivered on the same day. However, it has not been delivered yet.

Kindly deal this query very urgently and deliver the packageto the mentioned address.

Pathetic service by blue dart. Even after updating the details, and the availablity time, the package is not being delivered. I have written several email however it seems no body is bothered. I tried calling the customer service however they are more rude. It seems that i am talking to a local shop keeper, rather than a customer service agent. Can somebody help me with the esclation matrix for blue dart.

There is an important package for me which was sent by axis bank using blue dart on[protected]. The air way bill no of the shipment is [protected]. Blue dart website stated that expected delivery date was[protected]. But i haven't recieved the shipment till now and i only got tracking information upto[protected] where it is stated that the shipment was in air hub at siw at 19:19 pm.

I have not recieved my order yet. My waybill number is [protected]. Today i got a message that it will be delivered today. But till now i am getting that same status for my order as "prohibited area entry restricted for". I want my order as soon as possible. I amm trying to call the delivery guy. But his number is busy all the time. Maybe blocked me. I don't understand how is it possible with bluedary delivery. My oneplus case is not with me as expected. There is no way of communicating with bluedart customer care also. I have called customer care number several times. Please look into it and deliver my order asap.

I would like to cancel the product order with tracking number :[protected] booked on 29/05/2019 from official website of redmi : store.mi.com which is currently in transit to its destination.

Reason for cancellation : Incorrect product was booked
Cancellation was accepted by the official redmi store for which i have attached proof along with product tracking details.

Kindly cancel the order at the earliest as i wouldn't be able to accept the incorrect product when it reaches its destination.
