recently i got message regarding delivery of my shipment Awb#[protected] and reply was premise closed. This is bogus information from local dealer and this is repeated 3rd. They are not attempting the delivery and writing these fake information on blue dart website.
need immediate solution from blue dart as this is really frustrating as a customer.

      My friend sent me a courier 2 weeks back and it was suppose to reach me by 4th of this June, 2019. But I'vent got it delivered yet and even I didn't get a call from them. When I tracked using the waybill no, its says that it's on hold because of lack of Landmark details. The bluedart office in my town is just less than 3 km from the delivery location. I've clearly given my address including the phone number and still I haven't received a call from them. Since it was getting delayed, I contacted their customer care service on (10th June, 2019) and they said they will make sure that it will get delivered by 4.00 PM on the same day. But I didn't get any update from them. So today(11th June, 2019) morning, I contacted their customer care executive and the lady becoming on me. Is it the right way to become rude on the customers if they are not able to provide the service properly. I've got the call recorded as well. After all we are paying for it.

        On 8-6-19 saturday the delivery boy of bluedart express has delivered my atm of icici bank to some unknow person, as soon as i got message, i directly called to bluedart office he told me wait for 10 minutes let me check after 10 mint icall again then his cell was switch off. Today 10-6-19 again i called courier boy at my delivery address then he saying that one person standing here told he id rahul so i deliverd to him without confirming it.

        This bluedart courier service are very bad, kindly look into matter and do needful.

          Window AC pick up was scheduled by TATA CLIQ from my home, AC was duly picked and a reference number was given to me. However that Waybill Number status shows that pick up was cancelled.
          Representative did not hand over any receipt only thing I have is the Way Bill number and I am unable to trace any history with the said number. My refund is pending just because of this issue.
          kindly help!!

            Company gives esi card for me and my family Today is my mother suffering from fever and pan i gone to esi hospital but those are not admited my mother due to first name blank on my card but first name allready printed on middle name whose name printed on esi and aadhar is same i have not any benifit of my esi card

                Bluedart office in saharanpur is not working at par ...they didn't deliver packages ... several time it happened to me and many others.
                They didn't receive calls ...one have to go to the office for order collection..
                Behavior of employees are also rude.
                They not even tries to deliver ..and send the package to office saying that address is un locatable...and before 2 days they deliver the other package on the same address...main thing is that the address is far from their office dats y they didn't made an effort to deliver

                  My AWB number [protected] was placed on June 6th via paytm. Today on 8th June I'm receiving a notification that my parcel has been delivered. This is highly disappointing. The address I provided was of korba Chattisgarh. I don't know whom they have delivered the parcel. It is showing in my notification that my order has been delivered. There's no contact number of the delivery executive.

                        My waybill number is : [protected]
                        I was supposed to receive a parcel T-shirt on 17th may 2019. I was at home the whole day.

                        I haven't received it till date. When I tracked for the status, it says the delivery is done to recipient SHIVANNA.

                        The delivery guy hasn't called me before leaving the package to that person, and now I have found out that there is no person called SHIVANNA in my entire neighborhood.

                        I am really dissatisfied with this kind of misplacement of package without my concern. Please resolve this issue and connect me with the delivery guy so that I can track the recipient's phone number.

                          An item was to be delivered to me 2-3 days back but these Blue dart people they neither call the person nor do they provide any contact details of the person delivering the courier. This is the third item this same item has been dispatched to me and i am still to get the item.

                          I emailed the Blue dart customer service several times but they don't even bother to reply and even if they they just do it just for the sake of replying not to address the issue. I even told them to send me the address of the office so that i can myself go and receive the item but they didn't respond.

                          item with AWB [protected] is still kept with them.

                          These Blue dart rascals lack the basic quality of how to treat a customer.

                              This is regarding the courier delivery which I was waiting from 3 days.
                              The bank has delivered it to hub 3 days ago.
                              And the courier boy is not even trying to deliver Givin random reasons as address failure.
                              I have been on sam address from years an nor even one time the bluedart failed to deliver any courier.
                              I am in need to my card asap.
                              Kindly check regarding the same.

                              They were not even polite to the customers and informed they will not handover parcel.
                              This is something bank need to check.

                                This is to inform you that one of the member of your esteemed courier service misbahaved when he brought the parcel with the reference no. [protected] and waybill no. [protected] despatched from Noida on 29th of May to Meerut.
                                When he ( contact no.[protected] reached here on 3rd of june, he spoke bluntly and said that i am not living in a reputated colony so he could come directly to home rather i should stand on road where he want .
                                Secondly when i asked him his way of talk he brust and said
                                Wheather i would like to take or not.
                                This is the reason i said i would rather take from the bank directly .

                                  One of my courier is supposed to be delivered on 5th of June and today it's 7th June but still the courier is not delivered. And while calling to your customer care they are showing such a casual attitude like they don't even care if it's being delay. Really very worst service from blue dart and the customer care of blue dart.

                                    The shipment from Myntra had arrived to my nearby blue dart office, Thikkody, Calicut, Kerala.Since the office is closed even today I couldn't even collect the order. And they didn't put an initiative to deliver it on my given address. I could track the delivery and it is mentioned unspecified location. Please do the needful and make the delivery soon as possible .The shipment had arrived the blue dat office Thikkodi, Calicut, Kerala on 3rd June . And it's not delivered till now..

                                      I was supposed to receive a T-shirt last week dated 17-May 2019. But when I tracked the status, it is already showing delivered to SHIVANNA.

                                      After I enquired from my neighborhood, I discovered that there is no person by that name in my entire road.

                                      The delivery person did not even call me before leaving the parcel to that unknown guy.

                                      Please get me in touch with that person or send me his contact details.

                                        I sent parcel to Pin Code - 110019 however, next day I got update that due to wrong pin code noted by Blue Dart employee as 110013 my parcel was Shipment Redirected On Same Awb causing delay. I called Blue Dart customer care on[protected] at 9:37 am) and spoke to Ms. Stacey, who informed me that it has been redirected due to wrong pin code as the person from Blue Dart has noted the pin code as 110013 instead of 110019, it has reached Okhla and they have emailed the Okhla team from their end, however, it did not help. I requested Ms. Stacey to provide me the Okhla phone number, she provided me the number as per their records as[protected], but no one answered even after calling repeatedly. I have paid Rs. 460 for Priority Shipping to be sent by 10:30 am as it was urgent documents to be sent. Due to negligence, carelessness and mistake on Blue Dart's part my work suffered. I request a full refund of Rs. 460 as damages on part of Blue Dart.
